1000 mm x 900 mm - 2 no Arrangement of all required safety equipments (i.e safety belts, folding ladders, safety helmets, safety shoes etc.) for safety of man power during execution of work.

Dismantling and taking out the operating mechanism, spindle and CI shutter of gate from its installed position after cutting of nut bolts and fasteners with the help of gas cutting set, it includes heavy manual labour, long boom crane and other auxiliary works.

Repairing of gate including chemical cleaning of gates. Repairing the surface area and wedge side etc. including the cost of chemical & T&P etc.

Cleaning and repairing of guide channel i/c the cost of chemical and T&P etc. with help of manual labour.

Repairing of existing spindle of controlling gate i/c remetaling, turning, re-threading & polishing etc. as required

Repairing of operating mechanism by providing fixing of G.M. nut and thrust bearing as per sample with other allied machining works as required to make it operational

Assembling the controlling gates with its all components with the help of required labour, long boom crane, nut, bolts, fasteners, tools & tackles, welding and other auxiliary works as required at site to make the unit functional.

Supply of gate operating handle to operate the gates

Painting the complete job with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of enamel paint after cleaning the surface area.

Testing & commissioning of the flow control system for smooth functioning.
