REPAIR TO HT OH LINES, TRANSFORMERS AND HT SWITCH GEAR AT ZONE A UNDER GE 862 EWS

Filtration & dehydration of transformer oil in distribution transformer, servo voltage stabilizers, isolation tramsformer and HT OCBs (at different locations) using ON-LINE electrically operated filtration plant to achieve dielectric strength minimum 50 KV / 4mm including testing of oil before and after dehydation and also topping up of the transformer oil upto required level, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i)Transformer oil supplyng and top-up shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for submission of test reports for testing as specified above (iii) Quantity payable under the item shall be the Qty of oil filtered and dehydrated at site only.

Supply only transformer oil conforming to IS 335-1993 (Make : 'Savita', 'Power Oil', APAR) having di-electric strength minimum 50 KV/4mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of LT and HT connection carefully from the existing Transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 100 KVA , 11KV/433 volts of any make/type, taking down/remove from existing site. Transporting the transformer from various locations to the workshop for carrying out repair work, opening of top cover and decanning of transformer oil, checking of connections internally,dismantling of core and remove HT/LT coil for replacement, replacing burnt HT and LT bushing and studs and soldering and brazing the connections including removal of sediments, carbon deposits at bottom of transformer tank, on core, on winding, tightening of all connections etc, cleaning of oil tank and rectification of leakage problem and renewal of all gaskets and assembling and filling back of tranformer oil (after filtration and dehydration of transformer oil at work shop for required value) including top up of transformer oil upto required level and after repair the transporting the same back to the same site including installation and connecting of HT and LT side connection of transformer and charging the transformer including testing it

upto proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) The contractor will take down and refix the transformer at site located at various location as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) The rate deemed to including transportation of transformer Jammu workshop and back. (iii) T & P required for taking down and refixing of transformer deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor, Rewinding of HT & LT coils and oil shall be measured and paid separately under erlevant items and cost of gaskets, nuts and bolts etc. will be deemed to be included in this above item quoted rate. (iv) Repair/rewinding of transformer carried out by authorized workshop only. (v) Spare parts required for maintenance measured and paid separetely in respective items. (vi) Transformer oil for top up will be measured and paid separately.

All as per serial item No 03 above but for transformer of capacity more than 100 KVA and upto 315. KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of burnt defective HT copper coil of different type capacity winding from transformer with and including superior quality enamelled copper winding wire of approved make of suitable size/guage and number of turns matching as per original winding of transformer including all insulating papers and material required for making of coil all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of burnt defective LT copper coil of different type capacity winding from transformer with and including superior quality enamelled copper winding strips of approved make of suitable size/guage and number of turns matching as per original winding of transformer including all insulating papers and material required for making of coil all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brass terminal studs and bushing with brass check nuts including all accessories for primary (HT) side of transformer capacity 250 KVA to 315 KVA, 11KV/433 volts of any make/type including removing of old unserviceable items and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- This item shall not be applicable for item No 3 & 4 above.

Brass terminal studs and bushing with brass check nuts including all accessories for primary (HT) side of transformer capacity 50 to 200 KVA, 11KV/433 volts of any make/type including removing of old unserviceable items and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- This item shall not be applicable for item No 3 & 4 above.

Brass terminal studs and bushing with brass check nuts including all accessories for secondary (LT) side of transformer capacity 250 KVA to 315 KVA , 11KV/433 volts of any make/type including removing of old unserviceable items and testing complete all as specified and directed. Servicing and maintenance of HT VCB 800 Amps, one incoming-four out going panel including cheking of contacts, lubrication of mechanism, cleaning, tightening , Insulation resistance test for existing rated HT beaker. Tightening of all control wiring panel,repair to manual/electrical closing/trippping. Opening of panel back covers, removing of Bus bar, removing of PT, removing of CT's, cleaning of all bus bar , CT chamber and heating up chamber to remove moisture pressure test with pressure test kit.complete testing of breaker, checking mechanism of fixed and moving contacts and removing carbon deposits and overhauling of spring charged mechanism and operation of indicators are correctly showing the ON/OFF and spring charged / discharged system, cleaning the surfaces of insulators, fasten the bolts fixed in interrupting units, mechanism linkages, replacing all unserviceable parts/mechanism etc. lubricating and greasing the mechanism of moving parts and reparing of trip push button assembly including testing and calibration of protection relays and reconnecting back the VCB and testing complete all as specified and directed. PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles and stay assembly /installation paths or similar location, complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

15mm thick cement plaster rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces & finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for coping on brick walls, ducts etc including necessory form work, complete all as specified and directed

Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate (factory made), smooth finish, flush handle, cover slabs cum including form work, laid dry in position, all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement (TMT bars) will be measured and paid separately.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in coping of poles and the like complete including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles and stay / installation paths complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel bars (TMT Bars) 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Synthetic insulating mat of 2 mtr x 1mtr x19 mm thick fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed with and including of one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint including preparation of new steel steel surface, all as specified.

Rolled mild steel plates chequered channels, Fe 410-W (Grade-E-250 ) quality ''A'' square/rectuangular cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with out any attachment , of appropriate size of cable duct all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting of HT 4 pole structure consisting of steel tubular poles, bracing, cross arms, channels,clamps, supports, nuts, bolts with & including two coats of Silver paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparing the existing external surfaces and marking of nomenclature of pole with black paint and including making alternate strips each of 30 cm height with black and red with synthetic enamel paint upto 1.20 mtr height from top of PCC copping, complete all as specified and directed.

Painting of HT two pole structure consisting of steel tubuler poles and connected steel sections such as bracing, cross arms, channels, supports, clamps , nuts , bolts of any type with & including two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparing the old painted external surfaces and marking of nomenclature of pole with black paint and including making alternate strips each 30 cm with black and red with synthetic enamel paint upto 1.20 mtr height from ground level complete all as specified and directed .

HT Danger notice plate of size 25x20 cm made cut of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with and including M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

11 KV air break gang operated device of rating 400 amps, 3 Pole, vertical type, mechanically operated,mounted on and including 11 KV porcelain insulators and steel frame with operating machanism worked from ground level with and including GI tubing 25 mm bore light grade and providing ACSR conductor jumpers duly crimped with lugs, connected to existing 11 KV supply and testing and including removing old unserviceable items complete all as specified and directed.

33 KV air break gang operated device of rating 400 amps /600 amps , 3 Pole, horizontal mounting, mechanically operated,mounted on and including 33 KV porcelain insulators and steel frame with operating machanism worked from ground level,copper flat terminals, connected to existing 33 KV supply and testing and including removing old unserviceable items complete all as specified and directed.

High tension lightning arrestor, expulsion type suitable for 11 KV with all fittings of transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps and testing including removing old unserviceable item, complete all as specified and directed.

High tension lightning arrestor, expulsion type suitable for 33 KV with all fittings of transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps and testing including removing old unserviceable item, complete all as specified and directed.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with and including jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium cable of size 120 Sqmm, also including connecting with single thimbles etc after disconnecting of electric supply including removing burnt out jointing kit etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine cut) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and srewed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted wth washers and one hexagonal or square not exceeding 5 cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified.

Supply only Chain link fencing 4mm dia of 100mm mesh size complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Rough excavation , not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Hard core of broken stone/boulders of gauge n exc 63mm deposited spreed and leveled in layers n exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified.
