Taking out old unserviceable/burnt copper winding of motors capacity 60 HP (defective motor taken out in item No.54 above) and material and labour for rewinding of electric motor of capacity 60 HP with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge as per existing including cleaning of rotor, slots, all winding/insulation material, varnishing etc. complete and testing at site on full load after reinstallation to the full satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable terminal plate with connector and outer cover of elect motor of any make, type 60 HP capacity and supply and connect, testing terminal plate with connector same as per existing complete, all as specified and directed.

Replacement of Ball bearing for the electric motor 60 HP 440 Volt opened in item No 54 here in before including necessary mechenical work complete all as directed. Make: SKF/TATA/NBC.

Replacement of MS Shaft of the Pump of 60 HP cap 440 Volts in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of MS Shaft of the electric motor 60 HP 440 Volts in repairs dismantled under item No. 54 here in before, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective pump set of any type, make and capacity by unscrewing the foundation bolts, disconnecting from water connection, and disconnecting from electric motor, opening for inspection in presence of Engr-in-Charge and carry out minor repair at site, in case major repair/replacement of parts not possible at site, the pump shall be shifted to civil work shop at his own cost, and refixing, reconnecting in position, testing and commissioning complete including replacement of nuts bolts washers all as specified and as directed. Note:- Replacement of defective part by new one shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply and fixing in repair of bronze impellers suitable to existing of 60 HP centrifugal pump set of any make, complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of Neck ring for pump set 60 HP capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electric connections from starter, disconnecting the water connections carefully by unscrewing the nuts, bolts and Lifting of submersible pump set including column pipes, and submersible cable from bore well disconnecting the pump and motor opening the pump and motor to locate the faults and carry out necessary repairs as directed including transporting to workshop, re-assembling the same after repair lowering in well, including column pipe of any dia, 10 ft long upto 20 Nos, and submersible cable, re-connecting all electrical and water connections complete testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed.
