Part A - Providing and Laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filter, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tande, rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specifications Clause 509 complete in all respect.

Providing laying, spreading and compactong stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, crushable screening to full up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen VG10 on prepared surface of granular Base including of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.00 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg per sqm on the prepated bitumenous/ Granular/ surface cleaned with machanical broom

Providing and laying dense graded bitumenious macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing and average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transeporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rolllers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification Clause 507 Complete in all respects. Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Comound with reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface. Providing and laying of hot app;oed thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes

Part B - Providing and Laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement all work up to plinth level : (a) 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) DSR 5.1.2

Dismantling reinforced cement conrete or reinforced brick work including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by Engineer-in-Charge within a distance of 60 meters ( 200 feet). Si. 694 part B

Providing and filling in position bitumen mixfiller of proportion 80kg of hot bitumen, 1 Kg of cement and 0.25 cu.M. of coarse sand in expansion joints in width upto 2.5 cm, depth upto 15cm excluding cost of materials but including cost of fuel. Part B
