Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundations etc. or for shafts, well cess pits, manholes,pier holes, laying of pipe and cables etc. but not exceeding 10 sqm on plan including dressing/trimming sides and levelling/grading & ramming bottom of excavation and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning ,filling in , including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material ( soils) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations / mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L Brick work with old size fly ash bricks., straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius , built in, cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&Ldoor frame of size 1.80mx2.10m with shutters comprising 2nd class Hard wood (Sal) Plain , solid , straight chowkhats of size 105mmx105mm and frames , wrought , framed rebated on the solid , rounded or chamfered , put together with glue, pinned at joints; 62mm thick flush shutter double leaf (with lead glass window of required size) sandwiched with 2mm thick lead sheet , overlapping of chokhats with lead lining to prevent leakage of radiation at joints,both side of shutter shall be provided with 0.90mmm thick Decorative laminate type 1, of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per maker's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25mm thick PVC Insulated wall lining consisting of PVC insulated panels with EPS( Expanded polyestere) stuck to 2 mm thick PVC Insulated Panel with Single Side Prelam PVC sheet duly fitted over and including 1mm thick lead sheet fixed to wall as per manufactures instructions as per secifications and drawings given in SSR -Part II including 35mm thick PVC sheet beading over joints and corners complete all as and specified.

S&F stainless steel barrel tower bolts, 300 mm length of bolt complete all as specified.

S&F stainless steel sliding door bolts, bolt type, with bright bolt not less than 12 mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nutss , four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed, 300 mm long complete all as specified.

S&F Stainless steel medium weight butt hinges ,ISI-12817 marked , 150 mm long and fixed

S&F 300 mm long Extruded stainless steel handles, fabricated type,fancy type complete all as specified.

S&F Aluminium body universal Door closer hydraulically regulated, tubular type 'B', suitable for door shutters 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80kg complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion , drilled and counter sunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire , etc.; flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc. including all necessary drilling , bolting or rivetting , etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

M&L mild steel framed work such as grills , gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged in to spikes; framed guard bars ; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters ; walk ways ; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

M&L mild steel 10mm dia bars as in line wire, etc.for securing wire mesh etc. ., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

Supply only Chain Link fencing of mesh size as indicated ,made out of mild steel wire galvanised ( hot dipped) weighing not exceeding 4 Kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Weight of Chain link fencing shall be decided by a Board of Officers)

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards , rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 , top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing ; scrapping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.
