Material and labour for dismantling the Blower set (Twin Lobe Blower- 5m3/hr) complete of up to 7.5 HP and carrying out repair/replacement for defective parts such as bearing, shaft sleeves, gland plate, impeller, including replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, filling of pump oil heavy grade (Super-90) , greasing of bearing, replacement of gaskit, mechanical seal, rotor job, replacement of belts,etc etc complete all as directed and reassmebling, testing & commissioning complete. Note: 1. Rates for making arrangement for lifting up blower motor shall be deemed in quoted rates. 2. Once the motor set repaired, the contractor shall by default get the bearing, and other necessary parts changed and shall remain responsible for proper functioning of motor pump for complete. 3. Item Rate Include Alignment of Shaft , Servicing of Motor ,servicing Of Blower ,Servicing of Gear Box,Grease Required at job Work include in unit Rate

M&L dewatering, cleaning of sewage water collection U/G tanks with high pressure jet to remove all mosses, algae and dirt and removal of dirty water along with sludge machines/industrial vacum cleaners and disposal of the same to a safe distance including scrubing of internal surface by steel wire brush, removing the dirt completely using industrial vaccum cleaners and sterilizing the complete internal surface of the tank by using ISI mark Gd I bleaching powder and marking the date of cleaning width complete all as directed for the following sizes:- Note: If the work is not done upto satisfaction level of EIC, the work will be redone upto required level without any extra cost. Neccessary tools and safety gears to be arranged by contractor without any extra cost. Labours safety shall be contractors responsiblity.Also, sludge should be picked and disposed off beyond 500 mtr of STP premises

M&L for cleaning of STP/pump house and surrounding area by surface excavation upto 10 cm depth incl removing shrubs,grass,miniplants and other unwanted materials and levelling complete in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing with 600x600x6mm galvanised steel earth plate electrode buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to and including G.I. Strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts,nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanised steel to the extent of 7.5 metres as earthing lead and connecting to the eqpt/machinery etc. incl charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate in alternate layer in the earth pit all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I-2009 including chamber made up of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with M.S. angle iron frame, C.I. Cover, 20mm dia light grade G.I. Pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto M.S. funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and float suspended plastic carriers (as available on site) with large protected surface areas for the growth of bacteria and proper decomposition of sludge in all three tanks complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Dismantling of old coverd shed size 6x5 mtr at kasarwadi STP of transformer and M&L for hardcore of brocken stone of guage exc 63 mm but not exceeding 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, before hardcore stone 1: mass concrete, cement concrete type B1-1:2:4 (using 20mm graded sone aggregate) for foundation of shed , fixing of new roof trusses (framed ), trussed,purlins,crane gantries, rails and fastning and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc, replacement with new pre-painted galvalume aluminiium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, preparation of steel surface and applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of Epoxy anticorrosive paint over 10 cm width or girth including excavation returning, filling, removing and connected jointing and fabrication work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable Dry Motor submersible sewage pump set having flow : 800m3/hr, 15 mtr head self cooling jacket system and solid handling capacity 100mm installed at STP Kasarwadi of capacity 70HP, Make Kishor Pumps, Model ASTRA SA 250-315 with the following work services:-

a) Disconnecting water and electric connections, shifting the pump from Pump house to workshop ( to and frow) for carry out necessary repair. b) Opening the pump completely part by part without damaging any parts, descaling and cleaning of all parts for inspection and finding serviceability / unserviceability of the parts. c) Repair and assembling of pumps by using existing serviceable parts and replacement of unserviceable parts as directed including necessary machining works required for proper setting and smooth functioning to achieve desired discharge of the pump. d) Re install the pump at its existing foundation, making electric and water connections, finally testing the pump set for its trouble free functioning complete. Note : (i) Spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items as supply only. (ii) Any Machining works required for balancing of inpeller /for fixing of new parts with existing shafts is deem to be included with the unit rate. No extra amount on this account shall be entertained seperately. iii) Any minor parts which are not covered under this schedule but inescapable requirement for repair shall also be deem to included with the unit rate quoted. No extra on this account shall be entertained by the Department. (iv) No extra cost will be paid to the contractor if taking out and lowering of motor and pump is done on same motor and pump which is being repaired once. It will be contractor responsibility to ensure all parameters before lowering the pump and motor.

