Dismantling floor hearth / stone slabs / mosaic tile flooring or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish out side the M D land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, Non - skid joint free light coloured shade, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement etc to match over & including screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, Non - skid joint free light coloured shade, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match over & including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Skirting height shall be 100mm high and the width of tiles 100 mm shall be cut from full size of tiles to match with the floor tiles and contractor has to consider their aspect before quoting their rates.)

M&L for non-skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) coloured, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for ceramic tile coloured glazed of size 300x450x7 mm thick in vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Granite black colour matt finish stone slab 18-20 mm thick including rounding to exposed portion edges as in platforms for wash hand basin / sink, table, rubbed and polished as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like laid on bedding & including 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match with shade of granite including cutting for securing of slab, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base or sub floors to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame), area not exc 1.5 sqm including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the adjoining surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed.
