Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12 (D=100 mm with tolerance of ± 2%) Zinc coated, Mesh wire diameter 3.0 mm, mechanically edged/selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2mm, supplied @ 3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm as per drawing, including removing and disposing Gabian structure with buolders after completion of construction work with all lead and lift at non-objectionable place as directed by Engineer-in-chrage, and payment of 10% shall payable only after removing the structure from river/ sea, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and injecting Chemical emulsion for PRE - CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier on the top surface of plinth filling, inside junction of wall and floor, on top of damp proof course (DPC) or on masonry at level of plinth filling as per IS 6313 (Part-2)-1981 using chemical like chloropyripos emulsifiable, Biflex TC, lindane (IS 8944-1978) 20EC mixed with water in 1:19 ratio (1 litre chemical : 19 litres of water). The emulsion shall mentioned below, all as per specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Plinth area in plan at GF shall only be measured and paid. A guarantee bond of 10 years shall be furnished. Rate shall be inclusive of material required for Anti Termite Treatment and labour and equipments required for applying all etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. A1) Bottom surface and the sides of the excavation made for masonry foundations at the rate of 4 litres/sq m (wherever applicable) A2) At the rate of 7.5 litre/ sq m to the backfill at the depth of 500mm below the original ground level. The soil in the immediate contact with the vertical surface of RCC column/ Masonry shall be treated. B) Top surface of the plinth filling including damp proof courses at the rate of 5 liter/sq m of internal plinth area etc. complete. C) At the rate of 7.5 litre/ sq m to the internal vertical surface from original Ground level to top of the earth filled in the plinth. D) At the rate of 7.5 litre/ sq m to the external vertical surface below finished Ground level to the full depth of the filling complete. E) 1 litre / linear meter along the junction of wall and floor at all stages.
(2) CONCRETE WORKS:- Providing and laying in position machine mixed, machine mixed plain cement concrete (PCC) of M15 grade including all necessary dewatering, casting in panels of any size and thickness wherever necessary, to shape and depth as specified at all locations and with all leads and lift/depth, compaction, vibration, curing, transporting and pumping wherever necessary including the cost of form work (if required) and removal of formwork etc. complete as directed by the Engineer.
Providing and laying in position controlled cement concrete manufactured in fully automatic batch mixed plant/ ready mix concrete (RMC) of specified capacity (batch mix plant RMC plant shall be installed nearby site) for plain/ reinforced cement concrete work of specified grade using graded black trap stone aggregates of maximum 20mm nominal (down graded) size obtained from approved quarry including fine aggregates conforming to latest IS 383 (fine aggregates shall be combination of natural river white sand plus manufactured sand) with minimum cement content (with or without fly ash as per structure design) for durability shall be followed as per approved design mix and latest IS 456 (whichever is higher) for all elements of any shape and size and including cost of cement and no extra cost of cement shall payable for consumption as per mix design of concrete, mix design shall only prepared by Govt. laboratory must approved from Engineer-in-charge before starting execution, at all places and heights/ depths including transporting by transit mixer for a lead up to 10 kms having continuous agitated mixer, laying of concrete to site by any means like pumping or tower crane etc., vibrating, finishing and curing etc. and including Admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, to improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be inclusive of providing grooves, drip moulds, ghisis, pockets, cutouts etc. and labour for insert sleeves if any wherever required while casting. Rate also to include lift charges and scaffolding for all heights / depths from FFL / GL. In case of failure of batch mix plant, contractor shall use ready mix concrete as per specification from approved manufactureres after obtaining prior approval of engineer in charge. Including the cost of centering, shuttering (Steel shuttering), but excluding the cost of reinforcement. c) M25 grade of RCC

PQC M40 concrete:- Providing and laying in position ready mix Pavement Quality Controlled Concrete of M-40 grade, for the mix design of PQC concrete IRC:44 shall be referred, using cement content as per design mix- OPC 53 Grade cement-maximum cement content shall not exceed 450 kg/m3 of concrete and fly ash shall not use in concrete, using minimum cement content for durability shall be followed as per approved design mix and latest IS 456 design and including cost of cement and no extra cost of cement shall payable for consumption as per mix design of concrete, mix design must prepared from Govt. laboratory and approved from Engineer-in-charge before starting execution, using coarse sand (coarse sand shall be combination of natural river white sand plus manufactured sand) and graded stone aggregate, maximum size of coarse aggregate shall be as per IRC:44, adding admixtures and adding polyester