Supply of XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor under ground cable of 1.1KV grade conforming to I.S : 7098 (Part-I ) with upto date ammendments as per approved list of AAI. a) 4C x 16 sqmm

Supply of 80mm dia 'B' class GI Pole of, bottom welded with 300X300X3mm thick MS Sheet , including sockets, reducers , pipe threading/ welding , etc. complete as required as per site requirement for the following Height Pole . a) 1.8Mtr ( Vertical Height Excluding Arm)

Supply of cross arm of suitable shape/ L shape of 50mm dia GI pipe not less than 0.5 mtr with required angle, including sockets, reducers , pipe threading/ welding , etc. complete as required as per site requirement for fitting at the upper part of the 80mm dia GI pole of height 1.8 meter height.

Supply of high efficency and low power consumption LED luminaire giving minimum 110 lumens/watt and powder not exceeding 36 Watt with power coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing with toughened glass /polycabonate cover and manufacturer name to be embossed on the luminaire having minimum IP 65 protection , weatherproof gasket and control gear compartments, integral electronic driver with THD < 10%, PFequal to .95 or more,luminaire shall have a life class of not less than 50,000 burning hours @L70, CRI minimum 70 suitable for mounting on existing bracket arm of 50 mm outer dia. compatible for luminaire.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Upto 35 sq. Mm

Supplying and making indoor end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required a) 4 x 16sqmm

Installation of the following GI street light poles with 1:2:4 Cement concrete to the required depth of size 400 mmx400mmx500 mm as per special conditions(1:cement :2coarse sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and necessary base concrete of 1:5:10 for 100mm thickness below the pole (1cement :5 fine sand : 10graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) suitable finishing on surface above the ground level, including painting and numbering etc complete as required. a) UPTO 3 Mtr POLE

Supplying and embedding following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry/exit including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required a)40 mm dia ( Medium Class)

Installation ,testing and commissioning of LED fitting on existing pole with 2 x 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable from cable looping box to fitting etc as required. b) For pole upto 2Mtr

Providing and fixing of SMC box of size 225mm x295 mmx 122 mm on existing tubular pole with suitable 2nos. clamps of 5mm thickness including providing and fixing 1 no. 6 amp SP MCB and 1 no. 4 pole connector along with necessary connections etc as required.(Make hensel ; Cat no.KF3500G) or equivalent approved make.

Relocation of perimeter pole from existing location to new location (approx 2 mtr back).Job includes excavation of existing pole from ground, relocating and fixing the existing pole to the new location etc as required and making good the same as per site conditions.
