TOTAL CARRYOVER AMOUNT OF Sch 'A' PART-I (Building Works)
PRE-ASSEMBLED POWER DRIVEN SLIDING BLAST PEN DOOR (TO BE QUOTED BY TENDERER) Design, Fabrication and fixing of factory made pre-assembled power driven sliding blast pen door including top and bottom track and wheels, locking arrangement, door bolts, top sealing plate, frame profiles, frame structural members, internal/external covering base sheet, captive drive unit, drive control panel equiped with an independent microprocesser control unit, terminal cutoff switch, overload protection and electrically operated brake complete in all respect including installation with all fixing arrangement and commisioning all as described in particular specifications and as directed by manufacturer and Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Make and power driven sliding door shall be approved by GE out of make given in CA. (ii) Design and power driven door shall be approved by Accepting Officer based on recommendation of CWE/GE (iii) Load of power driven sliding door and its supporting frame work, rails and beams have been considered in the design of foundation/pedestal of blast pens. (iv) Steel frame structur above pedestal for support system of power driven sliding door, rails, beam below the rails shall form part of lumpsum under this item. Contractor shall get the design of frame work and change in pedestal and its foundation if required shall be changed through the consultant by which the blast pens have designed. Deviation in this regard if any shall be regularised as per contract conmditions.

Material and labour for Mooring Ring by making circular hole of dia 200mm and depth 50mm with M-40 concrete, cut to shape using concrete cutter by DCH 300 or HILTI DD 200 machine (water cooled) making holes 2 Nos of dia 24mm and depth 200mm using TE 70 combi hammer, grouting the holes with HILTI HY 150 injection chemical for 2 holes (Approx 100ml per hole) & fixing of 20mm dia round bar and filling up the circular portion of 200mm dia after grouting the re-bar using solid grout with high flow non-shrink cementious grout "conbextra" after applying a bonding coat using 'Nito Bond EP' as per manufacturer's instructions etc complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.
Supply and fixing of Visibile DTGM's (two aspect display/sign boards). Each comprising and inclusive of the following works : (a) DTGM board made of engineering plastics having monolithic structure to with stand temperature variation from extreme cold environments to sheltring hot conditions each side having size of 1.20m x 1.50m. (b) Main frame shall be made of angle iron 50x50x6 mm duly painted with anti-corrosive paint of superior quality. (c) Frame (iron) shall be pitched into metal conduit of appropriate size/dia (as per manufacturer's instruction), 600 mm long embedded in PCC block (type B-1) of size 150 x 150 x 750 mm including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil. (d) The DTGM board sheets should be designed with eight equal spaces holes of 100 mm dia to reduce resistance to wind, ensuring that the board withstands fatal windforce. (e) Wooden bracing of size 50 mm x 15 mm thick shall be of 1st class HW duly seasoned and painted with 2 coats of sythetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer. NOTES : (i) Structure specially reinforced with antimony trioxide and methlamineacrylat to withstand high velocity wind. (ii) Sketches showing front and rear view of DTGM board & letter.

(ii) Walls of valve chamber 230 mm thick with sub class B bricks, setting in CM 1:6 complete. (iii) Internal and exposed surfaces of valve chamber both concrete and brick masonry surface shall be plastered with CM (1:4), 15 mm thick finished even and smooth. (iv) 50 mm thick coping in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 over brick masonry wall. (v) Entire plastered surfaces shall be treated with 3 coat of white wash. (vi) Chamber cover shall be of 5 mm thick MS sheet with 40 x 40 x 6 mm size angle iron frame with hold fast and locking arrangement including handle. Steel surface shall be painted with two coats of synthetic paint of first quality over one coat of red oxide primer.

