Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying under ground cable and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/disintegrated rock.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering soil/rock and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil/rock excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, steel earth plate connected with copper strip 20 X 3 MM as earthing lead by means of lug, bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanized iron or steel GI protection pipe 15 mm bore light grade all as shown in elect plate No 5 of SSR part I connecting to main switch board/ Main DB including excavation earth work, salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick around GI earth plate, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm nominal bore watering pipe GI sheet funnel, wire mesh, concrete pit , RCC cover in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 duly reinforced with MS Bars 06 mm dia at the rate of 150mm centre to centre both way with suitable lifting handle and pit / chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, Angle iron 40x40x5mm frame for pit cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Suplly & Fix including taking down old UNSV Air Circuit Breaker with new air circuit breaker of capacity 4 pole 415 V electrical drawout type of capacity 800 Amps 3 phase 4 wire 415 V electric supply withrated current of over current trip device of 800 Amp rated ultimate breaking / making capacity of 50 KA and rated service breaking/making capacity of 45 KA with thermal magnetic release complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix in repair Battery Manuel charger Unit of Rating 30 V, 20 A and AC input 230 V, 50 Hz single phase, DC output 34.5 V, 20 A including Dry type sealed maintenance free batteries rating of each battery 12 volt 100 AH with analog voltmeters, Ammeters etc all are fitted in suitable MS sheet enclosures hinged front operated type suitable for the operation of existing HT 33/11 KV VCB Outdoor/Indoor Panels.

Supply and lay Double walled corrugated pipe (DWC) confiming to IS 14930 heavy duty 100/95 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe including required accessories etc. Complete as specified and directed.

Supply and lay Double walled corrugted pipe (DWC) confirming to IS 14930 heavy duty 63/50 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe including required accessories etc. complete as specified and directed.
