S & F plane sheeting 0.80 mm thick galvanised with zinc coating 275 gms per sqm as in ridge, hips, valley gutters etc fixed with "L" or "J" type or crancked hook bolts in roof, walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F for 0.63 mm thick galvanised, corrugated MS sheeting with zinc coating 275gms per sqm and two corrugatings side lap, fixed with "L" type or "J" type or cranked hook bolts in roof, walls etc all complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based (Trapezoidal shaped) steel sheet 0.50mm thick (pitch centre to centre 200-205mm and height of corrugation 28.5mm) of any colour as approved, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling Wall and Ceiling Boards (Fibre, Pulp, Insulation, etc.) or Insulation Boards/Blankets/Slabs, any description and any thickness including Cover Fillets, Cornices, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Second Class Hardwood in Scantling, wrought timber, fixed as in Unframed Work with Nails in any position including taking down old one, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Second Class Hardwood Plain Fillets, Square, Rectangular or Triangular in Section, Clean Swan, fixed with Nails, Cross Sectional Area exc. 13.0 Sqcm but not exc. 25.0 Sqcm (as in STUDS) including taking down old one, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, keep Serviceable Bricks in Safe Custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered decorated concrete surfaces on walls over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of acrylic base exterior paint over a coat of primer as per manufacture instructions ( camaflouge type : dimension exc 2.5 RM but not exc 3 mtr in each direction (length and breadth) of each irregular shaped area painting with difference tint( as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of old plastered decorated concrete surfaces on walls over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of acrylic base exterior paint over a coat of primer as per manufacture instructions ( camaflouge type : dimension exc 2.5 RM but not exc 3 mtr in each direction (length and breadth) of each irregular shaped area painting with difference tint( as approved by GE) as for over head tank upto height of 15mtr including arrangement of double claffolding and safety measures at requied complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of unreinforced concrete as in Roof treatment including removal of existing APP treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L type Bo 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) 25mm thick for providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges as for padding concrete including mixing WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surfaced by forced application over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.4kg/ sqm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed fruss etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections (Fe 410w Grade E-250) quality A, fixed independently, without connection plate, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete confirming to FE-410W(Grade E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.60mm in hearths;covering to door shut ters; covering to door chowkats (frames);chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and unnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description , over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint(first quality) over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for greasing of guide channel of hanger door top and floor level rail including necessary cleaning complete all as specifed and directed

Material and labour for greasing of to axial of hanger door wheel including necessary cleaning and making smooth for moving over rail complete all as specifed and directed

Material and labour of opening nut and axial of mild steel rolling wheel taking down together from hanger door top/bottom and re fixing in same position after necessary repair/changing defective parts/changing old bearing bushing etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note parts used in wheel shall be measured and paid seperatly as "Supply only)

Supply only 32mm dia ball bearing for rolling wheel duty of approved quality complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for providing and injecting emulsion for post construction antitermite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonary apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25% ltrs per metre including drilling the holes and plugging the holes with cement mortar etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L providing and injecting emulsion for post construction antitermite treatment for soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar (1:2) to match with the existing floors all as specified and directed.

M &L at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
