Complete cleaning of plate heat exchanger Model - M-30, ALFALAVAL-Charges for closing of inlet & outlet valves of sea water and DM water valves, opening of four dummies, loosening of all tie rods bolts, cleaning and inspection of all 205 Nos. of plates and its rubber gaskets, Refixing of peeled out gaskets with araldite (glue) in its seating portion, reassembling, opening of inlet & outlet valves of sea water and DM water lines including commissioning of PHE including araldite, consumables & T&P's.
Dismantling the worn-out existing support channel, removing the existing base cement concrete, worn-out grouting bolts & nuts. Fixing the new grouting bolts & nuts, providing of cement concrete, reconditioning of existing support channel & fixing the support channel at original position including required all bolts & nuts with washers etc. on Plate heat exchanger including consumables & T&P's
Reconditioning of worn-out Tie rod suitable for Plate heat exchanger. (Work details: Rethreading of tie rod & nut, replacing of thrust bearing etc.) including consumables & T&P's.
Transport charges for transporting the Tie rods from NCTPS Site to outside workshop for machining works including consumables & T&P's.
