Fabrication, Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Slim Type Edge lit LED guidance sign boards having various sizes (as per ICAO standard) made of reinforced 2mm thick anodized aluminium profile with suitable angle support with 1.5mm thick aluminium back cover with signboard depth not more than 100mm. Signage sheet shall be minimum 2mm thick, long life non-specular, UV resistance surface polycarbonate and the letters & symbols made out from 3M film pasted from inside with required. coloring for mandatory / information guidance sign. suitable solid state circuit and mechanism shall be made to function on either two circuits of Runway/ Taxi way operated by CCR. Suitable arrangement shall be made for IP 67 water proof protection. Sign boards shall be uniformly internally illuminated with IP 67 grade LEDs and 5mm thick light guide panels to achieve required even illumination level, operated on input sources of 2.5Amps to 6.6Amps constant current supply its supporting frangible legs, base frame etc., complete as per latest ICAO/FAA requirement specification.

Supply of 6 sqmm, 5 KV grade copper conductor XLPE insulated, polyethylene sheathed, single core, unscreened cable as specified in technical specifications complete etc. as required.

Supply of 2 X 4 sqmm secondary lead made out of multi stranded copper conductor EPR insulated PCP sheathed, anti termite & anti rodent treated 600 V grade cable as specified in particular specifications as required.

Kerf cutting with machine in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC/bituminous surface of depth of 50 mm and width of 15 mm (as per suitability of laying of secondary leads) for 1 or 2 nos. secondary lead along with earth cables and laying of secondary lead and supplying and laying of earth cable by wrapping cotton tape including refilling the same by suitable sealing material etc. complete as required.

Kerf cutting with machine in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC/ bituminous surface of depth of 60 mm and width of 15 mm (as per suitability of laying of secondary leads) for 3 or 4 nos. secondary lead along with earth cables and laying of secondary lead and earth cable by wrapping cotton tape i/c refilling the same by suitable sealing material etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of secondary lead connector kits (male & female) for the connection of various types of Inset fittings and secondary lead of size 2 core X 4 sqmm. Multi stranded annealed Copper conductor CPE sheathed unshielded cable of 600 V grade on one end, complete etc as per standard required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia (Drilling of 300 mm dia, 4.5 Mtr deep by using Borewell machine) including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut bolt spring. washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe at a depth of 0.5 mtr. below ground including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Supply of Cast Iron Isolating Transformer Housing box (double hole type), water tight round type, metal container of outside dia 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all around, except top surface, which is 15 mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate / cover plate on the top and having two hole on the periphery center, 100 mm below from top surface suitable to receive 50 mm dia GI pipe & 15 mm dia GI pipe as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 X 40 MM tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos M10 tapped hole having centre to centre distance 260mm along with bolts complete etc as required.

Installation of transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 500mm long, 50mm and 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe on both side for primary cable and earthing GI wire in-out with check nut and 300 mm long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of earth and refilling complete etc as required.
