Supply, delivery , storage, installation, testing & commissioning of 4 panel HT VCB switch board , having voltage level 6 KV , at 50 Hz, with fault level 40 KA to complete as per technical specification and direction of EIC.

Supply, delivery, installation of LT PDB for Substation in view of supplying power to the PMCC at annex building , keeping provision for feeding the plant by partially loading both the transformer or from a single transformer if required to complete . The new panel will be able to cater all the existing outgoing loads of the old panel. The new panel has to be designed keeping in mind that it should fit in the space of the Old Panel.

Supply , delivery ,storage, installation of 110 Volt , DC, 100 AH sealed maintenance free battery comprising of 55 no 2 volt cells with float cum boost battery charger cum DCDB panel as per specification, technical offer and as directed by EIC.

Supply, delivery, installation of LT PMCC for Annex Building as per existing LT Panel. The new panel will be able to cater all the existing outgoing loads of the old panel including blower motor feeders, backwash pump feeders, surface wash pump feeders, flash mixtures, agitators etc. to complete as per direction of EIC and technical specification. The new panel has to be designed keeping in mind the available space in the existing building.

Supply, delivery, installation of LT PMCC for Chemical House as per existing LT Panel. The new panel will be able to cater all the existing outgoing loads of the old panel including alum tank filling pumps and agitators etc.as per direction of EIC. The new panel has to be designed keeping in mind the available space in the existing building.

Supply, delivery, installation of LT PMCC for Sludge Pumping as per existing LT Panel. The new panel will be able to cater all the existing outgoing loads of the old panel including sludge pump motors, air blowers etc. and as per direction of EIC. The new panel has to be designed keeping in mind the available space in the existing building.

Supply, delivery, installation of LT PMCC outdoor type for Clariflocullator as per existing LT Panel. The new panel will be able to cater all the existing outgoing loads of the old panel including scrapper drives, flocullator etc. as per direction of EIC . The new panel has to be designed keeping in mind the available space in the existing building.

Supply, delivery, installation of Control Desk for the Water Treatment Plant annex building as per existing drives/Loads set up and as per direction of EIC and tech. specification.

Supply , delivery and installation of LOH with all fittings and fixtures suitable for mounting on filter control console complete with necessary pipe fittings and valves as per existing set up to complete as per direction of EIC.

Supply , delivery and installation of ROF with all fittings and fixtures suitable for mounting on filter control console complete with necessary pipe fittings and valves as per existingas per existing set up to complete as per direction of EIC.

Supply , delivery and installation of Cast Iron Double Flange Rising type Pneumatic Operated Sluice Valve as per IS:14846 face to face dimensions as per PD series (Short type) Flange drilling as per IS:1538 with Pneumatic Cylinder comprising of Double acting Pneumatic Cylinder , Limit Switches, 3/2 way Solenoid Valves mounted on pneumatic cylinder, Extension rod with necessary couplings: SS 410 as per Tech. Specification and direction of EIC. (As per size and type of valve/gate given below)

Supply and installation of new SS304 Agitator for Alarm preparation Tank complete with base frame Motor, Reduction Gear Box, coupling, Bearing housing, SS304 SHAFT & Impeller, Reduction Gear Box with flexible coupling etc.

Supply and installation of new slewing ring type Central Bearing with cast iron body forged carbon steel racer, 38 mm dia. steel ball, nos. grounting bolt & nut etc. 810 mm base dia., grouting PCD 760 mm complete with base plate fitted with socket for Clariflocculator Bridge to complete in all respect and as per direction of EIC . (all dimensions may be changed as per site requirement )

Supply and installation of new clarifier carrige drive complete with idle shaft, driving shaft, idle wheel , driving wheel, plummer coupling etc. complete with Motor and Gear Box including repairing and realignment of existing rail of clarifloculator.

Repairing & renovation of Flocculator driving arrangement including supply of new bevel gear and pinion with slewing ring type forged steel bearing racer with crome steel ball and carbon steel C-45 pinion with reduction gear box, coupling & motor complete.

Supply,Delivery ,storage at site and installation, commissioning of chlorination pump Motor set including Base Frame of Capacity 9 LPS , 45 m head and motor rating 7.5 KW/10 hp having model no. KDS 1050++ or eqivalent brand, IS, including Transporting, loading and unloading cost including pipe line complete and as per direction of EIC .

