Making of all temporary arrangements like temporary MS working platform with the help of temporary piles, gantry, trestle, providing Guide frames, cranes with vibratory hammers of suitable capacity etc. for construction of cast in situ RCC bored piles of 1300mm diameter with driving of 8mm thick M.S. liner up to required depth, boring in sea bed from a level of (-) 6m to (-) 8m in all types of soil strata and upto a founding level of (-) 32m, removal of excavated material by suitable method, stabilizing unlined soil using bentonite or any other approved method, hoisting and placing of reinforcement cage as per approved design/drawing, placing of concrete etc. including all necessary arrangements for shifting of reinforcement cage, liner to the site with all labour, materials, plant, tools and tackles, tubular landing platform, transportation charges, fuel & lubricants, loading & unloading, all taxes, tollage, Port entry fees, power unit & acessories, mobilisation, de-mobilisation, safety measures etc. complete excluding GST and as per specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge (Excluding the cost of concrete, reinforcement cage and MS Liner).

Providing, Fabricating Liners made from 8mm thick MS plates of 1300mm inner diameter with shoe of suitable thickness including alignment, placing in proper position as per approved design/drawing including cutting, bending, fabricating, welding by electrodes, providing hooks for lifting, electric charges, all labour, materials, plant, tools and tackles, transportation charges, tollage, loading & unloading, all taxes, Port entry fees, safety measures etc. complete excluding GST and as per specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (Length of liner shall be considered from cutoff level to termination level as per drawing and as agreeed by engineer in charge.) N.B: No Wastages shall be paid.

Providing and laying cast-in-situ cement concrete mix M-40 as per approved design for 1300mm Nominal dia vertical bored castin-situ reinforced cement concrete piles measured from cut off level of the pile upto founding level excluding cost of reinforcements and M.S liners but including mixing, conveying through transit mixer,placing the concrete by tremie pipe of suitable dia, concrete pump/boom pressure, compacting & consolidating with supply of all labour, material, transportation cost, hire and running charges of machineries, mechanical winch, power unit & acessories, fuel & lubricants, royalty, mobilisation, de-mobilisation etc. complete excluding GST and as per approved drawings, standard specifications,safety measures and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Cutting and Dressing Pile head up to to cutoff level to satisfaction as per specification (Rate to include for cutting of steel liners and chipping of concrete above pile cutoff level) till receival of sound concrete with supply of all labour, material, transportation cost, hire and running charges of all machineries, mechanical winch, power unit & acessories, fuel & lubricants, consumables, mobilisation, de-mobilisation, safety measures etc. complete excluding GST and as per approved drawings, standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, Fabricating and placing CRS reinforcement bars (Fe-500D) confirming to IS 1786 for all reinforced cement concrete pile in position including lifting hook, cutting, bending, tying with 16 gauge G.I. binding wire, welding and fabricating the cage to proper specifications and approved design/drawing including cost of steel and binding wire, consumables, machineries, lifting crane,fuel & lubricants, cover blocks of 100mm dia in CC M-40 mix with supply of all materials, labour, transportation, T&P, all taxes, tollage, safety measures, port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. N.B: Payment shall be made as per the co-efficient laid down in IS-1786. No wastages shall be paid.

Conducting of Low strain Integrity Test or Pile Integrity Test as per standard practices (ASTM D5882). The rate is inclusive of testing, hire & running charges for all equipments, transportation, Port entry fee, labour and furnishing the test result, all safety measures etc. complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Conducting high strain dynamic load test on working piles as per relevant standard and specification. The rate is inclusive of testing, hire & running charges for all equipments, transportation, Port entry fee, labour, taxes, tollage, safety measures etc. complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in concrete mix M-40 with approved admixtures for beams, slab, service trenches, stairs, cable turning pit etc. (excluding reinforcement & form work) compacting, curing of concrete as per approved drawing including mixing, conveying, laying, consolidating, curing, with supply of all labour, material, transportation cost, hire and running charges of all machineries,port entry fees, fuel & lubricants, safety measures etc. complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Rate shall be incuding of - a) drainage spout with 110mm dia PVC sleev of approx 750 mm length.

Providing rigid, smooth, leak proof, centering & shuttering with formworks made out of ply/ Steel shutters for beams, deck slabs, service strentches etc. or any other structure as may be required, providing openings of specified size, chipping & lubricating of shutter surface after each use of shuttering materials, stripping the same after stripping off period including staging/scaffolding/ fabricating the steel form work as per approved design/drawing in sea above water level of at least 8m depth with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, taxes, Port entry fees, power units, fuel & lubricants, safety measures etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply of CRS Reinforcement (Fe-500D) confirming to IS 1786 for deck beams, slabs, fender blocks, including cutting, straightening, bending, binding, fabricating & placing the grills in position for RCC works including cost of GI binding wire of 16 to 18 gauge with supply of all materials, labour, transportation, T&P, all taxes, tollage, safety measures, port entry fees, etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. N.B: Payment shall be made as per the co-efficient laid down in IS-1786. No wastages shall be paid.

