S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugatged steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc all as specified & directed.

S&F FI 40 x 6mm as in wind tie fixed with self tapping scoall as specified and directed

M&L for 2nd class hard wood as in scantling, clean sawn, timber framed and fixed.

S&F 5 to 10mm dia mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed to other end, or screwed both ends, each screwed and to fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5 cm and n exc 10 cm

S&F 11 to 15mm dia mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed to other end, or screwed both ends, each screwed and to fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 10 cm and n exc 15 cm

Forming jambs, etc to openings (to foregoing item), including cutting toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work with cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified

S&F rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to a common rafters, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates of Gde fe 410-0 or fe 250-0

M&L for Welding in repairs n. exc 2.5cm in length complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only angle Iron / MS plate / MS sheet for welding where ever required for repair work.

S&F 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced traslucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type hooks or cranked bolts in roof, walls etc.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets including E- Grid frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F suspended false ceilingwith T- grid system of size 600 x 600mm with following specifiactions :- (i) Pre primed, self embossed, textured designer board, water resistant, termite resistant, fire resistant for insulation Calcium Silicate Boards 4mm thick (ii) GI powder coated Main Tee of size 38x24mm made out of 0.30 mm (min) thk sheet (ii) GI powder coated Cross Tee of size 24x24x0.30 mm (min) made out of 0.30 mm (min) thick sheet (iii) GI powder coated angle of size 24x24x0.30 mm (min) made out of 0.30 mm (min) thick sheet (iv) Level clip / suspension wire - 4 mm dia GI wire. (v) Soffit cleat/Rawl Plug as per manufacturers instrcutions (vi) Fixing shall be executed as per manufacturers instructions

S&F 4mm thick HPSC (High pressure steam cured) pre-primed self imposed textured designer board to be placed in the existing grid system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI bar hangers fixed with steel dash fasteners from purlins of the roof with clips with provn of light fixture including tightening of grid complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel pinting over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of steel new surface over 10 cm width or girth etc all complete

S&F 6mm thick Asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts, in roof, walls etc all complete

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster or wall tiles of any description on bricks or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on brick wall finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement in patches all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per above items but except brick

M&L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and apply two coat of cement base paint over a one coat of cement primer etc all complete.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper (acrylic) white or tinted over one coat of chalk whitening/primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls etc.

Demolition of cement concrete of any descrip-tion and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M&Lfor 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 as in sub base type D2(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) etc all complete.

M & L for Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick fixed over and including cement screed base 15mm thick in cm 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing etc all complete

M & L for Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing fixed over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 , on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing complete.
