Part - A (PERCENTAGE TO BE QUOTED ON THIS AMOUNT ONLY WHICH IS INCLUSIVE OF CP&OH) PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES TO DRDO GUEST HOUSES, (INCLUDING VIP GUEST HOUSE), OFFICERS' TRANSIT FACILITY AND NGO'S TRANSIT FACILITY AT ADRDE, AGRA THROUGH MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND PEST CONTROL & GENERAL INSFESTATIONS SERVICES AND DRY CLEANING OF LINEN ITEMS BY DEPLOYMENT OF FOLLOWING MANPOWERS :- (i) Manager / Supervisor (Highly-Skilled) - 2 Nos. (ii) Receptionist (Skilled) - 1 Nos. (ii) Special Cook / Chef (Highly-Skilled) - 1 Nos. (iv) Cook (Skilled) - 4 Nos. (v) Head Waiter (Skilled) - 1 Nos. (vi) Waiter (Semi-Skilled) - 9 Nos. (vii) Masalchi (Un-Skilled) - 3 Nos. (viii) Housekeeping Staff (Un-Skilled) - 5 Nos. (ix) Room Bearer / Room Boy /Helper (Un-Skilled) - 2 Nos. Total Manpower : 28 Nos (Continued to 1.001)

GST @18% ON Part – A Manpower for ana amount of Rs 81,76,725.12

Part - B (PERCENTAGE NOT TO BE QUOTED ON THIS AMOUNT) Uniform and Accessories: Two sets of normal Uniforms (Shirt full sleeves duly engraved name of particular company on the left pocket of Shirt & Trouser as approved by Estate Manager) to each and every manpower including Tie, bow, Apron, Head Cap, Hand Gloves, pair of shoes, name badges etc. as applicable to all TF Staff @ Rs 4720.00 per annum per head.. NOTE: i) The amount will be reimbursed/ paid against actual expenditure made (restricted to the estimate amount on not exceedable basis) on submission of paid vouchers submitted by contractor of payments duly defaced by Engineer-in-charge & Estate Manager to the concerned authorities. ii) The Amount is including of CP & OH, GST@18% will be paid @ Rs.4,720.00 per annum per head (Refer Appendix - B).

Part-C (PERCENTAGE NOT TO BE QUOTED ON THIS AMOUNT) Annual Maintenance Charges: Provision of daily news papers, Weekly / fortnightly Magazines, Hygiene Chemicals, Internal flower / plant arrangement, washing materials for napkins, bath towels, hand towels, bed sheets and other small items etc for 12 Months (a) For VIP Guest House at ADRDE Agra [VIP Suite - 02 (D/Beds-02)] @ Rs. 1298.00 per month per room including CP&OH and GST @18% (b) DRDO OTF at ADRDE Agra [VIP Suite - 02 (D/Beds-02), No of Rooms – 6 (S/Beds-12)] @ Rs. 1298.00 per month per room including CP&OH and GST @18% (c) For DRDO OTF at ADRDE Agra [VIP Suite - 02 (D/Beds-04), No of Rooms – 4 (S/Beds-8)] @ Rs. 1298.00 per month per room including CP&OH and GST @18% NOTE: i) The amount will be reimbursed / paid against actual expenditure made (restricted to the estimate amount on not exceedable basis) on submission of paid vouchers submitted by contractor of payments duly defaced by Engineer-in-charge & Estate Manager to the concerned authorities. ii) The Amount is inclusive of CP & OH, GST@18%.

Part-D (PERCENTAGE NOT TO BE QUOTED ON THIS AMOUNT) Annual Maintenance Charges: Provision of daily news papers, Weekly / fortnightly Magazines, Hygiene Chemicals, Internal flower / plant arrangement, washing materials for napkins, bath towels, hand towels, bed sheets and other small items etc for 12 Months (a) For DRDO NGOs Transit Facility at ADRDE Agra [No of Rooms – 13 (S/Beds-40)] @ Rs. 944.00 per month per room including CP&OH and GST @18% (Refer Appendix - B) NOTE: i) The amount will be reimbursed / paid against actual expenditure made (restricted to the estimate amount on not exceedable basis) on submission of paid vouchers submitted by contractor of payments duly defaced by Engineer-in-charge & Estate Manager to the concerned authorities. ii) The Amount is inclusive of CP & OH, GST@18%.

PART-E (RATE TO BE QUOTED ON THIS AMOUNT ONLY WHICH IS INCLUSIVE OF CP&OH & GST @ 18%) PEST CONTROL & GENERAL INFESTATIONS SERVICES DRDO TRANSIT FACILITIES AT ADRDE AGRA Pest Control & General Disinfestations using standard and approved chemical(s) for controlling crawling insects/rodents like cockroaches, flies, rats, mosquitoes, lizards, black ants, spiders etc complete using chemicals like Byflex, Solfac 50EW make Bayer India, Synthetic Parathyroid 20EC ISI marked AIMCCO Pesticides ltd approved by WHO India and providing rodent traps over covered area of buildings spread over maximum five floors a tmost including IRS for DRDO Transit Facilities at ADRDE Agra. (Refer Appendix – G). NOTE: i) The amount will be reimbursed/ paid against actual expenditure made (restricted to the estimate amount on not exceedable basis) on submission of paid vouchers submitted by contractor of payments duly defaced by Engineer-in-charge & Estate Manager to the concerned authorities. ii) The quoted amount is inclusive of CP & OH, GST@18%. iv) Total Area to be covered in scope of work is : 5031 Sqmt