M&L for disconnecting and removing the PUMP SET from its foundations/ base frame located at different locations, by disconnecting suction, delivery pipes, pump couplers and electrical connections, taking it to workshop for repair, Dismantling and opening up of PUMP assembly complete, removing worn out Gland, bush, shafts, pump Housing, bearing, Gland Packing, Pin locking set, nuts and bolts, washers etc., and replacing with new parts of same make/model/type including necessary machining works as required, assembling, Balancing and refixing the pump back to its postion after getting repair and making all connections, carry out alignment, and testing for satisfactory function all as specified and as directed for following Pumps:-

Note : (i) Spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items as supply only.(ii) Any Machining works required for balancing of inpeller /for fixing of new parts with existing shafts is deem to be included with the unit rate. No extra amount on this account shall be entertained seperately. iii) Any minor parts which are not covered under this schedule but inescapable requirement for repair shall also be deem to included with the unit rate quoted. No extra on this account shall be entertained by the Department. (iv) No extra cost will be paid to the contractor if taking out and lowering of motor and pump is done on same motor and pump which is being repaired once. It will be contractor responsibility to ensure all parameters before lowering the pump and motor. (v) Model No KDC, 312V, 365 Capcity : 10 Cum/Hr @ 15m Head coupled with 5HP three phase electric motor Make : Kirloskar Notes as per Item No 7 applicable here also

Supply only following parts of Dry Motor submersible sewage pump set, Model ASTRA SA 250-315 Kishor pump of capacity 70 HP to incorporate under item No 7 above (as per site requirement) for satisfactory repair of the pumps.

Taking down the motor from base plate/ pump after disconnecting the electrical connection and transporting to & from workshop for cutting (i.e machining,work, welding, grinding, turning & polishing, lathe work, filler work etc.) & taking burn out copper winding complete and cleaning properly. Rewinding the motor with same gauge and same turn ratio for proper RPM, best quality copper enamelled winding wire and packing properly with packing materials, varnishings, drying & replacing wornout bearing/terminal plate, reassembling, fixing in original position, testing & commissioning complete of following sizes all as directed by Engineer-in-charge Note: 1. All parts to be changed and neccessary for proper functioning except bearings is inclusive in the rate itself. 2 . Notes from Item No 15 are applicable here also.

M & L for Framed work such as grills, gratings,bar,flat plates etc. conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 with two coat of synthetic enamaled paint over coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface incl taking down old unsrviceable one all as directed and specified by Engineer In Charge

M&L in replacement Steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer;erected in position as indicated, thickness of laths 1.25 mm,complete gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete as directed by EIC

Supply and fix mechnical joint for ductile iron pipe of 400 mm with complete nut, bolt and taking out of old joint including excavation,removing, and filling all as specified by EIC

Supplying, fixing and testing of CI/DI pipe fitting for spigot socketed pipes such as bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing/ decreasing or double socket etc). Tee pieces, single branch, “Y” junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot), collars, caps and plugs, for pipe upto 400mm bore all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Rate of cutting existing pipe for insertion of the fitting or any fabrication for connecting the existing pipe with new pipe is included in the quoted rate.

M&L in repair for PCC block masonary and PCC 1:4:8 in foundations, filling and mass concrete for foundation of DI/CI water pipelines complete by using necessary clamping of pipe in foundation to avoid vibration at the time of pumping operation complete with demolition of existing foundation and necessary earthwork complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: Minimum size for foundation L x W = 1 m x 1 m but height will vary from site to site. Contractor should quote the rate according to the condition mentioned and reviewing site.

Construction of valve chamber of size 120 x 120 x 120 cm (internal dimensions) with the following specifications :- (i) 15cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using stone aggregate) as in foundation concrete. (ii) PCC solid block masonry 200mm thick using grade C-5 block in CM (iii) Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 finished even and fair. (iv) PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping. (v) 3mm thick MS sheet cover alongwith MS angle iron frame 40 x 40x6 mm duly embedded in coping concrete with necessary locking arrangement. (vi) MS sheet cover with Painting and frame with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

M & L for painting of electrical panel one coat spray synthetic enamel painting on steel surface and one coat steel primer including preparation of old surface of any description described all as specified and directed

M&L for Chequered rubber moulded glossy finish cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick,set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6etc. Including dismantling old tiles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED building security light fitting 25 Watt , energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with acrylic cover as diffuser with IP 66 protection including suitable size bracket incl taking down old UNSV one.
