CIVIL WORKS :-

Providing and fixing 18mm ply for panelling ISI marked termite proof plywood of approved quality for preparation of table, partition, cabinet, shelves, keyboard, drawer etc. including all material and labour complete as per instruction of engineer-in-charge

Providing and fxing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing I paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing 09 mm novapan sheet in partition/door of aluminium frame as per instruction of engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick for mica of approved quality of colour for fixing over 18 mm thick plywood etc. all complete job as per instruction of E/I

Providing and fixing mild steel narrow mortise HOOK BOLT fixed on aluminium door with key and necessary screws etc. complete (Godrej or equivalent).

Providing and fixing high quality of hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete. (Godrej or equivalent)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing & fixing file storage arrangement up to 3.00 mtr height & 450 mm depth, with required selves & smooth shutter arrangement with necessary system. The complete framing is to be made with 35 mm thick plywood & shutter in 18 mm thick plywood, all the plywood faces to be laminated with 1 mm thick approved colour laminate including all necessary hardware are of hafale/hetich or equivalent make for locking arrangement, etc. storage system is tobe fixed to the wall over frame work of aluminium tube 25 X50mmX1.60mm(thickness) @600mm c/c mm etc. to complete the job as par instruction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing curtain of good quality printed/plain on front side with roller, pelmetm fitting all complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
