Sub-Head 1:-Earth Work

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5 metres including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches , plinth side of the foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth ,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead up to 50 metres and lift upto 1.5 metres

Supply and filling in plinth with sandy soil under floors including watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete

Sub-Head 2:-Concrete & RCC Work

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering ,1:4:8(1cement:4coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain concrete or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work,using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from naturalsources,Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland slag cement,admixture in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete , to improve ductility and workability without imparting strength;including pumping of concrete to site laying, curing, carriage for all leads, but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per directionofEngineer-in-charge;for the following grades of concrete:All works upto plinth Level: Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330kg/cum

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams,suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 deg landings, balconies, shelves,chajas, lintels, bands,plain window sills, staircase and spiral staircases above plinth level upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing, and reinforcement with 1:5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying damp proof course 50 mm thick with concrete cement 1:2:4(1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of penetration 80/100 of approved qualit yusing 1.7kg per sqm on damp-proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in Kerosene oil.

Sub-Head 3:-Reinforcement Steel/ Rebar work

Sub-Head 4:-Brick work

Brick work with 1st class common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks in foundation and plinth in:cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Half brick masonry with first class common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Sub-Head 5:-Form work

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers, with water proof 12mm ply

Columns, pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Sub-Head 6:-Flooring work

52 mm thick concrete flooring with concrete hardener toping under layer 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregates of nominal size 20 mm) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix :2 graded stone aggregates 6 mm nominal size ) by volume hardeneing compound is mixed @ 2lit per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturers specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Sub-Head 7:-Wood/PVC work

Providing woodwork in frames of doors, windows, celestory windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fastner of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fastner shall be paid separately) with Local best quality Tolhao wood.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked MS pressed butt hinges bright finished of required sizes with necessary screws with Local best quality Tolhao wood 30mm thick

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than garde AC 10 as per IS 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts nad screws etc complete with 300x16mm

Providing and fixing aluminium Tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than garde AC 10 as per IS 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts nad screws etc complete with 250x10mm

Providing and fixing chromium plated Brass handles with necessary screws etc.complete.

Providing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long I/c fixing to framed with 10 mm dia .bolt nuts and windows plugs and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15mm 1:3:6(1cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggrt.20mm nominal size)

Sub Head 8: Roofing work/Steel Work

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square, or rectangular tubes etc) trusses etc, including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted including special shaped washers etc complete with Hot finished welded type tubes.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape, and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) with zinc coating 120gsm as perIS:277, in 240mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and poluester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12metre or as desire by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping screws of size (5.5+55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required with Precoated galvanised iron profile sheets 0.35mm thick/4.2Kg/sqm

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories, Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS:277 in 240mpa steel grade 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts and or G.I seam bolts and nuts, GI plain and bitumin washers complete:
