Scarifying or picking gravelled exc 50mm deep but n exc 100 mm macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area n exc 400 Sqm and stacking complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water , scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal (including supply of road metal) rolling and well ramming surface of road complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminious primer of grade VG-10 at 10 kg per 10 Sqm over surface complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L 75 mm thick or less consolidated thickness Premixed Bituminous macadam of grade VG-30 penetration and using 12 to 25 mm graded crushed preheated stone aggregate, laid with the help of mechanical paver and rolled compacted to required gradient and camber with VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR of 8-12 tonne using 4% binders by weight to mix to make good depression/ pot holes complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) The job design formula shall be got down from The mix design tests shall be carried out only in SEMT wing/Govt approved lab/National test House/Engineering College as approved by the GE before commencement of work. (b) As a result of job mix formula, if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 4% than no extra payment shall be made to the contractor and in case its quantity works out be less than 4% than minimum binder content of 4% given herein above shall be provided. (c) The Job design shall be got down from approved lab and shall be approved by GE before commencement of work.

M&L preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for applying evenly priming tack coat with Bitumen Primer using paving bitumen of VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 30 mm thick consolidated thickness Bituminous Premixed semi dense ashphaltic concrete using combined graded aggregate ie crushed stone coarse aggregate, fine aggregate (sand) and fille (inherent filer/OPC 43 grade) of physical properties as specified and as per table given (refer SSR Part-I 2009), preheated mixed with 5.5% binder (VG-30) content by weight of total mix, laid and spread means of self propelling mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR 8-12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed. Rolling and consolidation formation surface of road/ berms in curing with VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR 8-12 tonne complete to rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber as necessary and filling in hollows and depression which may occur during the process of rolling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) granite or basalt trap crushed stones, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing unsurfaced water bound surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing mud cackes etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for road marking strips, lines, dashes, arrow, letters etc of 2.5 mm thick (reflective type) on new road/ pavement and the like surface, exc 10 cm wide with hot thermo plast material @ 5 Kg/sqm of white or golden yellow by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface complete all as specified and directed

Taking down existing solar powered road stud complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix powered road stud (Cat eye) of size 125x125x20-25 mm thick (60 mm shank) of self illumonating flashing type having 3 Nos LED's Bidirectional studs (flashing and non flickery) visibility minimum 1000 mm flashing rate 65-75 times per min with detachable NI_MH battery of 1-2 V to give backup at least 3-4 days from duly charged condition and it should be attched just before fixing and should not be accessible once installed made of robust aluminium die-cast housing with embossed edge for protection against billock cart iron wheels having reflection strip in addition to LEDs stud from biomachor water proof IP-65 as per Is-12063-1987 category 2 tested satisfactorily for minimum 100 hours under rapid thermal cycling test as IEC 1215 between -40 to +80 degree centigrade weight minimum 700 gms, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismentling of floor hearth or wall tiling cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store yard and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30 mm thick Sand cushioning for laying of interlocking tiles (paving block) including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 1500.00
