Providing and fixing in position a frame made from especially fabricated galvanised mild steel sheet 0.50 mm thick pressed section (galvanizing @120 grams per sqm including both sides) i.e.vertical studs of size 48 x 34 x 36 mm are placed at 600mm center to center in a floor and ceiling channel section of size 50 x 32m fixed to the floor and soffit at 600mm centers using 12mm dia, 50mm long wedge type expanded zinc alloy dash fastner with 10mm bolt. This same channel is then to be fixed in horiziontal direction at 600mm center to center so as to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm. Glasswool of 50mm thickness is then to be inserted in the slots as per manufacturer's specification as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge all complete.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick fire retardent ply wood with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails in wall paneling at all height, including a coat of approved primer on one face, and fixed on wooden /steel/G.I. frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge (G.I. Frame work shall be paid for separate. 12mm thick fire retardent ply wood confirming IS: 5509

Providing and fixing in position wall panelling at all heights using PET acoustic wall panelling system, comprising PET felt acoustic paneling of minimum 9 mm thickness, mounted over 8-12 mm thick HDHMR/fire retardent plywood base panelling, of approved make, shade, texture, design and pattern, fixed over prepared wall surface, including surface preparation, adhesive, mechanical fasteners, backing supports, edge mouldings, trims, sealants, scaffolding, tools & plants, and all incidental items, making joints true, tight and flush, complete in all respects, as per manufacturer’s specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The complete system shall be fire-retardant and shall achieve minimum Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) ≥ 0.70, to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Base panelling (8–12 mm thick HDHMR / fire-retardant plywood) shall be paid for separately) Shop drawings with coloured 3D models in soft copy of the hall/room shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge for approval before execution.

Providing and fixing decorative wood veneer panelling of 4 mm thickness of approved species and shade over plywood base, using approved synthetic adhesive including pressing, joint matching, edge finishing, surface preparation and finishing with approved PU / melamine polish to required shade and sheen, complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Plywood base shall be measured and paid for separately.)

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width

Providing and fixing buffet food heating counter with bain-marie provision made of 18 mm BWP plywood (IS:710) for carcass, shelves and shutters with 6–9 mm BWP back panels, finished with 1.0 mm decorative laminate externally and 0.8 mm internally, 2 mm PVC edge banding, including cut-outs, SS lining, heat-resistant insulation below heating zone, ventilation slots, limited storage cupboards/shelves, service/maintenance access panel as required, complete with hinges, handles and fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Panels shall be fixed with high-strength neutral-grade polymer adhesive and stainless steel headless pins at required intervals over existing smooth plastered walls or plywood substrate (plywood paid separately).
