Comprehensive maintenance and repair of fuly automatic electrically operated passenger lift of any make and 13 and 08 passengers capacity lifts installed at INHS Sandhani, herein before in building(G+4)(Total 2 lifts) comprising of all devices and accessories through out 12 months on all days including sundays & holidays for a period of 03 years after expiry of defects liability period all as specified and directed and as shown below and all as specified and directed by GE. ( Total Two lifts of 08 passengers-01 and 15 passengers-01 of Phase-I)
(a) 1st year after expiry of defect liability period.
(b) 2nd year after expiry of defect liability period.
(c) 3rd year after expiry of defect liability period.

MANNING & OPERATION OF AC PLANTS
Manning & operation of chilled water type central AC plants for a period of 55(fifty five) months[ for three shifts of eight hours duration (0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs, 2200hrs to 0600 hrs)] for all days in a week including sundays & holidays with all instruments and controls complete as specified as under and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
(a) First year(11 Months after completion of phase-I Building)
(b) Second year(11 Months after completion of 1st year manning and operation)
(c) Third year(11 Months after completion of 2nd year manning and operation)
(d) Fourth year(11 Months after completion of 3rd year manning and operation)
(e) Five year(11 Months after completion of 4th year manning and operation)
(f) Balance 05 months to complete 5 years of manning and operation
(n) The Contractor shall maintain proper records of all kinds of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly or whatsoever maintenance is carried out during contract period in a binded book / register and shall obtain the signature of Engineer-in-Charge every fortnightly. (o) The contractor shall provide board at proper location near each installations duly writting the name of operators and Mobile Numbers shiftwise.
COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF AC PLANTS
Comprehensive maintenance comprising of routine, preventive & breakdown maintenance of chilled water type central air conditioning plant installed, comprising of all devices and accessories through out 12 months on all days including sundays & holidays for a period of 03 years after expiry of defects liability period (i.e. 24 months after completion of all Phase I test) for items installed under Phase-I building all as specified and directed and as shown below:-
(a) 1st year after expiry of defect liability period.
(b) 2nd year after expiry of defect liability period.
(c) 3rd year after expiry of defect liability period.
COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF FREEZER AND COLD ROOM
(a) 1st year after expiry of defect liability period.
(b) 2nd year after expiry of defect liability period.
(c) 3rd year after expiry of defect liability period.
NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 44.01 TO 46.04 :- penalty clause non-operational @ Rs, 5000/- per day for the plant. Period defect in chiller, motor, AHU shall invite a penalty of Rs, 20000/- per plant/machine per day.
