Removing existing water proofing/black top treatment including concrete padding plastering roughening of concrete surfaces ,cleaning and washing own the surfaces with water and removing debris/rubbish materials outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound on roof slabs finished even and fair without using extra cement after cleaning of roof surfaces with wire brushes complete all as specified and directed. Notes : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for P.C.C 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping or roof kerbs on roof chamfered on edge including troweling slightly complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm including cleaning surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof slabs by applying one coat of bituminous/ polymerized primer confirming to IS -3384 @0.30 litre/Sqm, by lying actetic polypropylene (APP) modified membrane pre-fabricated, reinforced with non-woven polyester, of 3.0 Kg/Sqm(minimum) 3mm thick with minimum 75 mm side overlaps and minimum 100mm and applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling ceiling board (fiber, pulp insulation) or insulation board/slabs etc including grid work/wooden or aluminium frame works, cover fillet etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Powder coated galvanised iron snap grid frame work of size 600 x 600 mm for false ceiling comprising of Main runner 'T' section of size 38mm x 24mm x 0.40mm thickness, Cross 'T' of size 29mm x 24mm x 0.3mm thickness and wall angle of size 24mm x 24mm x 0.43mm thick suspended with 4mm dia GI wire from purlin @ 1.20m c/c and fixed with 4mm thick designer ceiling boards complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or steel work of any description and any places complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc complete all as specified and directed. (Confirming to Fe-290, (Gde-E-165).