Supply delivery installation and testing, commissioning of pump-motor set for recirculation purpose comprising of HSC of 170 LPS , 18 mtr head along with base frame coupling coupling guard, foundation bolt , accessories and companion flange etc. as required with motor of Horizontal Foot Mounted , SCIM, TEFC, IP55, IE2 Eff. (From Sub Station HT PDB to Transformers, CESC HT Panel to consumer HT Panel for installation to complete etc and as per required and direction of EIC .)

Supply ,delivery, Laying, installation of Power Cable(1.1 KV) of adequate size (with consideration of derating factor as per direction of EIC) and length from annex building of PMCC to different type Motors, control consoles, Clarifloculator unit, Sludge unit, chlrinator unit, Backwash pump, Recirculation pums unit, Sludge pump motor unit etc. and as per direction of EIC . (Min. 4/3.5 Core 4 sq mm. and above size as required depends on actual load, XLPE, Armoured )

Supply , delivery, storage and Laying of cable through tray/masonary duct from LT PDB of sub station to LT PMCC of Annex building of WTP, Transformers LT side to LT PDB of Sub Station and different equipments as per site condition with consideration derating factor , 3.5 core, 300/240/185/150/95/50 etc. sqmm LT (1.1 KV), XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable to complete as per specification, technical offer and as directed by EIC. (Cable length, Size and Run will be considered on actual different load with considerable of derating factor and as per direction of EIC) .

Supply ,delivery, Laying, installation of Control Cables of different size and core as required for the purpose and length for completing the different control connections between Control Desk, Motor feeders , LPBS, PMCC, HT PDB, LT PDB etc.to the satisfaction of the EIC for completion of the entire scheme and smooth operation.

Supply ,delivery, Laying, installation of Signal Cables of different size as required for the purpose and length for completing the different Signal connections to the satisfaction of the EIC for completion of the entire scheme and smooth operation.

Supply delivery storage and installation at site of jointing material and termination kit (dry type) as per specification as follows.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level. (By TATA medium GI pipe).

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe

Supply delivery storage and installation of miscellaneous items such as rubber mat (IS 15652 ) shock treatment chart safety signage as per specification. (for both WTP & Sub Station)

Painting of the wholeinstallation as per specification and direction of EIC

Carrying out pre commissioning test of the HT and MV equipments and making ready all HT and MV equipments for high /medium pressure test and submission of test reports.

Carrying out statutory high pressure test on all HT equipments and medium pressure testing of all MV equipments as per specification including charges of GOVT electrical inspector.

Commissioning of the whole installation including trial run for three months on load with eight hour at a stretch operation as per specification & direction of EIC.(Both Sub Station and WTP)

Dismantling charges of all the electro mechanical equipments like pump ,motor, valve ,panels, cable line, control console ,MS structure, control desk ,pneumetic equipments etc. as required for installation of the new equpments at Sub Station and WTP of the site as required and as per direction of EIC. (for both Sub Station & WTP)

RCC foundation work for installation of pump motor , different type valve, gate ,blower,panels etc. ( for both Sub Station & WTP)

Supply installation testing commissioning of Vertical wet Pit, single stage centrifugal end suction Sump pump(sluge pump application) along with vertical flange mounted ,Three-phase squirrel cage induction Motor suitable for Voltage: 415 Volts ± 10 % ,frequency: 50-Hertz ± 5 %, Combined variation: ±10%, Class of insulation: F; Type of starting: DOL, Protection: IP 55, TEFC , Eff. Class: IE2, .with pump spares like bare shaft , gland packing ,Column Pipe, Bend ,Rising Pipe, Motor Stool, Support Plate (Rising Pipe) etc complete in all respect as per TS and as directed by EIC.

N.B :- No extra payment would be made if the length and diameter of the different sizes of cable & joints varies on the higher side to meet up the requirement of the specification and site condition. This is also applicable for all type of cable joints.Visit of actual site is advisable before quotting for the job.The rates quoted are non-exhaustive and will include the entire electrical job required to fullfill the smooth operation of the plants post modification.
