Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for removing/laying of cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading , leveling , watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm with soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying DWC(Double Wall Corrugate)HDPE pipes of pressure rating 6 Kg/Cm sq of size 50 mm dia IS: 16205(Part 24):2018 laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe 100 mm dia light grade for the protection of the cable passing through road crossing, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe 50 mm, light grade for the protection of the cable passing through road crossing, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable burnt out end termination of LT UG cable from LT panel, Street light pole box etc and taking out loop by excavation and repairs/Replacement the damage cable by providing with new aluminium feeruls/lugs joint Including Disconnection of Old Dummy cables of any size and removing from the pole and Cutiing upto loop end for the cable size 2 core 10 sqmm/4 core 1 sqmm.complete all as specified and directed Note : Any extra cable required will be measured and paid seperately under concerned items

Taking Down Old U/S LT UG Cables of any size getting Out from the replacement with new cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light of approved make having same techno commercial & ISI Marked 100 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting of approved make having same techno commercial & ISI Marked 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and drawing through the pole for making connections to the Street light/Flood Light fittings of approved make having same techno commercial & ISI Marked ,three core,PVC insulated and sheated, Heavy duty,1100 volts grade,multistranded copper conductor(FRLS) Flexible cable 3C x 1.5 sqmm, of approved make having same techno commercial & ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fix in Replacement of Unserviceable LED Drivers of approved make having same techno commercial & ISI Marked with New Drivers of any ISI Approved Make having IP 66 Protection of any Current Rating Suitable to Existing Street Light Or Flood Light Fittings of Any Wattage Complete all as specified and Directed. Note : The Rate quoted by the Contractor Includes Removing Of LED Fiiting from the existing pole and Refixing after replacement of LED Driver.

Material and labour for Repairs to replacement of Unserviceable Street Lights Digital Timer of approved make having same techno commercial & ISI marked switch single phase 230V Operated 50 hz frequency with inbuilt chargeble battery backup upto minimum 24 hrs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of un serviceable 3 pole 415 Volts power contactors Conforms to IS / IEC 60947-4-1 & IEC 60947-4-1,Current Rating up to 40 Amps for Street Light Timer switches complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Preparation of old exposed surface of LT steel tubular poles of any type / height with bracktes clamps etc and painting with one coat of aluminium paint upto 6 mtr long and exposed surface of pole yellow and black paint in strips alternative 30 cm wide upto 1.5 mtr from ground level including marking of pole no's with paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for 7 Mtr height GI Octagonal pole foudation of Size 1.5m x 0.55m x 0.55m, footings,columns, postd, pillars etc with 10 mm Iron rods in Verticle and 6 mm dia Iron rods as Stirrups in any location, "J" Type EN8 grade set of 04 Nos Foundation bolts alongwith templates,also including provision of MCB SP 6A,230 V 'B' series,10 KA, 4 Way(R,Y,B,N) connector having C channel patti for placing MCB SP, bolt type having locking arrangement,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI street light pole connected items such as 4 way connector bolts for RYBN Connection, inside the pole of Cable Connector space and MCB SP 'C' series 6 Amps rating also Changing 2.5 sqmm FRLS Cable Lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Pole mounting box FRP type of approved make having same techno commercial & ISI Marked of size 150mm x 125mm x 100 mm, single phase with locking arrangements, including necessary nut, bolt and clamps of the flat iron of size 20mm x 3 mm comprising of MCB SP 6 Amps, 240 Volts, 10 KA, 'B' series with proper fixing arrangements on pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ands Fixing in replacement of Unserviceable LED Drivers of approved make having same techno commercial & ISI Marked Input AC single phase 50 HZ,230 Volts operated with IP 65 Protection Suitable for Outdoor Street Lanterns with Power Output rating 30 watts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ands Fixing in replacement of Unserviceable Multi LED PCB Round Shape of approved make having same techno commercial & ISI Marked 15 cm dia Approx 1-2 mm thickness Aluminium base Copper clad with warm white LED Light warm white Output of 30 watts having IP 65 Protection Suitable for Outdoor decorative Street Lanterns complete all as Specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover, class LV type I with flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for dry fine sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note : [Punned thickness 18 cm shall be measured & paid]

Material and labour for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for filling the disturbed road opening for cable crossing include levelling with road surface and smooth finishing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing LT/UG cable from existing trench by manual excavation and finding the fault and make temporary joint with suitable ferruls and lugs and laying back the cable in trench and refilling the excavated soil back for the size 10/16 sqmm 2/4 corecomplete all as specified and directed. Note: The excavation, earth work and protection materials will be measured and paid separately and relevant item.

All as per item No.24 above but for 25/35 sqmm 3.5/4 core

Disconnecting the existing LT UG cable ( Cable sizes between 3.5 Core x 50 sqmm To 3.5 Core 400 sqmm of any length) Terminals from both ends of Panel by injecting the Surge voltage(Hipot Testing) and finding the fault by Cable fault reflectometer Machine and make temporary joint with suitable ferruls and lugs and laying back the cable in trench and refilling the excavated soil back complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Old U/S LT UG Cable of any size from the Sch Item No 22.00(a) to 22.00(g) Complete all as specified and dicrected.

Supply and laying in repairs cable LT XLPE insulated and screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with Multi stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade for the size of 150 Sqmm 3.5 Core including taking down existing u/s LT cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Supply and fix in replacement 40mm dia GI Garden pole Light grade Upto 4 mtrs long for existing garden light pole for replacing unserviceable poles including dimantling existing GI Pole complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of U/S post top lantern LED type 40 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

All as above item No. 55 but for 20 Watt LED Post Top Lantern, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of U/S LED Bollard light 8-12 watt warm white colour 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

M & L prepration of old exposed surface of garden light for the 40/50 mm dia size having any height by applying two coats of aluminium paint including painting to bottom of pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement pole mounting box FRP type IP 55 Protection of size 250mm x 200mm x 100 mm, single phase with locking arrangements, including necessary nut, bolt and clamps of the flat iron of size 20mm x 3 mm comprising of MCB SP 6 Amps, 240 Volts, 10 KA, 'B' series with proper fixing arrangements on pole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Fixing MS Chequered cover plate Over Cable ducts inside the sub station building with a thickness of 5-6 mm and standard sizes of 1.2 m x 0.6 m / 1.3x0.35 m / 0.9x0.35 m include provision of Handle over top surface both ends to catch the Cover while removing including MS angle frame under Duct Cover sheet To be fix over the concrete/PCC duct foundations complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing 400Amps rated Current 3-Phase Onload LT Changeover with Panel Indoor type, Wall mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase 50Hz AC supply system conforming to IS : 375 all as specified herein after. Degree of protection shall not be less than 1P-42 as per IS : 2147 shall be dust and vermin proof, with space for cable entry from with proper ferrule & cable gland, complete all as specified and directed

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 1,58,255.000 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit Note1: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum' Note 2:- The tenderer must keep in mind when quoting rates against items out in multiple store house having height 4 mts to 7 mts. Necessary scaffolding and saftey measures required during execution of work are including in this items.