fiber (12 mm) of triangular cross section having tensile strength of 4000 to 6000 kg/cm2 like Recron 3S or equivalent fiber by using 125 gms fiber per 50 kgs cement used as per the design mix of the specified workability, Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) i/c transportation to site in transit mixer, laying at site, construct concrete pavement by the continuous panel with concrete paver machine as per methodology mentioned in drawing of concrete pavement, concrete spreading and compacting mechanically and vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating & brooming with wire brush and finishing with required texture etc. and levelling to required slope/ camber, contractor must approve construction methodology from consultant and Engineer-in-charge before starting execution, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, including providing Separation membrane over DLC, it shall be impermeable Polyethylene sheet 150 micron thick as per IS:2508, transparent or white in colour laid flat with minimum creases, the separation membrane may be nailed to the lower layer with concrete nails, including cost for provision of contraction/ expansion construction & longitudinal joints by groove cutting machine (groove cut depth and width shall be as per IRC:15) as per drawing including providing and fixing pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints of CC pavements after making the joints dust free with high pressure air jet cleaners, Pre-moulded joint fillers shall be made of bitumen hot sealing compound impregnated fibre board having impregnation more than 35%, conforming to IS:1838 for fibre board and IS: 1834 for hot sealing bitumen compound grade-A and including cost for sealing all the joint by sealant and debonding tape as specified in IRC:15-chapter no.8. Including providing and fixing Steel Cap of Dowel bars in expansion joints of required dimensions as per drawing. Including curing by ponding of water for min. period of 21 days, including fixing Dowel bars and Tie bars as per drawing with use of cradles/chairs (cost of Dowels/tie bars/cradle chairs shall be paid extra in separate item) all complete including all materials, labour, machinery, formwork with all leads and lifts etc. as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Extra for Colour Concrete : Extra over concrete for providing and adding colour pigment as admixture of approved make and shade as per manufacturer's specification in specified grade of plain/ reinforced cement concrete for any type of element as per drawing and as directed by engineer in charge. Rate shall be for actual volume of concrete cast with colour pigment.
Constructing cast in situ RCC diaphragm wall in soil & Soft Rock by providing and laying machine batched, machine mixed, self compacting, ready mix reinforced cement concrete, tremie controlled, of M35 grade using minimum cement content for durability shall be followed as per approved design mix and latest IS 456 design for very Sever condition (whichever is higher) per cum of concrete, using graded black trap stone aggregates of maximum 20mm nominal (down graded) size obtained from approved quarry including fine aggregates conforming to latest IS 383 (fine aggregates shall be combination of natural river white sand plus manufactured sand), including cost of cement and no extra cost of cement shall payable for consumption as per mix design of concrete, including providing and mixing required admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103, as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, for achieving 150 - 200 mm slump, for diaphragm wall having thickness as per approved structural design not exceeding 800 mm, in panels of required depth and lengths as per approved drawing, including constructing necessary guide walls as required and as specified including boring in all kinds of soils including working in or under water and/ or liquid mud, in foul conditions and pumping or bailing out of water and removing slush, including disposal of earth/ rock/ slush etc. for all leads and all lifts, including preparing, providing and re-circulating bentonite/polymer slurry in the trench as and when required for all depths, including agitating bentonite/polymer slurry during trenching etc., providing and fixing stop ends or form tubes, upto the required depth of diaphragm wall including extracting the same after casting, including chipping off the bentonite adulterated concrete or unsound concrete up to the cut off level for obtaining the sound concrete, dressing undulations on the exposed face of diaphragm wall after excavation by chipping/ chiselling etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, including providing recess for bearing plates and fixing insert boxes for inclined rock anchors etc. complete as per the specifications and approved design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, but excluding the cost of reinforcement and inserts. (Rates include cost of boring up to any depth, in tidle condition, all inputs of labour, material and T & P, cost of handling, lifting & placing in position the reinforcement cage in the trench, including the additional cost of welding the reinforcement bars etc. involved in the work and all other incidental expenditure for completing the work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge), however, the actual area of the diaphragm wall, correct to two places of decimel, from design bottom level to the design cut off level only shall be measured for payment.