(ix) Required filters for fuel, lube oil, air etc. (x) Sets of flexible hoses as required. (xi) Suitable rubber coupling to Alternator with guard. (c)Starting system :The engine starting shall be by means of totally enclosed axial type electric starter suitable for 12volts/24 volts DC starting system comprising of starter motor, voltage regulator and arrangement for initail exciation complete with suitable number of batteries which should be Sealed Maintenance Free (SMF) as required as per specifications.The battery shall be supplied with a suitable floor mounted MS stand treated with seven tank treatment, two coats of red oxide /primer & acid resistant paint.with wooden base, adaptor box etc . with copper conductor battery leads of required length and socket/clamps
(d ) Alternator :10 kVA 3 phase 0.8 PF 415V, 4 wire 1500 rpm self-excited and self regulated through AVR confirming to IS :4722/BS 2613 suitbale for tropical condition with brush less exciter, housed in screen protected drip proof enclosure. The alternator shall be confirming to IS 13364 Part-2 & IS 15999 Part-1/ IEC 60034 Part-1 capable of delivering rated output at rated power factor with,a. Terminal voltage differing from the rated value by not more than +/- 5%. b. Frequency differing from the rated value by not more than +/-0.5%. c. Short circuit capacity of 300% for 10 seconds. d. Over load capacity of 110% for one hour. The insulation class of the Alternator shall be class F/ H. The temperature rise shall be limited to class B and Ingresses enclosure protection shall IP23 or better. The alternator shall be fitted with suitable Nos. Resistance Temperature Device (RTD) & Bearing Temperature Device (BTD) along with space heaters.
(e) Alternator Protection :Alternator should have following protections (i)Over and Under voltage (ii) Under and Over frequency warning and trip (iii) Loss of excitation (iv) Over current and Earth Fault and Short Circuit Protection (v) Unbalanced loads (vi) Restricted Earth Fault Protection. (vii) Differential protection. (viii) Diode Failure.
(f) Voltage regulator : A rapid response voltage regulator shall be provided to regulate the generated voltage.The overall regulations from no load to full load, including cold to hot variation and load power factor of 0.8 lag to unity shall be within 2% of the normal voltage. The excitation system shall be designed to promote rapid voltage recovery following sudden application and disconnection of load. (g) Acoustic enclousure : The acoustic enclosure should be supplied along with DG set from the manufacturer outlet itself as per CPCB -IV norm.Acoustic enclosure shall be of powder coated and fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA MS sheet. The canopy shall have four hinged doors, one door with glass window to view proper parameters on the control panel. The canopy and doors shall have inside lining of fire retardant foam/glasswool as acoustic materials. The base frame shall be fabricated in ISMC channel or in sheet metal, with lifting hooks for convenient lifting of complete set i.e. along with canopy, engine and alternator. The sound level shall have less than 75 db (A) at a distance of 1 meter.High quality noise absorbant and fire-retardant grade acoustic Insulation material (P.U. Foam) complying to IS 8183. The allowable temperature raise inside the canopy is 5 to 7 deg. Centigrade. The Measurement of noise should be as per ISO 3744/ ISO 8528 (Part 10) standard.The canopy has the provision of emergency push button, external to the canopy.
(h) Governor :The governor shall be of electronic type suitable for monitoring constant engine speed within the specified limits for auto parallel and auto load sharing operation. (j) Exhaust : The exhaust piping system shall be supplied with a hospital grade silencer and catalytic converter suitably optimized to meet stringent noise emission standards laid down by MoEF / CPCB.The exhaust piping and the silencer shall be wrapped with rock wool and/or calcium silicate. The outside shall be neatly wrapped with aluminum cladding. The exhaust line shall be extended beyond the height of the utility building roof as required by pollution control norms.Suitable supporting structure for installation shalll be provided. (k) Hot air exhaust (Radiator cooling): GI duct shall be provided for hot air exhaust from DG set up to designated place of duct outlet. The duct shall be made of 14 Gauge thick Class-8, Galvanized Iron (GI) Sheet.Galvanised Iron (GI) duct shall be provided for venting hot exhaust air out of the DG room, from radiator hot air outlet point of the DG Acoustic enclosure through nearest brick wall. (l) Fuel Tank : Inbuilt/internal bottom mounted (with-in DG set or with-in base frame) diesel tank of suitable capacity with mounting brackets, complete with fuel inlet, out let, air vent, drain plug, level indicator, inter connection pipes from tank to diesel generator as required. Suitable barrier shall be provided between Diesel tank and the Engine. Fuel tank shall be fabricated as per tropical condition of srinagar with designed capacity shall be suitable for minimum 10 hrs continous operation at full load.
