Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compounds after drilling holes for grouting as per technical specification including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/ Epoxy.

Repairing by sealing of cracked/ porous concrete, at pier caps and girders with Epoxy Grout, by injection process through nipples including making of grooves, sealing of cracks etc, complete as per M.O.R.T&H specifications section 2803 and technical specifications.

Repairing by Sealing of cracked / porous concrete, at pier, as per site requirements, with Cement Grout by injection process through nipples / grouting, including making of grooves, sealing of cracks etc., complete as per M.O.R.T&H specification section 2806 and technical specification.

Repair of honey comb, cracked, spalled concrete on girder, deck slab , pier cap damaged etc using fast setting modified one component high strength Micro Concrete approved by Engineer-in-charge, including opening of cracks, removal of loose materials, cleaning of surface applying acrylic priming coat and preparing the same of repair including the cost of material, labour, machinery and T & P and marking all necessary arrangements for work.

Providing and fixing 16mm dia Rebar by drilling holes of 20mm dia in piers & pier caps 300mm deep @ 50 cm c/c in both direction in complete area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and cleaning the drilled holes using powered air blowers and fixing the connectors using resin anchor/ Epoxy fixing compound.

Providing and applying epoxy bonding agent between old and new concrete @ 0.50 Kg/ sqm including all the tools & machineries, all complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Structural RCC for jacketing of pier complete including steel formwork, scaffolding etc. As per drawing and technical specification. Design mix concrete. [MoRTH Specification : 1500 & 1700]. RCC M-30 grade. By CC Mixer. Upto height 5 m

Replacement of all old bearings with new Elastomeric Bearing including lifting of super structure, repairing of hammer head etc complete as per technical specifications and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Provision of staging made of CRIBS (M.S Towers) for lifting of Deck slab, for removing and relpacing the Neoprene Bearing with the help of synchronised Hydraulic Jack system.

Dismantling and removal of existing Reinforced cement concrete structures like gap slab, wearing coats and approach slab manually or with the help of jack hammers including its disposal within a lead of 1000 metres, complete as per technical specification without causing any detrimental effect to any part of the bridge structure (MoRTH specifications clause 2809,100)

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil including lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 30 m and including filling of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches (SOR)

Providing and Laying M-15 plain / Reinforced cement conrete in approach slab, inclusive of all labours, matetrials, equipment etc, complete as per instrustion of Engineer-in-charge.

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications. i) PCC Grade M15

ii) PCC Grade M20

Providing and laying PCC/RCC in gap slab, approach slab and wearing coat using M-30 grade including centering, shuttering, formwork, stagging, etc all complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications as per relevant clause of section2700.

Provodong and laying HYSD bar reinforcement at any level for jacketing, construction of approach slab, gap slab and wearing coat and fixing of expansion joint, complete as per drawing and technical specification (MoRTH specification : 1600(N).

Providing and laying Tack Coat before laying Bituminous concrete and mastic asphalt using Bituminous Emulsion of grade 85/25 (Medium setting) over the prepared road surface in accordance with clause 503 read with other relevant clauses and section 900 of MoRT&H Specification for Road and Bridge Work(4th revision) including cost of all materials, labour, T&P,taxes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with minimum 40-60 TPH capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.0 to 6.0% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects)

Dismantling of old existing damaged Expansion Joints manually or with the help of jack hammers including its disposal within a lead of 1000 metres, complete as per technical specification without causing any detrimental effect to any part of the bridge structure (MoRTH specifications clause 2809,100)

Providing and laying Strip Seal Expansion Joints System, including removal of existing exp joints by dismantling of deck slab, wearing coat etc. and back filling of the recess up to final level with conc of grade M- 35 , complete as per approved drawings(s), MoRT&H, technical specifications section 2607.

Replacement of old Drainage Spouts with new drainage spouts, including providing, fitting, dismantling and widening the existing opening and fixing new drainage spouys M.S grating system( as per standard MoRT&h specification 2705).

Dismantling and Reconstruction of RCC Railling of same shape and size of the railing of the existing parallel bridge using M35 Grade as per drawing and direction by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing temporary barricades throughout the bridge length using 6 mm thick M.S. plate fixed in M.S. angle of size 75 x 75 x 8 mm ,during execution of work. The barricade shall be properly aligned and fixed as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and marking central line road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads as per IRC: 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete in all aspects such as furnishing all labour, material, tools, equipments, including all accidental costs necessary for carrying out the work at site confirming to the technical spec. clause no. 803 of section 800 of MORT&H and as per direction of engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing reflective road studs (Raised pavement markers ) of category A made out of polycarbonate/ ABS moulded body and shanks and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro-refectance and chromatically values conforming to ASTM D4280 also conforming to MoRT&H circular No. RW/NH.33023/10/97-DO.III dt 11.06.97 and shall support a load of more than 13 t tested in accordance with ASTM D4 280.Lenses shall be moulded of polycarbonate or Methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788 and shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 1 of said MoRT&H circular including installing by drilling the surface and fixing with adhesive.

Providing and erecting mandatory/regulatory 600 mm & 900 mm circular rectro-reflectorised sign with 7 years warranty, manufactured as per IRC :67 : 2012 using Type XI ASTM D 4956-10 micro prismatic reetro reflective sheeting fixed over aluminium sheeting,2 mm thick vide clause 803.1 ,supported on a GI pipe post 75 mm × 75 mm × 6 mm, firmly fixed 30 cm above ground level by means of properly designed foundation with M- 20 grade cement concrete 30cm× 30 cm ×45 cm,45 cm below ground level including painting all non-reflective faces with epoxy paint 2 coats over epoxy primer.

Providing temporary traffic diversion including required sign boards, guards, flags, battens, flagmans,etc., all complete.

Painting on kerbs in black and yellow alternate bands including cost of material and labour complete as per drawings and specifications as per clause 803. with road marking paint.

Type - B, "THRIE" : Metal Beam Crash Barrier (Providing and erecting a "Thrie" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 85 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 2 m high with 1.15 m below ground level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a space of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 546 mm long complete as per clause 811.3)
