Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with Semi perforated 12mm thick thick micro tegular edged GRG (Glass Fibre With Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595 x 595mm of approved texture, having moisture content less than2%, humidity resistance edged GRG thick square edged of 99%,NRC 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS false ceiling GRG false ceiling 8225:1987,Non combustible as per BS tiles 476 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized@120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000 mm,cross-T of size15x32mm of length1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing@80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm.Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size24x24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall /partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws.The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of theEngineer-in Charge.

M&L for Plastering by using ready mix mixture of thickness 15 mm thick and taking down cement or cement lime plaster, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar at height up to 15m, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to plaster by using readymix mixture of thickness 10 mm and taking down cement or cement lime plaster, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar at height up to 15m, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness below and above ground level, all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as spd/directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

S&F non skid ceramic coloured tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm in floors,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per above item but on vertical surfaces including 10mm thick screed plaser in CM 1:4 and taking down cement plaster /terrazo dado/wall tiling and skirting. etc on brick or stone walls etc complete all as specified. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors joints free, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.
