REPAIR CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT OF SEWAGE LINE, DRAINAGE WORK AND SOAK WELL OF MD ACCN AND OTM AT PCDA UNDER GE (AF) JAMMU

Cleaning manually of blocked WC seat trap, inside house and gully trap it includes remove/refixing of grating and cleaning of WC's trap,kitchen/bath traps any type/pattern (pedestal/squatt pattern) upto 1st manhole and making the drain pipe of any size full functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge including cleaning of 1st manhole and removing the waste material/sludge etc toout side form defence land and burring the same in pitscomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge..(Measurement will be carried out each time depend on blockage)

Cleaning of underground SGSW CI pipes vertically horizontally of dia n exc. 200mm by rodding from manhole to manhole or manhole to septic tank/well including taking off manhole cover and cleaning of manholes of any size and depth and removing waste material/sludge to a distance of n. exc 50m and burrying the same pit and replacing manhole cover in position after cleaning (measurement will be carried out each time depend on blockage) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Cleaning and dewatering of septic tanks/pits of any depth incl let and outlet chamber and removing slauge (in solid and semi solid), silt, both organic and in-organic nature including any type of waste matterial after plugging of incomimg sewage line and removing waste material / sludge etc to out side form defence land and burrying the same in pit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing of Sludge, mud from sewage sumpwell, manhole ,sokpit, sokage well of any depth incl let and outlet chamber (in solid and semi solid), silt, both organic and in-organic nature including any type of waste matterial/sludge with Mechaniclly or manual which are required on ground without any other financial effect etc to a distance n. exc 100m and burrying the same in pit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor or any position and paving any surface and removal of material from station ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition reinforced cement concrete at any position of any depth complete all as specified and directed. Note: Demolition of RCC works any depth any postion shall be included.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc, including cutting of trees, shrubs or any type of vegetation upto and including roots upto 30mtrs height form ground and removal of old material from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note: This included any thick of plaster and already of tiles or mosaic tiles etc.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tile to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs GI tubing 15 mm bore galvanized steel water tubing, “medium grade,” together with all fittings; (ISI marked) such as elbows, bends tees, nipples, union sockets, sockets etc and short pieces and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
