Providing, laying spreading & compaction graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification i/c premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper at site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Prime/tack coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prospect surface of granular base including clearing road surface and spray @ 0.60 kg/m2 using mech. Mean.

Tack coat with 80/100 bitumen on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned and spray @ 0.30 kg./m2 using mech. Mean.

Providing & laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 tph type producing 75 tph using crushed agg. Bitumen @ 4.5% of total mix with filler by weight with heating mixing of agg. And transporting the hot mix to work site with hyd. Sensor – paver finisher in level and alignment, rolling smooth wheeled pneumatic tendon roller to achive desired compaction.

Providing & laying 40mm thick premix dense bitumen concrete with higher capacity hot mix plant using crushed agg. of specified grading , premixed with bituminous binder Bitumen @ 5.4% of total mix with filler by weight with heating mixing of agg. And transporting the hot mix to work site with hyd. Sensor – paver finisher in level and alignment, rolling smooth wheeled pneumatic tendon roller to achive desired compaction.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour ,T&P.

Providing and laying bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions,pressed into surface protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc. all complete.

Providing & Laying Interlocking 80mm thick CC paver laid over sand & concrete base i/c cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete.
