Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks of old size (standard size as per local availability) laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down/ Cutting MS pipe line of size 150 mm bore, including all fittings of any type, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of M/S pipe line of size 150 mm bore with socket ends, centrifugally cast class medium grade in any length laid in trenches by means of welding (For firefighting installation) in required position as taken down under Srl item 6 above, complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying the MS pipe line of size 150 mm bore after cleaning as taken down under Srl item No 6 above including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up and down old/ unserviceable MS tubing with fittings of size 100 mm bore including welding and cutting all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (earth work will be measured and paid separately).

Relaying the MS pipe line of size 100 mm bore after cleaning as taken down under Srl item No 9 above including necessary welding and all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of M/S pipe line of size 100 mm bore with socket ends, centrifugally cast class medium grade in any length laid in trenches by means of welding (For firefighting installation) in required position as taken down under Srl item 9 above, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing CI fittings up to 150 mm bore such as ( any type, bend/ color/ reducer and angle) tapers any type (straight,bends increasing,decreasing or double socket etc) tail pieces single branch Y junction,double branch cross (all sockets or socket ends spigot). All as required at work site and as directed.

M & L for S&F of CI sluice valve flanged of size 150 mm bore class PN-1.0 ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel head complete with rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts washers and packing materials etc all as directed and as per site requirement.

Note:- (a) M/L for lead joints/spares/CI/GI specials will be measured and paid separately. (b) M/L for CI/GI/MS pipe, special lead joints ect will be measured and paid separately under relevant schedule items.(c) The rate is deemed to include cost for tool and plant and transportation required for attending the repair work.(d) Disconnecting /dismantling/cutting the existing pipe line is included in quoted rate.(e) The rate is inclusive of earth work complete including returinging and refilling in any type of strata complete.(f) The break down shal be attended within 4 hrs of intimation round the clock and time of restoration shall be maximum of 5 hrs. The additional manpower required to complete the work is quoted rate is deemed to be included in the quoted.

Cutting existing CI/MS water main 150 mm bore pipe and firefighting pipeline in position for making branch connection and CI pipeline (Insertion of CI tees bends of different size on connection pieces or for insertion of sluice valve) including excavation & earth work. Note : Cast iron fittings such as tees, bends, collars reducers etc) joints and jointing material for fixing cast iron fittings, sluice valve shall be measured and paid separately.

Painting fire hydrants hose boxes as per existing sizes complete including cleaning, scraping of old rusted surface paint inside and outside of panel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and writing of SRL No as per existing size, complete all as specifid and directed.

S&F in replacement of broken glass of fire hydrant panel withnglass size 80cm x 14cm x 5 mm thick end covered type including rubber beading for finish of glass as per sample kept in the office of AGE E/M Unchibassi and, complete all as specifid and directed.

Taking out firefighting motor from the existing foundation, transport to workshop for rewinding by using super enamelled copper winding wire of existing wire gauge including other allied items such as varnish tape, sleeve, greasing etc. of suitable size for 90 to 105 HP capacity of motor and refixing after testing and commisioning complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting the delivery line and providing dummy plate with nut, bolts to avoid water leakages and M&L for taking out vertical turbine pump /submersible pumpset of any make of capacity 20 HP to 35 HP from the tubewell/borewell carefully complete with column pipe for inspecting the condition of column pipe, pumpset & flat submersible cable etc complete all per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) The cost inclusive of necessary T&P of removing vertical turbine/submersible pumpset carefully without any damages to pump, motor, shaft, column pipe and casing. Any damages shall be beared by the Contractor at his own cost. (ii) The rate inclusive of dismanlting of motor of Vertical turbine pump set.(iii) The M/L for repairs to pumpsets/ column pipe/cable if required & measured and paid separately under relevant Schedule.

Lowering vertical turbine pump /submersible pumpset of any make of capacity 20 HP to 35HP inside the tubewell/borewell carefully complete with column pipe and other connected parts and including replacement of nut ,bolts, washers, gasket of suitable size all per site requirement and rec-connection with delivery line with nut ,bolts, washers, gasket of suitable size all as specified and directed. Note:(i) The cost inclusive of necessary T&P of lowering vertical turbine/submersible pumpset carefully without any damages to pump, motor, shaft, column pipe and casing. Any damages shall be beared by the Contractor at his own cost. (ii) The rate inclusive of re-connection of motor of Vertical turbine pump set.

Taking out electric vertical turbine motor of capacity 20 to 35 HP from the existing foundation, transport to workshop for rewinding by using super enamelled copper winding wire of existing wire gauge including other allied items such as varnish tape, sleeve, greasing etc. of suitable size for 20 to 30 HP capacity of motor and refixing after testing and commisioning complete all as specified and directed.