(m) AMF Control Panel :The control panel shall be designed for Automatic ON Mains Failure Operationof the Generator sets. The Panel will be totally enclosed, Dust tight, vermin proof,floor mounted, free standing, cubical compartmentalized type with hinged doors, fabricated from 14 SWG CRCA Steel metal having separatecompartments . The Panel will be epoxy painted powder coated with light grey shade, After Seven Tank treatment, and the Panel / compartment will be fitted with the following instrument and pre-wired with colour coded flexible copper cable with ferule Numbers for easy identification & maintenance. The panel shall be complete with interconnections, insulators, two nos. of earthing lugs and with suitable rating of MCCB at both the end & shall incorporate the followings:- (i)Contactors. (a)Diesel Engine : The diesel engine shall be of four stroke cycle multi-cylinder,direct injection water cooled , turbo charged with after cooler, Air to air aftercooling and optimised turbocharger for increased altitude capabilities developing required BHP @ 1500 rpm under NTP condition of BS 5514/ISO 3046 with an over load capacity of 110% for one hour in any specified 12 hrs of continuous operation,suitable for generating set application on AMF mode.The engine should suitable for driving a alternator to deliver electrical load of 200 KVA in the ambient conditions of srinagar (jammu and Kashmir) The engine shall confirm to CPCB -IV norms and IS 1000/10002/BS-5514 .The engine shall have the following accessories: (i)Radiator Cooling (ii) Radiator fan with guard (iii) Turbocharger.(iv) Fly wheel with fly wheel housing.(v) Electrical engine starter motor (disengagement after start-up) with Batteries.
(vi) Battery charging systems. (vii) Stainless steel exhaust flexible elbow. (viii) Thermal sealing of exhaust pipe and aluminium cladding for complete exhaust pipe and silencer. (ix) Required filters for fuel, lube oil, air etc. (x) Sets of flexible hoses as required. (xi) Suitable rubber coupling to Alternator with guard. (xii) Suitable Engine controller for protection of the engine. (xiii) Coolant heater and crankcase heater. (xiv) Oil drain Pump. (xv) Heavy duty air cleaner. (b) Engine protections: (i) High coolant temperature warning & trip (ii)Low lubricating oil pressure warning & trip (iii) Low coolant level warning & trip (iv) Fail to crank trip (v) Over crank trip (vi) High and Low speed trip (vii) Low or High battery voltage alarms. (viii)Clogged filter warningand Lack of fuel (ix) High Canopy Temperature (x) Set fail to start protection after failure of the set to start after successfulthree consecutive start attempts
(c)Starting system :The engine starting shall be by means of totally enclosed axial type electric starter suitable for 12volts/24 volts DC starting system comprising of starter motor, voltage regulator and arrangement for initail exciation complete with suitable number of batteries which should be Sealed Maintenance Free (SMF) as required as per specifications.The battery shall be supplied with a suitable floor mounted MS stand treated with seven tank treatment, two coats of red oxide /primer & acid resistant paint.with wooden base, adaptor box etc . with copper conductor battery leads of required length and socket/clamps
(d ) Alternator :200 kVA 3 phase 0.8 PF 415V, 4 wire 1500 rpm self-excited and self regulated through AVR confirming to IS :4722/BS 2613 suitbale for tropical condition with brush less exciter, housed in screen protected drip proof enclosure. The alternator shall be confirming to IS 13364 Part-2 & IS 15999 Part-1/ IEC 60034 Part-1 capable of delivering rated output at rated power factor with,a. Terminal voltage differing from the rated value by not more than +/- 5%. b. Frequency differing from the rated value by not more than +/-0.5%. c. Short circuit capacity of 300% for 10 seconds. d. Over load capacity of 110% for one hour. The insulation class of the Alternator shall be class F/ H. The temperature rise shall be limited to class B and Ingresses enclosure protection shall IP23 or better. The alternator shall be fitted with suitable Nos. Resistance Temperature Device (RTD) & Bearing Temperature Device (BTD) along with space heaters.
(e) Alternator Protection :Alternator should have following protections (i) Over and Under voltage (ii) Under and Over frequency warning and trip (iii) Loss of excitation (iv) Over current and Earth Fault and Short Circuit Protection (v) Unbalanced loads (vi) Restricted Earth Fault Protection. (vii) Differential protection. (viii) Diode Failure. (f) Voltage regulator :A rapid response voltage regulator shall be provided to regulate the generated voltage.The overall regulations from no load to full load, including cold to hot variation and load power factor of 0.8 lag to unity shall be within 2% of the normal voltage. The excitation system shall be designed to promote rapid voltage recovery following sudden application and disconnection of load.
