CERTAIN REPAIRS TO PLUMBING, SANITARY, JOINERY, OTHER B/R WORKS AT OTM ACCN OF AFMSD KANDIVALI VEH DEPOT WKSP UNDER GE (N) SANTACRUZ MUMBAI

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, PCC coping etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item no. 2 above but with serviceable bricks obtained from Item No. 1 hereinabove complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick/ concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar (1:4) on internal wall surface including dubbing out plaster in Cement Mortar (1:6) of average 10mm thickness & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or in concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or in concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on external surfaces of the brick, PCC block or concrete surfaces including dubbing out plaster in Cement Mortar (1:6) of average 10mm thickness & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement using water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: waterproofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick/ concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with roller over a coat of alkali resistant wall primer over 3mm thick layer of wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed Make of Distemper: Asian Paints (Tractor) / Nerolac Paints /Jenson & NIcholson / Shalimar Paints/Birla Opus Paints Make of Putty: Asian Paints / Nerolac Paints /Jenson & Nicholson / Shalimar Paints / JK wall care putty/Birla Opus Paints
