Eligible Sources : Only Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) of makes/models namely Dorma, GEZE, YALE or their Authorized Dealers shall be eligible to participate in the tender. However, OEMs or their Authorized Dealers offering makes/models other than the above approved makes shall also be eligible to participate, subject to strict compliance with the following conditions: (i) The offered door closing mechanism shall conform to EN-1154 standards; and (ii) The offered item shall fully comply with the functional, dimensional, and performance requirements specified in Table-1 of RCF Drawing No. MI006232, Item- 18, Alt-D (or latest applicable alteration). OEMs or their Authorized Dealers offering makes/models other than the above approved makes i.e Dorma, GEZE, YALE should submit above Documents & Offers submitted without requisite documents shall be summarily rejected

For makes/models other than Dorma, GEZE, and YALE, the bidder shall mandatorily submit Valid EN-1154 Certification for the offered make/model along with the offer and also at the time of supply.

In case the offered make/model is other than Dorma, GEZE, or YALE, the bidder shall additionally submit: (i) Valid Trademark Licence of the offered Make/brand, (ii) Valid GST Registration Certificate of the concerned trademark owner; and The submitted documents shall clearly establish that the offered product is being manufactured with lawful authorization from the trademark owner/OEM.

The tenderer with past performance of satisfactory execution of contracts to SC Railway, or Other Zonal Railways/Pus for supply of the same / similar items for a quantity of 20 percent or more of tendered quantity against a single contract during last three years prior to, and excluding tender opening date may be considered as responsive to SC Railways requirements for placement of bulk and regular order. Tenderers are requested to submit the past performance report such as Copies of R Notes/ CRAC/Proof of acceptance of material by consignee etc. along with their offer; failing which offer will be summarily rejected.

It shall be the responsibility of the bidders to quote correct HSN number and corresponding GST rate. Offers with PVC will be summarily rejected.
