SCHEDULE `A' PART - IX MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS are not prepriced by MES and prepriced rates indicates 0.0 under column 5 signified this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green filed under Col-6.

M&L for costruction of brick masonary valve pit chamber of size 900mm x 900 mm x 1000 mm (internal size) with 3.15 mm thick MS sheet cover and angle iron 50 x50 x6 mm thick frame embedded in 15 cm thick PCC coping with locking arrangement with two coats of synthetic enamel paint on exposed steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceding 50 mtr, returning filling, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate of 75 mm thick as in foundation, brick work (one brick thick) in cement mortars (1:4), PCC 1:3:6 type C1 in copping, plastering in CM 1:4 for internal and external exposed surfaces including three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing GI/DI water main of 150 mm bore and inserting Tee for taking branch connection of 100 mm complete incl necessary earth work, GI/DI fittings/specials, jointing materials etc all as directed

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrodes of size 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanised 32x 6 mm earth lead by means of nuts bolts check nuts GI washers earth strip protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) for poles/lightening arrestors/GO Switch/transformer/ panel including connection as directed including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI, precast RCC cover slab of size 30x30x10 cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm diameter MS bar finnel wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade) for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers necessary earth work in any type of soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for interchanging of existing transformers of 125 KVA and 160 KVA between SRE substation and ADVA Area substation by disconnecting all connections and transporting carefully to the new location and refixing the same in the existing platform and connecting both HT & LT electrical cable and earthing strips all as directed by Engr in charge

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT MCCB enclosure, AC 415V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase 4 wire of suitable size for accomodating up to 160 Amps 4 pole MCCB, totally enclosed self supporting type cubicle with sloping canopy at top, weather proof, protection IP 52, suitable for outdoor use, with bottom cable entry with suitable cable glands, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet with angle iron frame work and legs of ISA 50 x 50 x 5 mm, with four legs grouted to PCC (1:2:4) type B1 foundation block, double hinged doors at front with suitable locking arrangement, provision of louvers at sides, duly powder coated after necessary pre-treatment including 4 pole MCCB of 160 Amps 35 KA with fixed thermal and magnetic setting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 63 mm dia gun metal branch pipe with 12.5 mm nozzle conforming to IS 903 and complete as all as speficied directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 63mm dia 15 meter long hose conforming to IS 636 complete with male and female coupling conforming to IS 903 and complete as all as speficied directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Hose box made of 18 gauge MS Sheet 800mm X 600mm X 450mm with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside yard all as specified

M & L for providing anti corrosive protection coating of minimum 4 mm thick on 150 mm MS pipe by applying coal tar primer or synthetic primer / enamel and wraping with anti corrossive protection tape with minimum overlap of 15 mm complete conforming to IS:10221 (Code of practice for coating and wraping of underground mild steel pipes) including conducting hydraulic test and complete as all as speficied directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S& F Cast iron Air valves with single air outlets confirming to IS 14845 of size 50mm dia bore and fixing up in cast iron from water supply mains of size 100 mm dia and complete as all as speficied directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 45 watts, 230 V LED fitting for Building security with pressure die cast aluminum housing, with Control driver with efficiency 90 %,with heat resistant glass and IP 66 protection with better optics for uniform distribution,including necessary fixing arrengment of clamps,nut,bolts and GI tubing in 1200 angle Bend etc.all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply installation, testing and commissioning active repeater panel with standard features such as alarm fault fire, batteries function / discharge but without control features of devices like devices parameters setting and suitable fornet working and facility for dialling (2 core cable) (to be located either in fire control room (pump house)/Security control room all as specified and directed. Make : Morley IAS- Honeywell seimans / Notifer / Bajaj Securton, UL/FM/CE/LCB certified all as specified and directed.

S&F Clean agent based (HCFC 123 /HFC 236FA) ceiling mounted modular type automatic fire suppression system of 5 kg capacity and complete as all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge .

S&F clean agent based (HCFC-227ea Gas) (Hepta fluro propane) gaseous protable type fire extinguisher 2 Kg capacity and complete as all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F light weight squeeze grip type CO2 extinguishers of 5 Kg capacity as per IS:15683 and complete as all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cable route indictor made out of 3 mm thick MS Sheet of size 20cm x 15cm duly painted with two coats black paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing HT/LT cable, direction & size of cable with white paint, mounted on angle iron 40x40x3 mm, angle of height 45cm, (30cm below ground level) duly grouted in PCC block of size 20cmx20cmx15cm including necessary earth works and complete as all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply install testing and commissioning of 1100 volts grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed 1.5 Sqmm 2 core FRLS unarmoured cable drawn through and including rigid non-matallic PVC conduit of size 25mm FRLS grade exclusive of boxes (terminal) but inclusive of all tees, junction boxes, bends elbows, resucers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc and complete as all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix electric motor siren confirming to IS 1941 suitable for three phase 415V supply with motor not exceeding 3.75 KW power and able to deliver 143 DB Noise

SIGNAGES : Supply and fixing in position following signage boards at different locations as per site requirement. It should contain the following matter on 5mm thick "SELF ILLUMINATED" /Built in battery backup for 2 hrs "Opaque" PVC foam board of computerised cut, PVC non-reflective self adhesive vinyle painted foam board of different sizes including all fixing arrangements and complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge
