SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R WORKS)

Taking down carefully point wiring of any type (i.e. on wooden batten, surface conduit, casing-N- capping or concealed conduit) complete for light, fan socket or power point with fittings & fixtures such as ceiling rose, electric fittings, holders, switches, sockets, regulators, wooden batten, conduit etc. including accessories such as wooden gutties/rawal plug, screw etc including making good disturbed surface to match the existing surface all as specified & directed.

Taking down main switches, distribution board, steel enclosure with MCB’s any way and rating including wooden board or from steel board and making good disturbed surfaces all as specified & directed.

Taking down Sub Main wiring of any type and any size complete all as directed.

M&L for point wiring with using 1.50 Sqmm PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheated single core cable working voltage 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 Part I & II of 2000 with multistranded copper conductor drawn in and including 25 mm size PVC rigid non matelic casing caping (Double lock) with all casing capping fittings & accessories (ISI) marked concealed in wall / fixed to roof, ceiling etc and including provision of 1.50 Sq mm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) un sheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor connected to fabricated sunken terminal box made out of 1.60mm thick MS sheet duly painted concealed in walls, with 3 mm thick bakelite sheet ISI marked top cover with brass / chromium plated screws and cup washers for housing switched , sockets outlets, fan regulators etc, for one light point controlled by one switch 5/6 Amp one way complete all as specified and directed. Note : Red colouerd cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board.

All as per item 1.04 here-in-before but One light point controlled by two 2-way switches 5/6 Amps complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item 1.04 here-in-before but for one socket outlet of 15 Amps fixed on independent board with 2.5 Sq mm multistranded copper conductor wire FRLS PVC insulated and 2.5 Sq mm copper conductor wire FRLS PVC insulated using as earth wire complete all as specified and directed .

S&F switch piano, flush type, 5 amps, 230 volts, single pole, one way (ISI marked) complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing bell push, flush type, 5 amps, 240 volts ISI marked all as specified and directed.

S & F bell ding dong, AC single pole 220/240 volts white/ivory finish, surface type complete all as specified and directed

S & F switch piano flush button,single pole, two way, 5 amps complete.

Supply & fix switch socket combination, 2 and 3 pin, 5/6 amps, multipurpose, flush, non shutter, non inter locking type, 230 volt flush type, white/ivory finish with two fixing hole including suitable gang box complete all as directed including taking down old one. Make : Anchor Product Code No 4056/50483 or equivalent make as specified.

Supply & fix switch socket combination, 2 in 1, 6 pin, 5/6 Amps and 15/16 Amps, multipurpose , flush, non shutter, non inter locking type, 230 volt flush type, white/ivory finish with two fixing hole including suitable gang box complete complete all as directed including taking down old one. Make : Anchor Cat No 38808/50665 or equivalent make as specified.

S & F ceiling rose, PVC/polycarbonate insulated body, 3 terminal and 240 volts, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet/ PVC etc. as reqd 240 volts, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed. Make : Anchor Penta Cat No 38660 or equivalent make as specified.

Supply & fix lamp holder angular/straight insulated body, with back plate suitable for batten fittings, white/ivory finish complete all as directed.

Supply & fix sheet metal enclosure for 4 way Distribution Boards (DB’s), triple pole and neutral double door with IP-43 protection suitable for fixing MCB"S/lsolators after and including taking down old DB with MCB complete all as specified and as directed. Make : L& T cat no. DBTPE004DD or equivalent make as specified.

S&F sheet metal enclosure DB's 240 Volts, IP-43, suitable for mounting MCB's, SPN, 8 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar double door type complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : L& T cat no.DBSPN008DD or equivalent make as specified.

S&F Exhaust Fan 300 mm Sweep, 1400 RPM, 240 Volt, AC 50 HZ, Metal body, including louvers with and including cutting bricks/stone boulders wall for fixing of fan and finished the cutting surface even and smooth by using cement morter complete all as specified and directed.( Make:- Havells Ventil Air-DB or equivalent make as specified. )

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to GI earth wire 4 mm dia connected to earth plate by means of nut, bolts, check nut & washer of galvanized iron or of steel, GI earth wire will be protected by 15 mm dia GI pipe 'light grade', watering pipe 20 mm dia GI 'light grade', GI wire meshed funnel, alternate layer of char coal and salt on all side to earth plate upto thickness of 150 mm, filling of black cotton soil in earth pit upto ground level, PCC chamber recessed for and including RCC cover including all necessary excavation & earth work, earth wire connected to O/H continious earth wire on pole, testing the earthing after completion all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I 1991 print and as directed .

(Note : Five run of PVC wire with one run of PVC Casing Caping will be measured and paid as one length.)

M&L for submain wiring alongwith earth wire of size 2x6.0 Sqmm + 1x6 Sqmm earth wire ISI marked FRLS PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core cable drawn in and incl PVC casing and caping of adequate size with all accessories as required as specified and as directed (Note : Three run of PVC wire with one run of PVC casing and caping will be measured and paid as one length.)

Supply & fix Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps ,230 volt complete all as directed including taking down old one.Make : L& T cat no. DBMPS120SD or equivalent make as specified.

S&F in repairs retro LED T5 tubular lamp 18watts with extruded aluminium body, PC difuser and including driver connecting up in existing T5 fitting all as specified and as directed. (Make : Havells Cat No TITANIASLEEK1149T5DSTL18WLED865SPC or equivalent make as specified.)

S&F in repairs decorative wall light made up of high grade engineering plastic material suitable for retofit LED bulb B22 Cap all as specified and as directed. (Make : Havells Cat No LHFOGBE1TZ1W035 or equivalent make as specified.)

S&F in repairs building security light 15watts, IP 66 with separate driver compartment and impact resistance of IK07 including pole of dia 43mm upto 1.2 mtr and connecting up all as specified and as directed. (Make : Havells Cat No ENDURA PEARLSL15LED757SASTOPC or equivalent make as specified. )

S&F in repairs aesthetically designed 2x2 LED flat panel for surface mounting which provides soft light and glare free illumination 34 watts, including and connecting up all as specified and as directed. (Make : Havells Cat No PLUTOSURFACE2X2PLS34WLED857S or equivalent make as specified. )

S&F in repairs room bell with indicator and connecting up all as specified and as directed.

S&F Wall mounted Fan 400 mm Sweep, 240 Volt, AC 50 HZ, steel body, complete all as specified and directed.( Make:- Havells model Swing or equivalent make as specified. )

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of electric water heater, storage vertical/ horizontal type, 5 star rated, 25 ltr capacity comprising of high wattage heating element for instant heating, extra thick inner tank of superior grade, rust & shock proof ABS outer body, non-ferrous pressure plate with & incl provn of 04 Nos grouting bolts suitably flushed to wall or any other surface incl water & electric connection with 3 core PVC insulated, sheathed, standed copper conductor cable/flexible chord complete all as specified and as directed.
