Removal of pump from foundation and shifting to workshop for repair including loading and unloading both side and shifting back to site.

Dismentling of Pump and Removal of rust,foreign material from the pump body and diffusers,welding of depressed ,defined and deformed male and female joints and its matching seat for jointing, fin egrinding or machining of aforesaid diffusers and pump body, during assembly it should be leak proof,grinding and buffing of inner to approach smooth surface(12 Nos.). The leaked pump would not be accepted including all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing of impellers LG-2 of phosphorus bronze for M&P pump including all leads & Lifts complete in all respect & as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Prividing of suction & delivery sleeve LG -2 For M&P pump including all leat & lifts complete in all respect & as per the directions of I Engineer -In -Charge.

Providing of sleeve nuts LG-2 for M&P pump including all leat & lifts complete in all respect & as per the directions of I Engineer -In -Charge.

Providing fastner set and keys for shaft for M&P pump including all leads & Lifts complete in all respect & as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing of BB Neck Rings for M&P pump including all leads & Lifts complete in all respect & as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing of BB Neck Bushes for M&P pump including all leads & Lifts complete in all respect & as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Providing of balance valve of bronze of Grade-LG2 having metallurgical composition and otherphysical properties as per aforesaid ISI Including all leads and lifts complete in all respect

Providing of Counter balance valve bush of bronze of Grade-LG2 having metallurgical compositionand other physical properties as per aforesaid ISI Including all leads and lifts complete in all respect.