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates/ sand satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification.

5. DOOR - WINDOW WORKS:- Providing and fixing in position frames/ shutter for any type of aluminium work like aluminium door, composite door-window, window (sliding, openable, side hung, top hung, fixed etc.), casement window, aluminium partition, aluminium fixed louvers, fixed window with any type of aluminium sections of make Jindal/ Indal/ Hindalco as per approved make having minimum 50 micron pure polyester powder coating of approved shade, texture & colour of approved make for all floors/ all levels/ all heights/ all shapes/ all sizes including cutting, bending, crimping, fabricating in best workmanship manner etc as per the drawing, specification and as directed by Architect or Engineer-in-Charge. Rate shall be inclusive of providing aluminium sections (conventional sections for partition and wooden flush doors and Euro-profile for casement window-door/ sliding windows -doors), cutting, fabrication, erection and fixing to the best workmanship manner, including 1) Sheet metal screws and casted solid aluminum corner cleats fixed with external byttins with a spring for rapid and secure joint assembly for casement and sliding shutter and frame; 2) Glazing clips for receiving infill panel; 3) Best quality wool pile where ever shutter touches the frame and compatible microwave cured EPDM rubber;

7. PLASTER WORKS:- Providing and laying average 10 mm thick single coat mala plaster on ceiling & stairs and soffits in CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Coarse sand, only natural white river sand), on sides of brickwork/ blocks at all floors, all shapes and all heights with necessary scaffolding, curing, making grooves, forming pattas, hacking properly RCC surface etc. complete as directed by the Architect and Engineer-in-charge.
Providing & laying average 20 mm thick mala finish cement plaster in two coats on internal/ external sides of masonry work / block wall / RCC wall at all heights, all shapes and all levels with 12 mm thick under coat in CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand, only natural white river sand) rough wired finish and 8 mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand, only natural white river sand) mala finish (finished with steel trowel) including scaffolding, finishing, curing, making grooves, forming pattas and drip mould, hacking RCC surface etc. complete, as directed by Engineer-In-charge.
Providing and Laying 20mm thick sand faced cement plaster on walls upto height 10 metres above ground level consisting of 12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1-cement : 3-sand, only natural white river sand) and 8mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1-cement : 1-sand, only natural white river sand) etc. complete.
8. WATERPROOFING WORKS:- Providing and laying average 60 mm thick water proof cement concrete flooring in 1:2:2 (1 Cement : 2 Sand : 2 Graded Aggregate 10mm nominal size, only natural white river sand) to RCC swimming pool floor, under ground tanks including making vata at all heights in line, level and gradient including mixing water proofing compound of approved make in recommended proportions as approved by the Engineer in charge and leaving the surface rough wired finish to receive any type of flooring/ smooth finish etc complete as dircted by Engineer in charge. Rate shall be inclusive of curing, scaffolding etc. as directed.
Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand, only natural white river sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand, only natural white river sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand, only natural white river sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. Water proofing system shall be executed by only approved applicator of approved brand and under strictly supervision of technical fellow of manufacturer. The rate includes giving 10 year guarantee for waterproofing on a Rs.100/- stamp paper in approved proforma.
Providing and applying single component, elastomeric, PU coating water proofing system curvature roof to be applied at required consumption to achieve a minimum 1.5mm DFT with required coat (minimum 2 coat) uniformly spread in entire area. System shall be executed as follows: 1) Surface preparation shall be done as per manufacturer specifications followed by single component PU water proofing coating 2) Repairing cracks on mother roof slab by cutting & making V grooves in 25x25 mm, and filling with a polymer modified sand-cementitious mortar, of 1:3 proportion and filling the groove with CM (1:3, only natural white river sand) as recommended by manufacturer specification. 3) making fillet with polymer modified mortar or as per manufacturer of minimum size 50mm x 50mm 4) Gap around the anchor (for fixing the roofing sheet) shall be filled with non shrink grout/ PU sealant as per site condition and as per manufacturer's specification. 5) Supplying and applying a coat of one component polyurethane based waterproofing coating, having elongation > 400%, crack bridging ≤ 2 mm, tensile strength of > 2.0 Mpa, solid content - 80 to 90 %, minimum DFT 1.5mm (as per ASTM D 412). Contractor shall submit methodology statement with all detail in illustrative sketch form and get approved from Engineer in charge. All material from single manufacturer. Application shall be carried out by approved applicator of manufacture and as per recommended by manufacturer. Cost includes all material, labour, T&P, wastage involved as mentioned in the item. Actual applied area shall be measured for payment.
Integral crystaline penetron admix water proofing system for raft & retaining walls& UGWTs Providing and application of Integral Crystalline waterproofing treatment as admixture of Penetron, Kryton or equivalent to the entire quantity of the concrete of basement raft/ slab with beam or retaining walls by using Admix having speed of penetration of 31 Cm in 56 days and resistance to 20 bar hydrostatic water head, using admix @ 0.8% by weight of cementious content maximum upto 3 Kg/Cum. Rate shall be inclusive with damage and honey comb concrete, grouting, honey comb repair, sealing any future hairline cracks because of its self healing nature, over treated area with integral crystalline product as per manufacturer's specifications and as per technical specification etc complete. Work shall be carried out by approved applicator and as per method of waterproofing accepted by manufacturer. Work shall be guaranteed for 10 years against any leakages and guarantee shall be provided on Rs. 100/- stamp paper in approved proforma
Providing and laying average 18mm thick double coat (water proof) smooth/ wired finish cement plaster on sides of masonry work/ block wall/ RCC wall, 12 mm thk first coat in CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand, only natural white river sand) by spraying , second coat of 6 mm of CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand only natural white river sand) and mixing Integral waterproofing liquid admixture for mortar in recommended proportions in both coats, finishing the surface wired finish/ smooth finish with a floating coat of neat cement slurry at 2.75 Kg/ sqm to receive the tiles for all floors, all shapes and all height including hacking to RCC surface, scaffolding, curing etc. complete for all floor, all height as directed by engineer-in-charge. Cement slurry admixed with Integral waterproofing liquid admixture for mortar in recommended proportions is to be applied before each coat and final finishing coat.
9. FLOORING WORKS:- Providing and laying 8 to 10mm thick, double charged Vitrified tiles (full body) of size upto 600 mm of approved make, shade and required finish as approved by Architect/ EIC (Matt) for all floors/ any height/ any levels etc. with on floors, skirting, residue, steps of any approved shade as per design drawings over 20 mm (average) base of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand, only natural white river sand) laid on new surface or fixing on existing flooring by adhesive material and jointed with matching colour cement slurry including finishing shall be done with flush pointing with white cement and matching pigment, including curing, cleaning with mild oxalic acid, maintaining till handling over by covering with plastic sheet etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying 8 to 10mm thick, double charged, Vitrified tiles of size upto 600 mm x 600mm of required finish and any shade as approved by Architect/ EIC (Glossy/ satin) for all floors/ any height/ any levels etc. in skirting, dado, residue, risers of steps, jambs as per design drawings. Wall tile is to be fixed over 10 to 12 mm thick wired finish plaster in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand, only natural white river sand) including provision of groove, curing etc complete for all floors any heights, any lead and lift as directed by Engineer In charge. Grouting shall be paid in relevant tender item. Sample and mockup shall be approved before procurement of material. Actual laid area of tile shall be measured and paid. Sample and mockup shall be approvd procurement of material.
Providing and laying Antiskid vitrified tiles in floor(thickness to be specified by manufacturer) with residue of approved make and shade as per drawing with water absorption less than 0.08% and confirming to IS: 15622, laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand only natural white river sand ) bedding of approved make, in all colours and shades. Finishing shall be done with pointing the joints with grey cement slurry at 3.3kg/sq m including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment, including curing, cleaning with mild oxalic acid, maintaining till handling over by covering with plastic sheet etc complete for all floor all height as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Size of tile upto 600 mm x 600 mm
Providing and laying in position coloured glazed tiles of approved make and any shade of any finish of size upto 600mm x 8 mm for skirting, dado, riser of steps etc. of approved make and shade, in all colours and shades. Tile is to be fixed over 10 to 12 mm thick wired finish plaster in cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand only natural white river sand) with keeping a groove of (3mm width). Tile shall be fixed with 1:1 cement sand mortar of average 6 mm thickness behind the tiles including filling the grooves with white cement slurry of matching pigment etc. complete as approved by architect and directed by engineer-in-charge. Finishing shall be done with flush pointing with white cement slurry and matching pigment, including curing, cleaning with mild oxalic acid, maintaining till handling over etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Rate of backing coat plaster shall be paid separately in relevant tender item.
Providing material and labour for laying 25 mm thick Kota stone slabs in risers of steps, skirting, (flush with plaster) laid on average 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including providing 10mm wide grove between skirting and plaster, rubbing and polishing complete as directed by Engineer In charge. Sample shall be approved before execution. Kota stone shall be in uniform shade of reuired size. Sample and mockup shall be approvd procurement of material. Shade of skirting must be match with flooring stone.

Rate shall be inclusive of material, labor, adhesive, curing, cleaning with water jet, finishing, etc complete for all floor level and as directed by engineer in charge. Additional mortar thickness shall be paid in relevant tender item.
Providing material and labour for laying sandwich platform comprising of a) Sandwich of 18 mm thick single side polish Granite of approved size, shade and sample on top and 30 mm thick polished kota in bottom with 25mm thick cement mortar (1:4) in between b) At centre vertical sandwich supports of 30 mm thick two kota stone on sides and 20mm CM (1:4) in between and at both end walls vertical supports of 18 mm thick double side granite. c) 75 mm raised platform at bottom with kota on top and 50mm CM (1:4) at bottom, kota stone skirting as per design and approved sample. The rate includes rounding, champhering and mirror polishing of edges, facias of granite, MS support including necessary bonding adhesive (if required). Rate shall be also inclusive of curing, making holes & cutouts for sink, wash basin, Piller tap/ Bib tap but excluding the cost of MS work, plumbing fixtures ans sink. at all floors all height etc complete as directed by Engineer Incharge. (Only plan area shall be measured & paid for). Rate shall be included all kota & granite mentioned in above.
Providing and fixing both side mirror polished 18mm thick best quality Granite stone slab of any shade any colour for Urinal partitions and Wash basin counter as per sample approved by Engineer in charge with edges rounded and mirror polished, of required size fixed as urinal partitions/ wash basin counter by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) as per drawing and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All expose edges shall be champhered and mirror polished. Rate shall be inclusive of chasing, cutting, edge champhering, edge polishing, making holes (if required), curing, finishing, maintaining upto handling ovre the project etc complete for all height. The work shall be carried out as per the approval of Engineer-in-charge. Only finished granite work shall be measured.
Providing and applying Hot deep galvanizing work confirming to IS 4579/ 2629/ 2633 with zinc of 85 micron thickness on Railing, Handrail, flag fixing sleeve pole, garbage box, Street furniture and similar works etc made from solid flat, bar, RHS, SHS, tubular hollow sections etc. as per the drawing and as instructed by engineer in charge. The rate shall include preparing the surface by shot blasting/ acid washing prior to hot deep galvanizing, labor, tools, machinery etc complete (Sample to be approved).
Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 316) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel anchor fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Architect and as directed by Engineer-incharge. (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). Rate shall be inclusive of bolts, fastner, all accesories for fixng and fabrication for all level all height etc complete. All anchore fastners and accessories shall be of 316 grade steel.
Providing and fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of 80 mm wide M.S. laths inter-locked together through their entire length and jointed together at the ends by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with bracket plates, guide channels and arragements for inside and outside locking with push-pull operation including the cost of hood cover and spring etc. complete. (B) Shutters including 1 coat of Rustocap and 2 coat of Hi-Gloss / Matt Finish Metal PU Paint of approved make and shade over all the surfaces etc. as directed.
11. PAINTING WORKS:- Providing & applying 100% External Acrylic emulsion Paint of desired shed from Apex ultima of Asian, ICI or equivalent in minimum three coats (1 coat of exterior grade primer and 2 coats of paint) to give an even shade with brush on exterior sand faced plastered surfaces / mala plastered surfaces / textured surface or any surfaces at all heights including scaffolding, thoroughly brushing the surfaces with sand paper to make it free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter etc. complete as per the manufacture's specification and up to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge. The rate shall also include the cost of filler for cracks on the surfaces. (Rate shall be inclusive of minimum 1 coat of exterior grade appropriate primer).
Providing and applying three coats of plastic emulsion paint from following of approved make, color & shade (first two coats with brush and final coat with roller), on newly dry interior plastered surface at all heights give an even shade, including required coats (minimum two coats) white cement based putty of Birla white / Acrylic putty of Asian paint or equivalent after thoroughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth etc. after applying every coat of putty. Priming coat of alkali resistant cement primer (water or solvent based) is to be applied on putty etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge. Sample to be approved before starting of the work. The rates shall include the cost of filler for filling the cracks on surface. 1) Regular interior Plastic emulsion of Asian or equivalent 2) Highly washable interior Plastic emulsion like Supreme 3 in 1 of ICI or equivalent
Providing and applying Hydrophobic Silane - Siloxane coating of approved make, to exposed concrete surfaces at all heights & leads and wherever instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. The treatment shall be in two coats wet-on-wet or as recommended by approved manufacturer including preparation of surfaces by cleaning, curing, protecting, independent double legged scaffolding etc complete. The rate includes the cost of all materials, its application by specialized applicators by spray coating with airless sprayer, cleaning the substrate of all laitance, construction dust, contaminants, double scaffolding, labour etc., all complete and at all levels, leads and heights as per particular specification & directions of engineer in charge. Guarantee Bond in the prescribed proforma shall be executed by the contractor for the satisfactory performance of the application for 5 years.
Providing and applying 400 microns thick coal tar extended epoxy resin coating to sound concrete surface after carry out surface preparation to remove loose concrete, curing compound or any other foreign material, mixing base and hardener component of Coal tar extended epoxy resin coating, apply first coat at 200 microns DFT using suitable brush or roller, allow the first coat to dry for 6 hrs at 35°C followed by application of application of second coat at 200 microns DFT in perpendicular direction to first coat etc. complete as per manufacturer’s specification for all level all depth as directed by engineer incharge. Coal tar extended epoxy resin coating shall be having 100% solid contents by weight, specific gravity - 1.54 at 27°C, Curing efficiency – 93 % (BS 7542), Water absorption <0.01 % (ASTM D 570), Bond Strength: min 1 N/mm2 (BS 1881 Pt 207), Water Permeability: nil at @ 2 bars pressure over 3 months, Salt spray test: nil @ 200 microns DFT over 1000 hrs (BS 1881 Pt. 124:1988), Impact Resistance: passed (BS 3900 Pt E3) & Chemical resistance checked in accordance with ASTM D 453
12. ROOFING WORK:- Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (Mangalore tile) of 20 mm nominal thickness as per approved pattern on sloping concrete roof slab. Tile shall be fixed with aluminium hollow section as battern. Aluminium battens shall be fixed on concrete sutface (c/c distance as per size of tile) with SS 316 screws/ anchor of approved make as per design. Tile shall be fixed on aluminium batten with necessary screws/ fastner as per approved shop drawing and as directed by engineer in charge. Rate shall be inclusive of tile, screws, fastner and other approved fixing material, scafolding etc complete for all level, all height. Aluminium frame work shall be paid in relevant tender item.
Aluminium framing for mangalore tile fixing Providing and fixing aluminium frame work for roofing tile work with extruded any type of built up sections/ other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285. All aluminium member shall be anodised finished of approved make and shade (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15). The aluminium frame shall be fixed with SS 304 fastner, nuts, bolts and washer on sloping roof slab for all height all level etc complete and as directed by Engineer in charge. The aluminium quality shall be as per grade 6063 T6 and BS 1474. Framing system shall be as per approved shop drawing. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, metered and jointed mechanically wherever required. Rate shall be inclusive of all kind of anchor fastner, screw and consumable. Only actual weight of installed aluminium member (without bracket for undercut anchor) shall be paid in Kg.
