Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees dead or cut earlier stacking serviceable material for reuse or auction within the road land & disposal of all unserviceable material up to a lead of 1000m including removal top 150mm thick organic soil away from the road land as per Clause no. 201 of MoRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works (5th revision) including cost of all labour, Hire Charges of Plants & Machineries, all contingencies, T&P etc required for the work complete in all respect & as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Loosening minimum 150mm thick, levelling Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate construction of earthen embankment, sprinkling water to OMC and compacting by rolling so as to achieve minimum required, density table 300-1, 300-2 in embankment construction as per technical specification Part I / II under Cl. 303 & 112 table No.- 300-1 of specification for road and bridge works MORT&H (5th revision) complete including full compensation of all operations, all inclusive costs, contigencies, incidentals involved for the finished defect free item of work complete to specification as per direction of Engineer or his representative to satisfaction.

Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lift and leads, transporting, to site by mechanical means within a lead of 10kms spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT & H Speciefication for Road & Bridge works.

Filling Berm For road work with moorum. Complete including rolling with PRR including cost of all labour and hire charges of T & P materials required for the work as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge, cost & conveyance all taxes of sand and moorum.

Supplying, providing, laying in approved layer thickness rto line grade cross section and constructing Granulqar Sub-Base coarse graded II as shown in the drawing using crushed strone aggregate conforming to grading specified in Table 400-1 & 400-1 A & in accordance with physical requirement in BS 812 part III Technical specification part 1/II of specification for road and bridge works MORT&H(4th revision) spreading the same with motor grader of adequate capacity with hydraulic controlled blades & compacting the same with vibratory roller of minimum 80 to 100 KN static weight or of requivalent capacity to achieve minimum required density including full compensation too all operationws involed for finished defect free item of work.

Supplying, mixing, providing laying in approved layer thickness to line, level grade & slope and constructing as per approved working drawing and approved mix design of Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) with different grades of materials mentioned in table (400-10 & 400-11) & Technical specification part I / II Cl. 406 and its related sub-clauses along with Cl. 112 of specification for road and bridge work MORT&H (4th revision), including mixing in approved mixing plant with arrangement for controlled addition of water and transporting the mix from the plant to site by trucks /tippers and unloading the same to the hopper of the self propelled sensor paver, paving the same compacting by vibrating roller of minimum 80 to 100 kn static weight or of equivalent capacity to achieve minimum required density complete including full compensation all operations, all inclusive costs, contigencies, incidentals involved for finished defect free item of work complete to specification as per direction of Engineer or his representative to satisfaction.

Supplying, providing spraying qand applying Prime Coat over prepared surface of granular base with bitumen emulsion heated in bgoiler fitted with spray set including cleaning of road surface with mechanical broom MORT&H specification :Clause 502,primer @ 6-9 Kg/10 sqm with a self propelled bitumen pressure sprayer uniformly at the specified temperature complete as per technical specification (partI/II)Cl.502 along with Cl.112 of specification for road and bridge work and as didected by the engineer or his representative including full compensation to all operations,all inclusive costs contingency & incidentals involved for finished defect free item of work complete to specification.

Supplying, providing, laying to approved layer constructing Bituminous Macadam as per approvede job mix formula with bitumen of 60/70 grade over a dust free cleaned prepared primed /tacked surface blending different sizes and quantities with required quantities of crushed strone aggregates mixing ingredients with designed quantity of bitumen at the required temperature heating & mixing uniformlyin the approved hot mix plant capable of producing a mix formula technical specification partI/III of specification for road and bridge works MORT&H specification (4th revision) sections 500,900,100 and its rewlated clauses & sub clauses and table and transporting the hot mixed materials through tipper of adequater capacity to the work site and unloading the same into the hopper of censor paver.

Providing and appiying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.4Kg/Sqm on the prepared bituminous granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom (MORT&Hspecification (4th revision) clause 503)conforming to IS 8887 for superimposition of approved bituminous mix with the help of a self propelled hot bitumen pressure sprayer to spread the hot bitumen uniformly over the cleaned prepared dust free surface at specified quantity as per technical specification(part-I/III and under Cl.503 Cl.112 of specification of road and bridge work including full compensation to all operation all involved for finished defect free item of work complete to specification as per direction of Engineer in charge or his representative to satisfaction.
