Taking down the desert cooler of any capacity from stand/slab for painting, clean the inner and outer surface of desert cooler with wire brush and made free from dust and sludge with wire brush in and including applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and fixing in position complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Note for item No. 01 to 78.00 The Quoted rates shall to be included for the following :- (a) As the above work is required to be carried out for repair/maint of cooling appliances entire Mil Stn Jaisalmer , hence complaints of the US equipment’s (Desert coolers/refrigerators (ordinary/inverter)/DF/ACs (ordinary/inverter)/ water coolers/voltage stabilizers) to be handed over daily basis for different units locations and repairs to be carried out on the same day or next day or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) The contractor shall depute adequate AC mechanic and helper (As per the complaint) with all connected tools on daily basis with suitable vehicle arrangement to repairs and attend the complaints in various units under AOR of GE (A) Jaisalmer and manage all spares included in this CA in advance or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Non attending the complaints with in 48 hrs Rs 200/- per day per complaints shall be recovered.

Fixing only exhaust fan and connecting up including provn of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Taking down storage type water heater from wall by disconnecting the electric connection and water inlet/outlet connection from main and repairing the water heater storage type 25/50 ltrs capacity and any type including refixing after checking the serviceablity of all parts of such as inner vesser, rubber gasket, non return valve, heating element, thermostat etc and refixing the same after replacing of unserviceable parts and assembly completet (considered as one unit) and installing and testing the same as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note :- Supply only for parts against unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under relavent items given below)
