All flanges shall be conforming to IS6392, table 5.The gaskets for the flanges shall be confirming to IS 638-79.

Fabrication, Providing, fitting, Testing and Commissioning of Wash out fabricated out of 100 mm dia. ( Class – C ) G.I pipe (18 mts), 100 mm Dia. DI Sluice Valve, PN16 (01 No) and welded with 22 mm thick MS flange as per Table – 17 in two runs of welding. The job also includes cost on account of fabrication of 150x100 mm Dia. reducer, earthwork excavation and suitable size nuts, bolts and rubber packing in the flanged joint.

VOLTAGE STABLIZER:- Providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of 150KVA, manually operated voltage stabilizer. The Voltage Stabilizer of 150 KVA (Copper Wound), shall be of following specifications: The voltage stabilizer shall be manually operated, oil cooled suitable to work on three phase, 50 Hz±3% Ac supply. The voltage stabilizer shall have transformer coils wound out of fiber glass tapped insulated electric grade copper strips with tapping at required intervals. The number of turns of coils and number of conductors in each turn with their size shall be of adequate design to withstand rated load of 585 amperes. Cotton / paper material shall be used for insulating of copper strip coils. The core cell of Voltage Stabilizer shall be assembled out of 52/92 grade silicon steel laminated sheets held together securely with the help of angle iron bracing and tightened with the help of galvanized nuts and bolts. The copper coils shall be inserted into three limbs of the cell and held firmly but duly insulated. The taping terminals shall be kept on all sides of the cells. The transformer cell shall be housed in a sheet metal tank made out of 4mm thick MS Sheets duly strengthening with stiffeners of MS flat /angle. The tank/ container shall be painted with two coats of steel primer both inside and outside and then with two coats of super enamel paint, synthetic gray from outside the container. The tank/container shall be provided with suitable cooling pipes to dissipate the heat generated from vent pipe at the top and drain pipe at the bottom with a plug. Hooks of proper size for lifting of stabilizer shall have to be provided on the top of the tank. The container of the voltage stabilizer shall be mounted on wheels for easy shifting /positioning. The stabilizer shall have suitable insulated lugs of appropriate size for cable connections. The indicating glass of the transformer oil level shall be provided on the transformer body. Modular Control Panel (L T Panel):- A) Providing, fitting ,testing and commissioning of 400 Ampere LT Modular Control Panel with the following specifications: The LT Control Panel shall be totally enclosed, free standing type, sheet metal enclosed, dust & vermin proof, IP - 54 enclosures and shall be suitable for AC, 3 – phase, Voltage & Frequency as 380 ± 15% Volts and 50±3% Hz respectively and internally wired. The panel shall be applied with enamel paint of standard quality and of approved shade. The panel shall be extensible type and shall comprise of the one incomer, two outgoing motor control circuits, two no. auxiliary feeders, and one No. change over switch. (REST TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AS PER ITEM NO. 14 IN ANNEXURE A)

Providing, installation, testing of power cable for working voltage up to and including 1100 volts; 185 mm².armored aluminum 3.5 core cable as service line from Sub-station to main cubical panel. Cost includes laying of cable over cable trays, GI hooks as per site requirement, termination of ends with suitable Aluminum tube terminals dully crimpled & taped. Make Finolex. Grandlay, Gloster, Havells, Universal, Polycab or as per IS Code -IS 7098(part-1)/ IS 1554(part-1).

Providing and fitting of 70 Sq.MM copper conductors, single core, PVC insulated, sheathed, 440 volts grade for inter-confectioning of the equipment’s like LT panel, voltage stabilizer, starter, motor etc. The job includes laying and fitting of suitable cable tray system in the station for laying/fitting of cable in air or as required as per the site condition with proper clamping etc. The job includes crimping of the terminal ends of the conductor with hydraulic crimping tool and providing and fitting of copper conductor sockets/thimbles of suitable size/ rating. The conductor shall be as per relevant IS specifications/standards.

Electric Sub -Station:- a) H. T. Transformer:- The H.T transformer shall be manufactured /supplied incompliance with latest relevant IEC/IEEE/IS Standards. The technical specifications of the H. T. Transformer shall be as under. I. Type: 11 KV / 0.4 KV / Oil Cooled. II. Capacity: 250 KVA (level 2), 3 Phase & Neutral. (REST TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AS PER ITEM NO. 17 IN ANNEXURE A)

Illuminations for water supply scheme premises:- Providing and fitting of 01 no. 9mtr long octagonal Hot Dip Galvanized steel Pole for installation of Luminaries with top diameter of 90 mm and bottom diameter of 200 mm. The bottom of the pole shall have to be provided and welded with a steel plate of 16 mm thick and 260 mm x 260 mm size and provided with 04 No’s of holes drilled for grouting bolts. The pole shall be fitted with MS ring fixture for fixing of Luminaries. The wiring for luminaries shall have to taken from inside for which required holes shall have to drilled. The Pole along with all the fixtures shall be coated with red oxide primer followed by two coats of Al paint. Luminaries:- 1) Flood Lights Providing and fitting of Two no. flood Lights on pole to be installed in two directions on the above Octagonal poles and shall be of 120 watt LED type (6000 K) of (Havells/Wipro/Phillips or equivalent make) make complete in all respect. The job shall include providing & fitting of 16 Amp ON-OFF/MCB Switches on junction box for each floodlight fitted at the bottom of pole 6 feet from the ground level with locking arrangement. 2)Cabling for Luminaries The cabling for luminaries shall be 4.0 mm Sq Cu wire (90mtrs) of standard quality (Havells/L&T/ABB or equivalent make) make in black and red as per ISI specifications. 3) Service Line for Luminaries The cabling shall be of 2 Core, 16 mm Sq, PVC Insulated Al Cable (90 mtrs) (Havels/ABB/L&T or equivalent make) or any other make. The Cabling shall have to be laid underground through a PVC conduit of suitable size and the job includes cost on account of earth excavation and back filling of the excavated soil after laying of the cable.
