Bed hard top/Charpoy IP hard top Drg No: FD/E6/MAP/08 FD/MAP/SD/07, FD/MAP-II/01 and CECZ-77

Scrapping down the rusted portion of Charpoy IP hard top / Bed hard top with sand paper smoothing the surfaces carrying out repairs such as welding wherever required and applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint, over one coat of red oxide primer and removing the U/S PVC Bush and S&F New PVC Bush, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing U/S Ply wood from Charpoy IP hard top / Bed hard top and supply and fix 12 mm thick BWR plywood and suitable flat headed nuts and bolt including Suitable Cut Washer, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Cot tubular steel (Trade Pattern)

Removing paint by scrapping down old painted surface carrying out repairs such as removing the dents and welding wherever required and applying one coat of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer on cot tubular Steel , complete all as specified in drawing and as directed

Removing the existing unserviceable cotton newar from the cot tubular and reweaving with new cotton newar of width 48mm, Superior quality all as approved in sample (14 rows length wise and 34 rows width wise), complete all as specified in drawing and as directed

Bed single (Cot) Godrej Model Vienna

Removing existing old/shabby painting by scrapping the existing surface by using emery paper and painting of paint black colour enamelled upto standard and all as directed

Removing existing damaged /UNSV Ply wood from Bed single (Cot) and S&Fof Ply wood 12mm thick in commercial face BWR grade with suitable nuts and bolts and all as specified in drawing and directed

Charpoy GI pipe with ply top, Drg No:- FD-220

Dismantling of all members and U/S plywood top of charpoy GI pipe carefully and segregate the unserviceable members and Stacking it, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed

Supply, cutting, threading of GI Pipe 32mm dia medium grade of size as specified for long rail, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed

Cutting, modifying and threading of the dismantled GI pipe 32mm dia long rail into short rail, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed

Cutting, threading and modifying of the dismantled GI pipe 32mm short rails into legs as specified in the drawings. Providing flat iron clamps 25 x 3mm 2 Nos made of shape as shown in the drawing to welded in the GI Pipe legs to hold FMN Set, painted with black synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Supply only 3 way elbow of 32 mm for charpoy GI pipe. The elbow shall not be less than 400 gms in weight with ISI Mark for GI pipe charpoy, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed

Supply only 32 mm dia GI check nut for GI pipe charpoy, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed

Supply only 75 mm length GI round headed bolt and nut with Suitable Cut washer, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed

Removing U/S steel flat iron stiffeners and supply and fix new steel flat iron stiffeners made out of 40 x 3 mm and length not less than 0.91 mtr including painting the stiffener with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed

Reassembling the GI charpoy with serviceable members obtained from item No 4.01 & new members made above. Supply & fixing of 12 mm thick BWR plywood (7 ply) of size 2.00 mtr x 0.91 mtr make as approved by GE. The edges of the plywood shall be finished with sand paper for smooth surface. The plywood top shall be fixed with 75 mm length GI round headed bolt and nut with Suitable Cut washer as per existing arrangement (supplied under item 4.07 above) and complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Table bed side - Drg No:- FD/E6/MAP/15

Removing the existing unserviceable top from Table Bed side MAP and supply and fix of new top of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board as per existing shape/ size and colour including 4mm thick teakwood beading provided all round the top, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable side portion of Table Bed side MAP and supply and fixing of new side portion of table bed side made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board including 4mm thick teakwood beading as per existing shape and size and colour, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable drawers of Table bed side MAPand supply and fixing of new drawers as per existing shape and size. Front portion of drawer shall be provided with 18mm thick prelaminated particle board as per existing shade. Side portion and inside of the drawer shall be provided with 12mm thick commercial plywood bottom shall be provided with 6mm thick plywood commercial. 100mm SS handle shall be fix as per existing shade, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.
