SPL REPAIR TO INTERNAL ROADS AT MLIRC AND STN URC UNDER GE BELGAUM

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or grading 3 (50 to 20mm size spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required at site including scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and exc 50 mm and not exc 100 mm deep all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content (Paving Bitumen VG-30) laid or rolled and compacted to required gradient camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) etc, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing surfaces of unsurfaced water bound macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer using 10 kg / 10 sqm using paving bitumen over WBM surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 penetration by weight of total mix laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient including preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bag to remove loose dirts and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sq.m using paving bitumen over existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: For design purpose min. binder content is specified as 5.5% for VG-30 grade bitumen and it shall not reduce under any circumstances. During design stage if binder content exceeds 5.5% no extra payment shall be made to contractor for excess use of binder.

Repair to potholes not exc 1sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for road marking paint of average 2.50mm thick for road strips (reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe, heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface including cost of materials labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc to applicable specifications incl scrubbing out old worn out markings etc, complete all as specified and directed

S&F road studs (cat eye) two way reflective of size 100x100x25 mm (min size) and max size according to manufacturer made with ABS material, scratch and abrasion resistant, micro plastic, temperature resistant body on bituminous/ concrete surfaces of approved makes by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs long delinator of MS pipe 75mm dia, 0.9 Mtr height duly painted with three numbers high intensity (41) reflection tape in red, yellow and white in colour of size 150mmx50mm including excavation PCC and covered and all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 100cm out door convex Mirror (FCMO-100) made of Polycarbonate with fiber molded back water proof & weather proof including 1 pole and excavation PCC and covered complete as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and directed.

S&F Solar reflective Road studs (Cat-eye) (6 LED) of size 132 (L) x 122(W) 32mm(H), Aluminium alloy and PC body with reflective glass elements (white or red) in duo direction of make sun eye/3M/Protek or equivaent as approved, fixed on road with two component epxy hardner and resin/HT nail as per manufacturers instructions etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for traffic speed breaker speed bumb with reflector non blinking with necessary bolts /spikes including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc to applicable incl scrubbing out old worn out markings etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