13. FALSE CEILING AND WALL PANELLING:- Note - Contractor shall prepared shop drawing co-ordinated with services for all falce ceiling items and submit to consultant for approval. Cement Fiber board False ceiling with GI Framing Providing & Fixing M/F Suspended 12mm thick cement fiber Board/ multi purpose cement partical board with GI Gyproc frming anf syspension system which includes GypSerra Perimeter Channel is fixed along the perimeter of existing wall/ partition with the help of screws at 600mm centers. Ceiling Angle is suspended at up to suitable height as per sight conditions by fixing it to the soffit clit with Soffit Cleat and Rawl Plug creating 1220mm x 1220mm grid. Intermediate channel is fixed to the Ceiling Angle with 2 Nos of 4.2x13 Gyproc metal to metal screw. The Ceiling Section is then fixed to the Intermediate Channel with the help of Connecting Clip and in direction perpendicular to the Intermediate channel at 600mm c/c. All framing materials shall be of GI (IS513), YS-300Mpa, Finish-Galvanized 150GSM (IS 277). 12mm thick cement fiber Board/ multi purpose cement partical board (Confirming to IS 2095-Part-I, 2011) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws at 230mm centers. Rates shall be inclusive of cost of making cut outs/ openings for electrical fixtures, tube lights & providing additional sections for strengthening the openings/ cutouts, making grooves between wall & board or as per drawing /instruction of EIC. Area of cutouts shall not be deducted and no extra payment shall be considered for additional sections provided. Only plan area shall be considered for payment. The rate shall be in sqmt for all floors and at all heights including necessary scaffolding, tools, tackles, wastage etc complete as directed by engineer in charge.
Providing and fixing fabricated metal single shutter/ double shutter trap door (recess type) made from 0.8 mm MS sheet, Inner Frame - 1.5 mm, Outer Frame - 2mm MS sheet and finished with powder coating of approved shade/ enamel/ acrylic paint (primer + 3 coats of paint) of approved make and shade. Same false ceiling board shall be fixed in recess part (depth equal to thickness of board) of trap door. Door shall be installed on existing false ceiling framing with extra MS suspender with necessary hardware like Allen key lock, hinges/ pivot, safety chain etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Rate shall be inclusive for providing, loading/ unloading, transporting and installation at all floors all height but excluding the cost of extra suspender for installing the trap door and false ceiling board. Area of trap door with frame shall be measured for payment.
Perforated Gypsum False Ceiling Providing and fixing of Suspended ceiling system with 12.5mm thick glass fibre perforated gypsum plaster board/ tile of any size having any type of edges and any shape, any size, any pattern perforation and GI suspended framing system. This includes ribbed frame Perimeter Channel fixed to brick wall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws at 600mm centres along the perimeter of ceiling. Then suspending ribbed section used as intermediate channel from the soffit at 1220mm centres with Ceiling Angle fixed to RCC Slab with Soffit Cleat and steel expansion Fasteners @ 600mm Centres respectively. Ultra frame ribbed Ceiling Section are then fixed to Intermediate channel with the help of four point connecting clip (0.8mm thick) and in perpendicular direction to the intermediate channel at 600mm centres. All framing and grid section shall be GI (as per IS 513) having yeild strength 300 mpa and galvanized finish of 150 GSM as per IS 277. 12.5mm thick glass fibre perforated gypsum plasterboards/ tile of any size having any shape, any size, perforation of any pattern is screw fixed with 25mm long Drywall screws at 230 mm centres. 50mm thk 24kg/m3 glasswool should be placed between the frame and perforated board with the help of Glasswool tissue bag. The screw fixing of gypsum plasterboards to the metal framing at the periphery, openings and cut edges should be at 150mm centres. Finally square or tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Jointing compound, Joint Paper tape and two coats of Drywall Top Coat as per the drawing & approved sample. Rates shall be inclusive of cost of making cut outs/ openings for electrical fixtures, tube lights/ air-conditioners, grills, diffusers etc & providing additional sections for strengthening the openings/ cutouts, scafolding, making grooves between wall & board or as per drawing etc complete for all level, all height, all floor amd as directed by Engineer in charge. Only plan area shall be considered for payment.
