Civil Work :

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding:Old work (One or more coats )

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches ofarea 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch inproper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plasteringthe surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbishto the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Painting with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding:

Old work (one or more coats) including scrapping surface and necessary repairs

Same colour

Painting exterior surface of Wall with 100% acrylic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an evenshade with two or more coats including prepartion of basewith sand papering, primer, putty, etc complete in all respect including scaffolding and safety provision .

Labour charges for repair to door / window without using any material such as applying randha (finishing) tightening of bolts & screw etc.
