SCHEDULE ''Á''PART-I (ROAD / PATH / CULVERT)

Removing the existing sealing compound and widening of expansion joint 25mm width of rigid pavement by using joint cutting machine upto a depth of 45mm with cutting blade of appropriate size to make straight and smooth edge and removal of rubbish girt etc using suitable tools including air compressor cleaning concrete debris washing etc complete all as directed

Removing the existing sealing compound and widening of construction/dummy joint 12mm to 15mm width of rigid pavement by using joint cutting machine upto a depth of 13mm with cutting blade of appropriate size to make straight and smooth edge and removal of rubbish girt etc using suitable tools including air compressor cleaning concrete debris washing etc complete all as directed

Providing and laying in position Polyurethane Sealant type FB of approved brand including painting the contact surface of the joints with primer of approved brand, including expanded polyethylene armour rod and sand filling below armour rod in expansion/construction/dummy joint etc complete as per direction of Engr-in- charge.

(a) Expansion joints 25 mm wide x 10mm deep over polypropylene baker rod

(b) Construction joints 12 to 15mm wide x 13mm deep over polypropylene baker rod

M&L painting centre line, apron marking etc either continuous or broken lines to the required width with retro reflective water borne acrylic apron marking paint with yellow/white/red/black colour in one or more coats to give uniform finish with WBR paint of Asian paints or equivalent with airless spray application of high index glass beads having 1.90 reflective index over painted surface, including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, scales, oil grease and other materials before application of the paint. The paints to be cold applied to obtain a dry firm thickness of 300 microns @ 2 sqm per litre including application of drop on glass beeds as per Federal specification TTB type III (density 4.2) by weight (in Gms) @ 525 gms per sqm including removal of old marking and all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Painting centre line, edges line, apron marking etc either continuous or broken lines to the required width 5cm and as not exc 10cm with yellow/white/red/black paint of adequate coats with WBR paint of Asian paints or equivalent with airless spray application including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, scales, oil grease and other materials etc before application of paint. The paint to be cold applied to obtain a dry firm thickness of 300 microns @ 2 sqm per litre including removal of old marking and all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting by mechanical means with diamond saw cutted/Chipping of pot holes/ concrete slab cracks of V section/damages of broken edges of the concrete slab upto a average depth of 25mm in specified shape and cleaning surface with compressed air or other mechanical approved means to remove dust/loose particles. Apply epoxy Primer using nylon bristled brush and allow it to dry. Fill the pot holes concrete slab cracks of V section/damages of broken edges using EM (Epoxy Mortar) as per the manufacture instruction in proper leveling and shapes to flush with existing slab complete all as specified as directed Notes : 1. All the components of epoxy mortar such as resin , hardener ,etc shall be formulated by company itself and it shall be brought at site in sealed condition with company packing. 2. Company packing once opened , the whole material shall be consumed in same day and left over material shall not be used. 3. If the depth of concrete is more then 25mm EM should be spread in two layer.

Surface Cleaning : Cleaning the surface areas thoroughly so that they are free of all contaminants like dirt and laitance & to remove all the loose materials, and grinding surface to make rough by various mechanical means. And the surface shall be applied with primer @ 4 – 5 sqmt per ltr & allow it to dry completely. Supply & application of Elastomeric concrete into repaired surface and finish as per manufacturers' instruction with trowel, and uniform levelling of slab surface including all necessary form work if required complete all as specified and as directed

(a) thickness of Elastomeric concrete 5mm (Including making surface of slab Uniform for 5mm Depth using grinder or other tools)

(b) thickness of Elastomeric concrete 10mm (Including making surface of slab Uniform for 10mm Depth using grinder or other tools)

(c) thickness of Elastomeric concrete 15mm (Including making surface of slab Uniform for 15mm Depth using grinder or other tools) _______________________________________ Note : (Applicable to Item No. 5,6 & 7 above) - Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of all necessary formwork / Tape if any required to be arranged by the contractor. No additional cost on this account shall be admissible .

Demolition cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description fin ground floor exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate in coping, water trough & the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating, all as directed.

Cutting and removing of Existing mooring ring complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (Applicable to Item No. 5,7,8,9 & 10) - Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of all necessary formwork / Tape if any required to be arranged by the contractor. No additional cost on this account shall be admissible .

Removing excavated material rocks exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed

M&L Excavation in trenches ,n exc1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation,etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil

M&L for Returning,filling in, including spreading,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick

M&L for Removing excavated materials to a distance exceeding 250mtrs but not exceeding 500mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above starting point

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations ,filling and mass concrete complete all as directed.

M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks in CM 1:6, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick Rendering on brick/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Providing Precast cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in landings,cover slabs,(for manholes) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including use and waste of form work complete all as directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over ,cut to length ,bent to shape required ,including cranking,bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

M&L Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2 laid and jointed complete with collars

M&L Forming contraction dummy joints 100mm deep and 8mm wide(using diamond cutter) and filled with polyurethane sealant 12mm) complying with BS:5212 and fixing 10mm dia polyurethane rod and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant in position as required complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed

M&L Injection grouting for cracks with non metallic nozzles with the help of very low viscosity epoxy material through the fixed nozzles with the help of grouting pump

Supply and lay 4 Core XLPE insulated and Fire retardant PVC round sheathed armoured aluminum conductor flexible cable , 1100 Volts of size 10 sqmm complete with connection testing and commisioning.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exd 1.5 m in depth; for foundation for laying of cable etc not exc 10 sq m on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil,complete all as specified

M&L for removing excavated soils n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and lay in trenches 50 mm high density polyethylene pipes(HDPE) of pressure rating 6kgf/cm2 complete

Supply and fix 240 V 10 KA SPN MCB of 32 Amp fixed type complete with connetion testing and commisioning.

Supply and fix 240 V 10 KA SP MCB of 6 Amp fixed type complete with connetion testing and commisioning.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure for DB's when MCBs to be used 4 way SPN 240 V with 200 Amps rated busbar.

Supply and fix Green Red cap push button station.
