AGE I CGN 35 20 21 REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF APFC PANEL SERVO STABILIZER AND OTHER LT EQUIPMENTS AT SEC 23 SEC 24 SEC 52 UNDER AGE I COAST GUARD NOIDA

(1) Disconnecting Existing defective voltage stabilizer at Sec 24 of 250 KVA capacity 3 phase 415 volts from electric mains , removing from foundations by unscrewing the nuts bolts etc repair/maintenence by draining out the transformer oil through the drain plug , dismantling both nut and bolt and lifting the top portion to carry out through inspection and clean the bottom portion of the voltage stabiliser tank by removing the mud and slurry and deposited material for prevention of short circuit and Refixing in Original position after Repair and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in - charge. Note : Additional items/Spare parts required to make stabilizer serviceable, shall be measured and paid separately.

(2) Disconnecting Existing defective voltage stabilizer at Sec 52 of 400 KVA capacity 3 phase 415 volts from electric mains, removing from foundations by unscrewing the nuts bolts etc for repair/maintenence by draining out the transformer oil through the drain plug , dismantling both nut and bolt and lifting the top portion to carry out through inspection and clean the bottom portion of the voltage stabiliser tank by removing the mud and slurry and deposited material for prevention of short circuit and Refixing in Original position after Repair and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in - charge.Note : Additional items/Spare parts required to make stabilizer serviceable, shall be measured and paid separately.

(3) Disconnecting Existing defective voltage stabilizer at Sec 23 of 250 KVA capacity 3 phase 415 volts from electric mains , removing from foundations by unscrewing the nuts bolts etc carrying to the factory /workshop including transportation charge for repair by draining out the transformer oil through the drain plug , dismantling both nut and bolt and lifting the top portion to carry out through inspection and clean the bottom portion of the voltage stabiliser tank by removing the mud and slurry and deposited material for prevention of short circuit and Taking out U/S control wiring complete for unbalanced load by providing wiring loom complete to the stabilizer made out of suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor cable including cable lugs, connectors, channels etc for prevention of short circuit and Refixing in Original position after Repair and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in - charge. Note : Additional items/Spare parts required to make stabilizer serviceable, shall be measured and paid separately.

(4) Supply & Fixing in replacement of Electronic sensing Control card (PCB). Suitable for Existing Make - Volina & Other ISI marked.

(5) Supply & Fixing in replacement of PVC Connector 12 pin as per existing Make - Volina

(6) Supply & Fixing in replacement of Dimmer varic state unit 150 Amps for 250 KVA stablizer suitable for Existing Make.

(7) Supply only trigger (control) transformer with primary voltage 230 Volte and secondary voltage any desired voltage between 18 volt 500 mA suit the control cercuit of the stabilizer as per sample.

(8) Supply only trigger (control) transformer with primary voltage 230 Volte and secondary voltage any desired voltage between 24 volt 500 mA suit the control cercuit of the stabilizer as per sample.

(9) Supply only panel push to on voltage adjuster switch all as specified and directed by Engr - In - Charge.

(10) Supply only Auto Manual Switch all as specified and directed by Engr - In - Charge.

(11) supply only in- put & out-put switches all as per sample

(12) Supply only Micro switch (Limit switch) suitable to cut of supply to control motor on high and low settings limits all as specified and directed by Engr - In - Charge.

(13) Supply only Gear assembly of 120 teeths suitable for synchronous motor to oprate the shaft for variable dimmer stat all as specified and directed by Engr - In - Charge.

(14) Supply only synchronous motor 10 Kg Torqe suitable to work with voltage stablizer of capacity 250 to 400 KVA.

(15) Supply only Potentiometer suitable for servo voltage stablizer all as directed by Engr in charge.

(16) Supply only carbon brush with holder as per sample suitable for stablizer of Cap 400 KVA all as directed by Engr in Charge.

(17) Supply only carbon brush with holder as per sample suitable for stablizer of Cap 250 KVA all as directed by Engr in Charge.

(18) S&F in replacement of RC Net work 3 Kg suitable for Existing servo stabilizer of cap 250/400 KVA Make - Volina

(22) Rewinding of variable Transformer of servo stabilizer up to 250 KVA Capacity 3 Ph all as directed by Engr in charge

(24) Dehyderation,filteration of transformer oil of servo stabilize using stream line filter to obtain a dielectric strength above 40 KV, including all arrangement for DG set,filteration plant,filter paper etc mentioned below all as directed and specified.

(25) Supply and Filling the new transfermer oil of approved make conforming to IS- 335 including filtertion of existing and top up oil so as to achieve IR value of the oil not less than 40 KV and all as specifaied and all as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

(26) M&L for Preparation of old painted surface of Servo Voltage stabiliser by scrapping / removing old paint , dirt etc, and spray painting with two coats of blue synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including writing of MES / SM No of capacity 250-400 KVA all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(27) Supply & Fixing in replacement of Digital Amp Meter with CTs suitable for Existing Make - Volina,AE ,L&T

(72) Removing the outdoor LT panel board and making the base of panel board with pcc and refixing the same panel on new pcc base with necessry fixing arrangement including disconnecting and reconnecting of LT cables and Earthings as directed by engineer-in-charge .(Earth work and PCC will be measured and paid seperately)

(73) Supply and fixing in replacement of off load Change over switch in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole 415 volts side handle operation along with fixing arrangements with suitable nut, bolts, washers, including terminating the incoming/outgoing cables with suitable aluminum lugs/ferruls with propper crimping and testing comlete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for 200 Amps.Make-Havells,L&T,Simens

(74) Supply and fixing in replacement of off load Change over switch in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole 415 volts side handle operation along with fixing arrangements with suitable nut, bolts, washers, including terminating the incoming/outgoing cables with suitable aluminum lugs/ferruls with propper crimping and testing comlete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for 320 Amps.Make-Havells,L&T,Simens

(75) M/L for cutting the bituminous road in the size not exc 0.4 mtr X 0.6 mtr for laying of UG cables and making good with the existing surfaces with PCC after laying the pipe/cable all as directed

(76) M&L in replacement steel tubular swaged poles swan neck complete with cast iron base plate,finial tapper plug, bolt,nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long)

(77) S & F in replacement cross arms, bracing, support, clamps etc made out of mild steel channel or angle section of reqd size and shape including clamp, back plate with bolts, nuts & washers drilled for insulator bolts, welding, bending cold or hot in any shape or size including all fixing arrangement on HT over head line and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(78) Material and labour for Painting of LT steel tubular pole with one coat of alluminum paint and black paint upto 1.2 meter from the bottom of the pole after preparing the existing surface of the poles and marking the poles numbers as per existing pattern including fixing three no flouresent tape 50 mm width of three colour around the pole at 1.2 meter height complete all as per specified and directed.

(79) Fixing only MCCB any Capacity and any make only complete all as per site requirement or specified by Engr in Charge. ( Note item will be issued under Sch 'B' from department.)

(80) Labour for Laying only cable 10 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm 2/3/4 core completer all as per site requirement or specified by Engr in Charge. ( Note-1 item will be issued under Sch 'B' from department. 2.
