Demolition of brick work in cement mortar incl all quions, arches, pillers etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Do- but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of bricks/concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) with using WPC (WPC shall be measured seperetly)on wall finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brickwork or concrete surafaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid),ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel, 30 cm inner girth, cement concrete finished even and smooth, using extra cement including forms moulds etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.