Providing, fabricating, galvanizing (150 micron DFT) and fixing in position various steel inserts plates/ embedded parts in in-situ and pre cast concrete as per approved design/drawing, Specification with supply of all materials, labour, transportation, T&P, all taxes, tollage, safety measures, port entry fees, etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, fabricating & fixing in position expansion joints in the deck as per approved design/drawing and as specified, including galvanized angle, tees, plates, holdfasts, anchoring bolts, bars, or flats of required dimensions with necessary cutting, bending, welding, riveting, sealing the joint with approved sealant filling the gap with backing rod filler as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be including of - a) Dismantling of existing RCC Works of Berth (to connect the old berth with new berth) including using manual or mechanical means, loading, transportation, unloading and removing the stuff within a lead of 300m etc as directed by Engg-in-Charge. b) Provinging and Fixing of SS rod of grade 308 and HDPE sleeve as per approved design/drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply, test and installation of Super-M rubber fenders of size 1000 mm H x 2000 mm L with all its accessories of approved shape, size, design with all fixtures & fastenings required for installation as per approved design/drawing & specification with transportation, proper packing, loading at factory end, unloading near the departmental store inside the Port area including all taxes, labour, material, T&P, Port entry fees, tollage, Way Bill charges if any, all testing charges, safety measurse etc. complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, fixing cast iron Twin Horn Bollards of 150T Capacity with all its accessories, HT anchor bolts of appropriate length, nuts washer etc. as per approved design/drawing including grouting with cement concrete M-40 under base plate filling the cavity with concrete, painting with all transportation, proper packing, loading at factory end, unloading near the departmental store inside the Port area including all taxes, labour, material, T&P, Port entry fees, toll gate charges, Way Bill charges if any, all testing charges, safety measurse etc. complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying & fixing of 6.5m long Rubber Moulded ladder made out of Rubber square tubes of outer 200mm x 200mm and inner dimension of 100mm x 100mm with all accessories including SS Sleeves fixing in Precast & insitu Concrete as per approved design/drawing, specification with all labour, material, T&P, transportation, proper packing, loading at factory end, unloading near the departmental store inside the Port area including all taxes, Port entry fees, toll gate charges, Way Bill charges if any, all testing charges, safety measures etc. complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Drilling holes by any approved method on the top of berth and fixing 60mm Dia SS “U” Hook, embedding upto 450mm deep using suitable resinous adhesive of any approved make as per approved design/drawing and specification with cost of all materials, cost of SS "U" Hook, all taxes, labour, material, T&P, machineries, Toll gate charges, Port entry fees including hire & running charges of machineries, safety measures etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing, Fabricating and fixing in position rubbing strip made out of 250mm dia. MS pipe of 8mm wall thick galvanized with 150 micron with lugs as shown in the drawing at the edge of the deck for the entire berthing face length as per details shown in drawing including all taxes, labour, material, T&P, machineries, Tollage, Port entry fees, hire & running charges of machineries, safety measures etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing, fabricating and fixing in position MS Hand rail posts and Hand railing including painting the surface prepared by copper slag blasting SA 2.5 (50-70 micron) and one coat of inorganic zinc silicate primer with zinc containt 80% to 90% (total DFT 50 to 75 microns) and one coat of high build MIO (DFT 100 micron) and one final coat of aliphatic acrylic PU1 (DFT 100 micron) of approved make and colour etc. and all fixtures as per drawing, specification including all taxes, labour, material, T&P, machineries, Tollage, Port entry fees, hire & running charges of machineries, safety measures etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge. N.B: Height of post 1.2m height, 60NB pipe, 2m c/c spacing; Top & middle pipe 40NB.

Providing & Fixing of Crane Rails CR 120/CR 100 and rail fixing system of Gantrail or equivalent for total length of rail including asphaltic concrete as per drawings including providing & laying of BITUMINOUS FILL IN RAIL TRENCH, having bitumen of grade VG-20, having Coefficient of 115.71 kg/cum and aggregate of 95.25% including all taxes, labour, material, T&P, machineries, Toll gate charges, Port entry fees including hire & running charges of machineries, safety measures etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying of Anti-carbonation paint with one coat of Primer and two coats of Deck Guard S-paint manufactured by FOSROC/BASF/SIKA or equivalent make on well prepared concrete surface with total DFT of minimum 150 Micron including Text Numbering, scaffolding, labour, material, T&P, taxes, tollage, Port entry fees, safety measures and other consumable materials etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.
