Material and labour for rendering 15mm external using cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete work surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair precast cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate for jallies 25mm thick set in cement mortar 1:4 including all moulding frame complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending hooking etc & binding with mild steel binding steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia confirming to Fe-410-S or Fe-410-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing chain link fencing of any mesh and size incl screw, nut and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or MS work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion, embedded in concrete, brick work masonry and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for chain link fencing of any size made of MS galvanised wire confirming to IS-2712-2003 (GI wire confirming to IS 280-2006 having zinc coating as laid down in IS:4826 hot dipped galvanised coating on round steel wires or IS-12753 electro galvanised coating on round wires having tensile strength within 400 to 500 MPa of standard rails staining bolts etc incl provn of binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for framed work as in doors or gates and framed grills made of ornamental purpose of angle, sq bars or other sections including plate, rails braces with ornamental and fabricate etc complete drilled for fixing of steel seating including prepared for hanging, sliding bolt, handle etc confirming to Fe- 290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for GI 2 standard barbed wire 2.24mm dia wire with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc (each line wire to be measured) including clearing/removal of vegetation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair for concertina coil size of dia (450mm to 900mm) and 2.64mm of dia having a core wire high carbon spacing steel of high tensile strength as per grade of IS-4454 (Pt-I) with a low carbon steel strip punched tape 19mm wide 0.5mm thick and series of knife edge sharp barbs/blades @ 25mm centre to centre punched all along the length on both the sides of strips at regular interval confirming to IS-513 including clearing/removal of vegetation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new untreated surfaces of steel of any description exc 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing coat) removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured leather finish paver block supply and fixing in repair any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade laid over a layer of fine river sand watering and consolidating complete all as specified and directed (Note:- Sand shall be measured and paid for separately under respected item supply only)

Supply only river bed fine sand for screed bed min 50mm thick for paving flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed PCC coloured chequered tiles with grey cement and pigment 30cm X 30cm X 25mm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry as in path, pavement, floors, etc. over 20mm thick screeding of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in sub base/ mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m deep & n.exc 1.5m wide on plan in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point in soils, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed

Removing of vegetation growth, bushed including taking out from wall etc. and removing the rubbish n.exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.
