Supply, laying, jointing and testing underground XLPE insulated cable HT 11000 volts grade (Earthed) (heavy duty) stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II) 1985 with the latest amendments laid in trenches, in floor, in duct, through pipes or along the pole complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Excavation,Earthwork and sand cushioning ,PCC protection cover,GI pipe and protection clamps shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Pre-dispatch inspection shall be carried out by Representative of Accepting Officer. (iii) High voltage test to be carried out after laying and jointing of cables. All arrangement for the same shall be provided by the contractor & shall be considered within quoted rates & nothing extra shall be paid to the Contractor.

All as per item No 1 but of size 120 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil surfaces n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for poles, stay, cable, pipe etc getting out all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.3 above but depth exc 1.5 mtr but n. exc 3 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling,watering and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25 cm thick in soft loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand cushioning in trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers 8cm before laying the cable & 15cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type I, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent/abutting each other complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for end termination outdoor heat shrinkable joint suitable for 11KV cable 120 to 185 sqmm 3 core all as specified and directed.

M&L for end termination outdoor cold shrinkable joint suitable for 11KV cable 95 sqmm 3 core all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit straight through cold shrinkable joint suitable for 11KV cable of 95 sqmm 3 core all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit straight through cold shrinkable joint suitable for 11KV cable 120 to 185 sqmm 3 core all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay 100 mm bore GI tubing light grade, ISI marked, for cable protection at road crossing/floor/wall/ on poles or at any indicated situation etc duly sealed at both end after drawing cable including necessary clamps,saddels etc all as directed and specified.

S&F vertical type air break switch, gang operated, tripple pole, mechanically operated, outdoor type, with all fittings and accessories, mounted on and including HT 11 KV Polymer insulators 12 Nos and steel channel frame, GI Operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length to worked from ground, including locking arrangements and with 7 lever Navtal brass lock, suitable for 400 Amps current rating etc complete. Note : (i) Cable connected in GOD through 11 KV grade unarmoured HT single core cable as per site reqmt. No extra cost shall be paid to the contractor for the same. (ii) Contractor shall provide the HT link at 4pole/two pole structure for jumpering the cable & cost is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate and nothing extra will be paid to the Contractor.

Supply, fixing and errection of prestressed concrete pole HT 11mtr long 152mmX152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black and white strips up to 1.5 mtr height including numbering poles ( PCC & earth work shall be measured & paid separately)

Supply and fix lightening arrester expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp, rupturing capacity 65 kilo Amps porcelain conforming to IS-3070 Pt-I suitable for 11 KV, HT over head line complete including nuts, bolts, clamps, bracket etc and connecting with GI earth wire, discharge capacity 65 kilo Amps complete all specified and directed

Material and labour for fixing cable route indicators made of PCC (1:3:6) including CI part indicator Brown colored of circular shape of dia 150mm fixed on angle iron of size 40x40x4mm not less than 0.3mtr of height over the PCC duly engraved " HT CABLE/HT JOINT" PCC block size 150x 150x 900mm fixed on 300mm below ground level all as specified and directed

M&L for boring hole under the road/pavement/hard standing with the help of trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure not less than one metre below ground level complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Contractor should make good the footpath if damaged during the boring hole of road & cost is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized earth plate of size 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal GL with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.25m below GL connected with eletro earth strip 25x4 by means of check nuts, bolts, nuts, washers of GI all as shown in plate no. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point necessary excavation, earth work, PCC, RCC cover, watering by funnel etc., all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete including testing on completion NOTE:-All necessary arrangement for testing shall be done by Contractor with in quoted rates & no extra cost shall be paid to Contractror.

S&Fin repair polymer type disc insulator for conductor of 11000 volts grade working pressure all as specified and directed.

S&F cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including a coat of red oxide primert, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Anti- climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS bar ( round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts , washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of pole, all as specified.

M&L Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameld white, with letters, fingures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts approved size made out of 25 X 3mm flat iron for HT poles/tansformers etc, with voltage & danger indicated in Hndi & English, for HT 25 cm X 20cm size complete with clamp, nut and bolt as per site requirement and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 for plinth blocks for HT/ LT poles etc using 20 mm graded coarse aggregate including fair finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and necessary form work all as specified

M&L for cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation for pole including necessary form work all as specified and directed

Dismantling of ACSR Conductors of any size complete and stacking all as specified and directed

Dismantling of PCC poles of any size complete including breaking pcc and stacking all as specified and directed

Dismantling of GOD all as specified and directed

Dismantling of cross arms, channels,clamps, nos, bolts, insulators etc all as speified and directed

Taking up and re-laying HT cable of any size LT/HT all as specified and directed Note :- Necessary excavation taking out of brick, sand and staking properly for reuse, taking out of existing cable and laying the same at a distance n.exc 100mtr as directed by Engineer - in-Charge and reuse the protection cover and sand includng refilling and removing the surplus material at a distance n.exc 50mtr all as directed. The rate of all the job is deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.