Veneer False Ceiling Providing and fixing veneer ceiling as per intent image and drawing as per following. 1) False ceiling shall be installed on MS/ CRS/ GI framing, which is included in this item 2) 12mm thick BWP IS 710 ply shall be used for base of ceiling. 3) 12 mm thick BWP IS 710 ply and 8mm thick BWP IS 710 ply shall be used for making side of ceiling. 3) 4mm thick Gurjan ply having slice thickness of 0.5mm of approved make and shade shall be applied on bottom of the ply. 4) edges shall be finished with veneer pressed bedding. 5) All veneer surface shall be finished with specified polish of approved make and shade, which is included in the item 6) Perforations, if any as per design, rate included in item Contractor shall prepare shop drawing based on concept design and drawing and submit for approval. shop drawing shall be approved by Architect and engineer in charge. Rate shall be inclusive of ply, veneer, edge beading, accessories, fastener, scaffolding, wastage, cost of MS framing, PU Finish etc complete for all level all height as directed by Engineer in charge.
15.0(A) Parking & ROAD WORKS:- Dry lean cement concrete- Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base laid with a mechanical paver over a prepared subgrade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383 (fine aggregate shall combination of natural river sand and manufactured sand), the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid mechanically, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, Rate shall include cost of formwork (if any), finishing and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.
Granular Sub Base Construction - Granular Sub Base Construction - Plant Mix Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded crushed stone aggregate, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or machinery on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller 8 -10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density. GSB layer shall comprise of two layers. For lower layer called as filter /separation layer Grading I, II, V or VI shall be used. For upper layer called as drainage layer, Grading III or Grading IV shall be used. Minimum compacted thickness shall be 100 mm for each layer. All complete as per clause 401 of MoRTH and as directed by the Engineer-in-chrage.
Pre cast concrete kerb for liner kerbing in plan Providing & fixing M25 grade of concrete precast exposed/ fare finish/ texture finish kerb stones of Vyara and as per sample approved of any sizes, any shape. Kerbs shall be fixed on the foundation prepared of M15 grade concrete minimum 100 mm thick including side slope concrete for fixing as of approved design including curing, formwork etc. complete. The rate shall also include for erecting and fixing the pieces in position for complete Kerb systems with Chamfered type of kerbs including necessary accessories of kerb like Radius Kerbs, Angles and Quadrant Kerbs etc complete as per drawing. The rate shall also include the flush pointing in CM (1:2) for all joints of the kerbstones. (Sample must be approved). Paver Block Laying Colored/ Grey 80mm thk, M-45 Grade Providing and laying shot blasted Non- interlocking, Grey/ Colored brick type paver blocks of 80 mm thick M-45 grade machine made and blasting by automatic shot blasting machine and high density of as per approved sample of Vyara, Alcock, Super, Nishu for footpath, parking areas, service lanes and other areas as mentioned in the drawing. Including providing and laying 50 to 80 mm thick average bedding layer of coarse sand below paver block as per required grading and specification. Laid paver block shall be mechanically compacted. The work of the paving blocks shall be executed in line and level by skilled mason of flooring work only. It should be laid in such a way that the no cutting of the paver block to be necessary. If cutting of paver block shall be required, than cut by machine only and laying to be done by skilled flooring mason. The Finished surface of the Paver Block shall have Coarse Sand Texture Finish. Paver blocks shall be compacted and shall be re-laid if necessary. Actual laid area shall be measured and paid without any wastage.

9. Internal Wiring, WITH MODULAR TYPE SWITCHES:- Wiring of points to be done in open/concealed manner in 25 mm dia medium gauge Rigid PVC FRLS pipe. Nos of ciruit of the same phases may be taken in same conduit (maximum 2 ckts).The circuit shall be laid in 25/40 mm dia medium gauge rigid PVC FRLS pipe.
