S & F LED street light fitting of 45 watts, 5700k, IP 66 power factor >0.95, IK-08 having 120 lm/watt efficacy with invidual lens cover on each LED, rendering index > 70, 4 KV integrated surge protection, external 10 KV surge protection potted driver, tougned glass cover in high pressure die-cast powder coated aluminium housing and making connection using 3 core fleaxible copper cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. (Note: New bracket and PVC wire will be paid and measured separetly under respective item of schedule where directed)

All as per srl item No.1.00 above but 120 watt LED Flood light. Notes for item no. 01 to 02:- a) Operating temperature of fitting shall be -10 to 50 C and voltage range of 120 V-270V. b) LM-79,(not more than 1 year old) LM-80 reports for fitting are mandatory. c) The fitting shall have minimum 50000burning hours with LM 70 report. d) BIS stamp is mandatory on fixture & driver.

M&L for of bracket for fixing of street light fittings bend to shape, made out of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade upto 1.5 mtr long fixed with and including two sets of MS clamp made out of Flat iron of size 50x6 mm, fabricated to shape and fixed with nuts, bolts & washers & two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F PVC pipe heavy duty 15 mm dia fixed to pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F three core PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed, aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cable of size 6 sqmm (multistranded) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, 16 Sq mm, 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable, pole foundation, stay, laying of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable punned down to 18 cm complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Punned thickness 18 cm shall be measured for payment.)

M&L for old size Brick covering with equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long 102mm x 152mm at top and 102 mm x 289 mm at bottom, class 10 , numbering new pole and applying two coats of synethic enamel paint upto 1.5 mtr from top of coping for black and white strip alternately each 30 cm wide complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Earth work including excavation, Returning filing, PCC work, removing excavated material will be measured and paid separetly under respective items of schedule)

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 ( Using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation of poles filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of coping, stay etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cable junction box made out of polycarbonate duly powder coated in grey colour, of size min 150 X 200 X 75 mm shock proof, termite proof, weather proof, UV-resistant, temperature resistant, IP 66, IK 09, with aluminium bus bar terminals, suitable to have MCB SPN and entry / exit of XLPE cable upto the size of 35/25/16 Sqmm 2/4 core, fitted on pole with clamp made out of MS 20 X 2 mm strip complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F automatic street light timer switch single phase, suitable to take load of minimum 3 kw, 230 V based on weather proof photoelectric timer adjustable upto min 10 lux , alongwith suitable power contactor & MCB 20 Amp on both input and output duly prewired with suitable size of copper wiring with proper lugs and terminal blocks with facility of manual ON/OFF switch complete enclosed in polycarbonate IP 66 enclosure shock, rust, weather & termite proof uv-resistant, FR grade fixed on pole with MS strip of size 20 X 2 mm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, of cross-sectional area 10 Sqmm, 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, of cross-sectional area 25 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of sheet metal enclosures distribution boards, double door three phase 415 volts 4 ways vertical TPN DB for comprising three phase four wire copper strip bus bar of appropriate capacity complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following (a)MCCB FOUR POLE 100 AMPS AC 415 VOLTS 25 KA= 01 NO = ICS =ICU=100 % adjustable thermal & magnetic release as incoming and 12 nos. MCB SP 40 Amps, 10 KA , ISI marked C series as outgoing (i) The DB shall be flush fixed ,and making good the disturbed surface matching with existing specifications shall be part of job at no extra cost.(ii)connection of theMCCBs/ MCBs with cable shall be made through appropriate size pin /bottle type thimble -properly crimped.(iii) all the vacant holes of the DB shall be provided with blank plates of appropriate size. (v) double continuous earth wire shall be provided for each three phase DB from earthing mains dolly (iv)MCCB's and MCB's should have a same make as of DB.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of bus bar chamber of size 600 x 400 x 250 mm made up of MS Sheet 3.15 mm ,powder quoted with RAL 7032 code ( Siemens Grey) and aluminum strip of size 50 x 6 mm -04 Nos (300mm long ) with 200 amps 25 kA FP MCCB = ICS =ICU=100 % adjustable thermal & magnetic release along with spreaded Link for conection complete all as specfied and directed as per site Requirment . The panel shall be mounted on frame made out of 35 x 35 x 6 mm angle iron with 600mm long legs 30 cm grounted in (1:3:6) PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thickness not less than 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32X6 mm by means of nuts bolts,washers, check nuts of GI steel all as shown in electric plate no 5 all as specified and indicated complete and including charcoal dust,salt etc and GI protection pipe ,medium grade 40mm and GI watering pipe 20mm ,medium grade with funnel and wire mesh ,40mm thick pre-cast RCC N-15 (nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 kg /sqm with suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover, PCC M-15 (nominal Mix) pit, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling complete and all as per electric plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 part-I and connected to earth test point complete including testing all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 60xm x 60cm x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and earth wire protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 15mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm and handle of 6mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering of suitable length placed on top edge of earth plate, charcoal and common salt filling, with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meterrs, complete all as per plate No-3, SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to existing earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (NIL). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 3% (Three percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately after the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249
