Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kgper sqm including pointing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour all complete :

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade.

Old work (one or more coats)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-harge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer in-charge

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

(a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours.

(b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.

The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.

Providing and filling light weight cinder in sunken portions etc. complete as per directions of E-I-C (Nominal size 20mm)

Removing and refixing the PVC door shutter after removing the dmaged hinges and fixinf with new butt hinges etc complete as directed by the Engieer in charge.( Note: The cost of butt hinges shall be paid separately)

Providing and laying Ceramic matfinish floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red, Brown laid on 20 mm thick CementMortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cementand matching pigment etc., complete. as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing necessary repairs to the damaged MS windows/doors by removing the door shutter (either by cutting/ burning the hinges using gas welding machine at site or by removing the shutter after removing the screws and butt hinges as the case may be) and refixing the door in original position after removing the bend/ undulations in the door (members either horizontal or vertical or replacing the member it self (if required) including making good the damaged portion with necessary enamel painting (two or more coats over a coat of steel primer) all complete as per the directions of Engineer in charge.

MS Garage DOOR Shutters (Note: The approximate door area to be repaired shall be 6sqm )

Providing and fixing frameless edge polished glazed side hung cubboard shutter of approved brand and manufacture with glass knob and Chromium plated brass pivot hinges , including making necessary holes etc., for fixing required fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .With5 mm thick plain glass with edging.

Providing and fixing flexible/washable nylon mosquito mesh of approved make saint gobain or equivalent with necessary velcro and fixing to the existing frame with necessary adhesive all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard / ward robe shutters, of dia 10mm with open /close arrangement including fixing with necessary screws etc. complete. As directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing anfd fixing MS plate of 1mm thick bleow shaft opening of area up to 1.5 sqm with necessary screws, necessary welding ,grinding of edges and making good the damaged portions etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.(Note: The rate to include the cost of all labour material and related incidental work Nothing extra shall be paid on any account).

Repairs to the leaking SWR fttings such as bend, door bend of all dia including removing fixing in restricted shaft areas etc cmplete as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Note : cost of fitting shall be paid separately)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Credit to the department by the Contractor for taking (a)dismantled damaged / defective C.P Brass/Brass/Gunmetal fittings such as ,Bib cocks , stop cocks, angle cocks, gate valves , ball cocks , waste couplings , towel rail , towel ring, Shower rose and other items identified by Engineer-in-charge.

Credit to the department by the Contractor for taking dismantled, damaged PTMT tamps etc., of similar items.

Cutting tree roots encountered in trench of girth from 10cm to 30 cm using carpenters saw, power cutter saw and axe wherever required complete as directed and disposal of debris to a lead of 50m.

Refixing the available grill in the brick work of area up to 5sqm including fixing the lugs embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4( 1cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Refixing the avaialble steel gate of area upto 5sqm in the available hold fast in original position after removing the bend/ undulations in the gate (members either horizontal or vertical or replacing the member it self (if required) etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
