Excavation in trenches nexc 1.5m deep & 1.5m wide and getting out in soft loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggs as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks with 1:3:6 mix, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm garded stone aggregate as in coping, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning fillling in including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick in hard dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified.

Cutting existing steel tubing 50mm bore for alterations or additions incl Screwing existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (or lengthening and screw on pipe to form connector done in position without taking down, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of 25 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches, complete all as specified

Supplying and laying of 25 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls, complete all as specified

S&F Ball Valve for 25mm outer dia CPVC Pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 30 cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply of sweet earth from out side of MOD land to a distance of 5 km and n. Exc 15 km and depositing at site where directed, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge.

Supply of river sand from main land and spreading of sand in lawn area, including watering and mixing depositing at site where directed. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and Laying of carpet green grass Korean Grass best quality pregrown in mats and placing adajecnt to each other to provide green carpet like look including filling of sweet soil, breaking of clods, etc, mixing of sweet soil and sand with vermi composite and insecticides in desired ratios to ensure propoer growth , mixing in all levelling, watering and cutting and dressing till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for moving complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (Vermi compost and insecticides, sweet soil and sand shall be measured and paid for separately).

Supply and stacking of well rotten Vermi compost at site including loading. Unloading , transportation and stacking at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and applying insecticides and pesticides at (Concentrated) site store in liquid form : chorpyriphos-20% EC, complete specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge.

Digging holes 60 cm dia and 90 cm deep in soils and refilling with the sweet soil and vermi composit (2:1) per hole and mixing with insecticide as directed, flooding with water, dressing including emoval of rubbish and surplus soil, rock if any with all leads and lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -charge. Note vermi compost and pesticide and sweet soil shall be measured and paid separately as supply only .

Plantation of 3 to 5 feet following high plants (measured excluding poly bag) in circular pits of 60 cm dia and 90 cm depth already filled with soft soil and vermi compost flooding with water, stacking if required, making a "Thaola" and complete maintenance upto completion of the work as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

M&L for laying Granite slabs (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) of thickness 16-18mm thick laid over 15 mm thick Cement sand screed in CM1:4 in isolated slabs as in walkways/paths etc all as directed.