(g) Acoustic enclousure : The acoustic enclosure should be supplied along with DG set from the manufacturer outlet itself as per CPCB -IV norm.Acoustic enclosure shall be of powder coated and fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA MS sheet. The canopy shall have four hinged doors, one door with glass window to view proper parameters on the control panel. The canopy and doors shall have inside lining of fire retardant foam/glasswool as acoustic materials. The base frame shall be fabricated in ISMC channel or in sheet metal, with lifting hooks for convenient lifting of complete set i.e. along with canopy, engine and alternator. The sound level shall have less than 75 db (A) at a distance of 1 meter.High quality noise absorbant and fire-retardant grade acoustic Insulation material (P.U. Foam) complying to IS 8183. The allowable temperature raise inside the canopy is 5 to 7 deg. Centigrade. The Measurement of noise should be as per ISO 3744/ ISO 8528 (Part 10) standard.The canopy has the provision of emergency push button, external to the canopy.
(h) Governor :The governor shall be of electronic type suitable for monitoring constant engine speed within the specified limits for auto parallel and auto load sharing operation. (j) Exhaust : The exhaust piping system shall be supplied with a hospital grade silencer and catalytic converter suitably optimized to meet stringent noise emission standards laid down by MoEF / CPCB.The exhaust piping and the silencer shall be wrapped with rock wool and/or calcium silicate. The outside shall be neatly wrapped with aluminum cladding. The exhaust line shall be extended beyond the height of the utility building roof as required by pollution control norms.Suitable supporting structure for installation shalll be provided. (k) Hot air exhaust (Radiator cooling): GI duct shall be provided for hot air exhaust from DG set up to designated place of duct outlet. The duct shall be made of 14 Gauge thick Class-8, Galvanized Iron (GI) Sheet.Galvanised Iron (GI) duct shall be provided for venting hot exhaust air out of the DG room, from radiator hot air outlet point of the DG Acoustic enclosure through nearest brick wall.
(l) Fuel Tank : Inbuilt/internal bottom mounted (with-in DG set or with-in base frame) diesel tank of suitable capacity with mounting brackets, complete with fuel inlet, out let, air vent, drain plug, level indicator, inter connection pipes from tank to diesel generator as required. Suitable barrier shall be provided between Diesel tank and the Engine. Fuel tank shall be fabricated as per tropical condition of srinagar with designed capacity shall be suitable for minimum 10 hrs continous operation at full load. (m) AMF Control Panel :The control panel shall be designed for Automatic ON Mains Failure Operationof the Generator sets. The Panel will be totally enclosed, Dust tight, vermin proof,floor mounted, free standing, cubical compartmentalized type with hinged doors, fabricated from 14 SWG CRCA Steel metal having separatecompartments . The Panel will be epoxy painted powder coated with light grey shade, After Seven Tank treatment, and the Panel / compartment will be fitted with the following instrument and pre-wired with colour coded flexible copper cable with ferule Numbers for easy identification & maintenance. The panel shall be complete with interconnections, insulators, two nos. of earthing lugs and with suitable rating of MCCB at both the end & shall incorporate the followings
(xiv) Set of relays and contractor of suitable capacity with MCCB of adequate current ratings , 4 pole, 415 Volt. for automatic start & automatically shut down of DG set or as per manufacturer recoomendation of suitable rating & capacity - 02 Nos. (xv) By pass arrangement by providing on laod change over switch of adequate current capacity 4 pole to be installed with AMF- 01 Nos. Note : 1.AMF Panel shall be installed outside the acoustic enclousre . (ii) Cost of DG set foundation deemed to be included in cost of item. As per OEM (iii) Contractor should submit necessary drawing to GE/Engr-in-Charge before placing the order.

(ii) Post re-installation of AFLS, CAMC warranty benefits would be applicable and contractor shall submit an undertaking in this regard. (iii) The contractor in consultation with specialist agency shall submit a layout plan of conduits with consideration of future expansion and approval obtained from GE/user before laying conduits for AFLS during the resurfacing of runway.

Material & Labour for laying & compacting 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade-V as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specification for Road and Bridge works,2013.in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel,crushed stone, crushed slag, or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materilas are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber completed all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specification for Road and Bridge works,2013. Note:Coarse Aggregate retrived from demolished material can be utilised in GSB for Road work only, if found suitable technically, as per Design Mix and approved by GE

Material and labour for forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1/4th the thickness of the slab (240mm thick slab), widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Material and labour for providing SAMI (stress absorbing membrane inter layer) over glass brid with polymer modified (electromeric thermoplastic) bitumen PMB-40 tack coat applied @ 1.50Kg/Sqm and dry stone chipes of size 8 to 10 mm wt @ 7 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Specification of SAMI shall be confirmed to relevant IS/ Morth/ IRC and manufacturer instructions and approved by GE.
