SH-1 Cables Supply of following sizes of XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured 1.1 KV grade, aluminium conductor cable confirming to IS - 7098 (Part - I) 1985 with upto date amendments.

SH-2 High Mast & accessories Design & Supply of 11 metre height high mast tower, two or three sectioned, hot dip galvanised, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part-3 along with its all accessories & LED Type Low Intensity aviation obstruction light etc : viz head frame, steel wire rope,raising lowering system double or tripple drum winch, suitable steel wire rope, Galvanised Circular lantern carriage arrangement( 0-360 Degree ) (suitable for 240 W LED Flood Light luminaire - approx 6 Nos ), lightning finial, integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation, trailing cable, supply of foundation bolts, with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates etc. as reqiured.

Design and casting & Making of suitable shallow foundation with M-20 concrete for the high mast in the item no.-2 considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 09T/Sq.Mtr at 2 metres depth. The rate shall be inclusive PCC/RCC work & labour charges

Erection, testing and commissioning of 11 mtrs High mast system with all its accessories, lighting finial and necessary cables, wirings etc. as required and as per specification on the existing foundation

Supply of LED type Flood lighting Luminaire fitting having power consumption approx minimum 240 Watt and lumen output minimum 24200 lumens, IP- 65, single piece integral high pressure die cast aluminium housing, complete with electronic power driver, all its accessories suitable for 230V, 50 Hz power supply. The LED fitting should be meeting the technical specification as specified.

Installation , Testing and Commisioning of LED fittings on 11 mtr high mast to meet the requirement of luminance making Suitable arrengement and Configuration of Light fitting as per the direction of Engineer Incharge including wiring with suitable size wire & interconnection of Fittings with feeder Pillar/Junction Box complete as required .

SH-3 Poles & other Accessories Supply of 9.0 metre high,hot dip galvanised octagonal poles with 155 mm bottom A/F & 70 mm top A/F made up of 3 mm thick sheet, along with base plate of size as per manufacturer standard , suitably designed door with space for internal junction and as per technical specifications etc. complete as required comprising following accessories: : Note- Material of construction for pole shall be as per IS 2062/BSEN 10025 (a) Supply of 4 nos of M24 X 750 mm long 'J' type EN 8 grade foundation bolts along with template, 12 nuts and washers. (b) Bakelite sheet with 1 or 2 Nos (as required) of 6A DP MCB and stud type connector suitable for looping of 4C x 25 Sq mm cable.

Supply of 4.0 metre high, hot dip galvanised octagonal poles with 130 mm bottom A/F & 70 mm top A/F made up of 3 mm thick sheet, along with base plate of size as per manufacturer standard, suitably designed door with space for internal junction box and as per technical specifications etc. complete as required comprising following accessories: Note- Material of construction for pole shall be as per IS 2062/BSEN 10025 (a) Supply of 4 nos of M16 X 450 long mm 'J' type EN 8 grade foundation bolts along with template, 12 nuts and washers. Supply of 1500MM long Single arm standard type bracket made of GI pipe with suitable end to mount LED fitting on 9 mtr octagonal pole at suitable angle as per lux level design.

Supply of 1500MM long Double arm standard type bracket made of GI pipe with suitable end to mount LED fitting on 9 mtr octagonal pole at suitable angle as per lux level design.

Supply of 750MM long Single arm standard type bracket made of GI pipe with suitable end to mount LED fitting on 4 mtr octagonal pole at suitable angle as per lux level design.

The Street light should be of Al pressure die cast construction & powder coated and with toughned glass/PC Lens. The luminare should be IP 66 rated . All cables used in the product should be IS compliant . IK Rating of IK07 or above.The fixture should comply with the other parameters as per IS10322

Installation, testing & commissioning of cable junction box on the existing street light pole/ pipe bracket/ wall with suitable clamps, rawl plugs, bolts etc., providing and fixing 6 Amp, 1 no C series SP MCB and arrangement for providing loop earthing etc., including connections with armoured cable complete as required.

SH -VII : Earthing Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 mtr long, 40mm dia. including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangment and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing· and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm· G.l. strip in 40 mm dia G.l. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.l. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.l. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and laying earth connection with earth electrode with 6 SWG dia GI wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble, excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

SH -VII : Dismantling, Reinstllation & Other Misc. Works Cutting the bitumimous road of upto 15 cm width and 40 cm depth with help of Suitable tools & plants / manpower and disposal of debris upto 300 mtr suitable for laying of upto 80mm dia GI etc complete as required.

Providing and laying following size medium class GI pipe in the existing excavated trench for road/ drain crossings with accessories etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. and carrying & shifting the same to location as specified by EIC within operationl area as required.

Erection of 4 mtrs High Aluminium tiltable light pole in RCC pedestal foundation with collar having overall size 1656 mm X 410 mm X 410 mm with base of size 100 mm X 1000 mm x150 mm and fixing foundation bolts along with provision for installation of loop in loop out box on surafce of collar by fixing on MS frame and 2 Nos 32 mm PVC type pipe for protection of cable including excavation, refilling, painting etc complete as per requirement & as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in exacavation by manual / mechanical means over areas ( approx 1 m in depth , 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sq m on plan) for digging out the loop cable of existing perimeter / street light poles without causing any damage to the cable upto a length suitable for re - connecting the loop cable in new junction box. The work includes exacavation all around the pole, tracing out the loop cable, taking out the loop cable so that same cable can be connected in new junction box of the pole, and making good the area by refilling etc as directed by EIC . Any damage occuring to cable in the process of excavation shall be rectified at the cost of contractor & nothing extra shall be paid for such damages.

Dismantling of junction boxes from existing street light poles along with all accessories of junction box & carrying & shifting the same to location as specified by EIC.

Supply installation, testing & commissioning of 8-10 watt LED Bollard Light Fixture (IP-65) with lamps and all accessories etc. complete as required. ( Similar to Havells BAMBOOBLS8WLED830PSYMTOPC or equivalent)
